@KnucklesMcGinty, I have no advice, sorry, I picked up a cheap one in Argos and it matched the weights on big mad fancy one in the gym so I kept it.

Weigh day for me, considering what I did over the weekend i'm pleasantly surprised! Down 1.3kg this morning, still on my period so lying to myself that it should be a bigger loss!
My stats are:
Starting weight: 102.1kg
Jan target: 93.5kg (I moved this after last weeks big loss!)
Loss for this week: 1.3kg
Loss so far: 7.7kg
