@cricketmum84 hope you feel better soon, maybe try prune juice, it tastes awful but it works for me when things....stop.
Last night went south slightly for me, I found one of the kids selection boxes, unopened, in the cupboard. So obvs I opened and ate the minstrels and galaxy bar. I stopped myself eating more, TBF I could easily have eaten the lot and some. But I found I felt awful very soon after, no pudding for me tonight so, hopefully help with my indiscretions 
I'm going to start with the exercising as well this evening. I've prep done, and good food ion the house (the rest of the selection box was sneakily left in the kitchen in work for others to eat). I made the mistake before of starting it all at one time and it just backfires massively on me. I got a stationary bike from a friend so that and yoga and some HIIT. Not every evening but 3 evenings a week after the kids are in bed. Step 2 is ready to go
