Afternoon all, well done to those who have posted losses. Thinking of you Vebrithien and keeping my fingers crossed that all js well.
Down 0.4lbs today. Calories at 560 after breakfast and lunch.

Skyejuly · 16/01/2020 16:15

Good job everyone. Reckless it's the same here and my DH family love to eat and feed people.

cricketmum84 · 16/01/2020 16:27

Slight snackcident. Ate a Greggs vegan roll.

Have added it to ww tracker and as long as I don't have any more points today I'm fine! It felt so naughty though!

A snackcident but not a snacktastrophe!

y0rkier0se · 16/01/2020 19:14

Snacktastrophe may be my new favourite word Egghead Grin
I haven’t had the best day - still doing 16:8 but eaten 1759kcals due to 400kcals of chocolate Blush I’ve just come on, two weeks early, but think it may be to with dieting.
@Somesortofzilla yes they do measure body fat, not great when it’s >50% though Blush

Egghead68 · 16/01/2020 21:05

I can’t take credit for it - someone invented it up thread Grin

HollyTheHarrier · 16/01/2020 21:47

Closing the day on 1550 calories but close to 1000 burned off through running so well under target. I would try to have something else but I’m so tired I am having an early night instead! Hope everyone has had a good day

Vebrithien · 16/01/2020 22:04

I really hope no-one minds me posting this photo here.

Mini-V sends waves!

Waiting for the screening results, but the NT measurement was normal, and baby was wriggling about. Sonographer was very happy with what she could see.

Also, added bonus, am now 13 weeks today, rather than 12 weeks, so one less week to wait!

Thank you all so much for your support and we'll wishes.

Ihatesundays · 16/01/2020 22:09

Yeay @vebrithien !!!! Grin

recklessgran · 16/01/2020 22:16

@Vebrithien beautiful mini Vebrithien, so chuffed for you - brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Congratulations!

cricketmum84 · 16/01/2020 22:22

Crazily waving at tiny little mini V @Vebrithien!!! Eeeee I am so so happy! Best news I have had all week! Totally not crying....

❤️❤️❤️

So glad it went well @Vebrithien Grin

Thanks for looking out for me @Tryingtwo. That is actually the main reason I popped on for a quick post, I didn't want you thinking I may have gone awol!!

Such a busy week here which led to too much snacking on the first few days but yesterday I managed to keep it in check, mainly due to an options evening at DD's school so snacking wasn't an option for a good chunk of the evening! Tonight I am feeling pretty chuffed with myself as despite feeling knackered from all the racing around this week I still dragged myself out to spin with DH & DD so a couple of hundred calories burnt this evening.

Fingers crossed for a bit of a loss on the scales in the morning as it is weekly weigh day.

JessJonesJumps · 16/01/2020 23:39

Oh, Verb I'm so glad it went well and it's lovely to see mini-V!

Egghead68 · 17/01/2020 06:06

So pleased about lovely mini-V!!

65.2kg. At least I am maintaining.
Plan: less than 1600 calories. Will include a nut roast sandwich (500) and Greggs (420).
Circuits and spin if my pulled calf muscle permits.

Happy Friday everyone!

AdventureTravelDreamer · 17/01/2020 06:24

4.6lbs down this month Grin May actually make the 7lb target!!

Off for an early walk with my neighbour now.

If anyone is on Instagram Jillian Michels (30 day shred trainer) did an interesting video on weight loss the other day, worth a watch especially for when we get despondent about the scales not moving fast enough.

cricketmum84 · 17/01/2020 06:29

Morning! It's Day 17! Anyone else got the TGIF feeling today??

Scales still haven't moved but not really surprising as nothing else has (ahem) moved either. I'm also hugely stressed out with work and I know my stress levels always affect my weight losses (or lack of them).

I've changed ww plans of today and gone back to the original blue plan. This is the plan that I've lost 6.5 stone on in 12 months so I know it works for me. The 2 new plans obviously just don't suit me at all! Fingers crossed we are seeing a decent loss this time next week!

Plan for today is:
B - 2 satsumas and a coffee with almond milk
L - leftover portion of lentil and veg stew
Snack - banana
D - leftover portion of veggie chilli with cauliflower rice
Strip of dark chocolate if I have enough points left!

Have a lovely day everyone! Happy Friday!

0.2kg down but I am not well. Spent half the day yesterday laying down so didn’t eat anything anyway!
Just work to endure today. I actually bought us a treat for dinner tonight (M&S thai takeaway) but don’t think I am up for it so might get something lighter.

DownUdderer · 17/01/2020 07:48

We’ve had rain all day! Amazing!

peachgreen · 17/01/2020 08:06

Congratulations @Vebrithien! Lovely news! Gosh I loved being pregnant (once the sicky anxious bit was over) - hope you do too.

I maintained overnight which after lasagne-gate I'm very pleased with! Tonight is meant to be cheat night but I think we're going to move it to tomorrow night as DH is out at a physical course all day so he'll need the calories and I'll need the wine after having the toddler by myself all day. Grin

NerrSnerr · 17/01/2020 08:10

Good morning all. Congratulations verb. Lovely news.

Going to get my recipe books out this morning to make some nice low calorie meals over the weekend to keep my motivation up. I made a potato, feta and spinach bake yesterday from one of the pinch of nom cook books and it was really nice. I might go through my wardrobe later and find a few bits I want to fit back into as motivation.

HollyTheHarrier · 17/01/2020 08:30

Congratulations @Vebrithien! Lovely news

Unchanged at 62.3kg this morning but unsurprisingly I was starving after yesterday’s calorie deficit so I might end up being a bit over today, but will try really hard to pack in as much nutrition as possible to the calories that I eat.

JessJonesJumps · 17/01/2020 09:02

Down great news about the rain!

I'm up 0.4lb from yesterday but I've only had about 3hrs sleep and I find I always gain when I sleep poorly.

cricketmum84 · 17/01/2020 09:09

@JessJonesJumps I wonder if that's partly my issue at the moment, I've gone to bed at a decent time the last couple of nights but woken almost every hour by nightmares! At one point DH had to shake me awake because I was crying out in my sleep.

I seriously need a good nights rest!

Ecci · 17/01/2020 09:12

192.4 lbs this morning, that's 6 down so far this month. I was getting quite despondent because I was stuck at 194.4 for a week, then today it had moved down. I suppose that's what you find when you weigh daily.

Onesmallstep67 · 17/01/2020 09:29

@Vebrithien, completely wonderful to see mini V doing so well Flowers

@DownUdderer, you must be totally thrilled to see the rain

No change in weight. Technically TOTM is due but not feeling remotely premenstrual. Perimenopause is definitely in full swing, hot flushes are increasing, thankfully at the moment appetite seems to be under control

have a wonderful Friday everyone KOKO
