cricketmum84 · 30/11/2019 13:00

Morning all! And welcome to the December edition of lose 7lbs!

A huge to welcome to the newbies, long term followers and contributors and the lurkers!

I would dearly love to lose 7lbs in December but accepting that I'm probably going to relax things a little, have some chocolate or some cheese, mulled wine and stollen.

I will still be following ww and 16:8 most days. I'm also going to try stay mostly vegan with the exception of local eggs which I think should help me stay on track!

Stats are:
Dec starting weight: 18.13
Dec target weigh: 18.7
Loss for November: 3lbs
Loss for 2019: 6stone 5lbs

Happy December to all and let's get our festive groove on!

Well done @cricketmum84 that’s a great feeling!

WoollyFoolly · 18/12/2019 08:22

Just being reported on the news that Australia has just had its hottest ever day @DownUdderer, hope you are not too uncomfortable.

Weighed this morning expecting the worst but actually I'm on 12.0! No idea how that happened.
We are going on a day trip to Lapland next week, taking the kids to see Santa. Super excited, we haven't told them yet but will tell them Friday I think. Grin

Egghead68 · 18/12/2019 09:18

Good jeans and hamster news.

I'm back to 66.5kg after a loo trip. Just had a Ferrero Rocher for breakfast to celebrate.

The real Lapland?? That sounds amazing!!!

DownUdderer · 18/12/2019 09:18

Wow lapland! That’s exciting!

We’ve had a normal day today, temperature wise. I guess the heat wave is coming across for us tomorrow. After the heat goes there’s rain forecast, but I won’t hold my breath because the last three times we’ve had rain forecasted it’s never appeared!

I’ve been out and done a 10k step walk. Lovely.

WoollyFoolly · 18/12/2019 09:33

Yes the real Lapland! I've started watching Finnish webcams, it looks soooooo pretty. It'll be a v. early start (4:30am!) and a loooong day but so worth it I hope.

7Worfs · 18/12/2019 09:41

Lapland! I’ll take baby when he’s old enough.
I also always wanted to do the lake Inari mobile cabins, but never got around to it.

Weight is 60kg exactly. I haven’t been under that in years, hoping for a 59.9kg soon Xmas Grin

JontyDoggle37 · 18/12/2019 09:46

Morning all congrats to everyone who is managing to stay on track. Have had a bad couple of days with very little sleep and am just exhausted, plus breakfast ended up as three slices of toast because I forgot to buy more eggs. I’ve not lost any more but don’t think I’ve gone up although didn’t weight this morning as just cba. Got to get my head back in the game!!!

Tryingtwo · 18/12/2019 10:21

I tried my target jeans on and they still won't button up but I did get the zip partially up and the waistband just about touched compared to November1st when there was a 5 to 6 inch gap. I will never wear those jeans because they are low rise, stone washed boot cut but I just want to fit in them! Congratulations to all of you whose target jeans fit them Xmas Smile
Weekly weigh in this morning and I'm 14 st 1.8 lbs (89.8 kg) and my BMI is 34.8 down from 40.9. I have now hit my second target. My new target is 13st 5lbs meaning I will have lost 20% of my start weight.

WoollyFoolly · 18/12/2019 10:41

😆@tryingtwo my old target jeans are also low-rise, stonewashed bootcuts. They have rips in because I wore them SO much in my twenties. I have now worn them again (for painting in...!)

lilgreen · 18/12/2019 18:24

B: boiled egg, whole meal toast
L: mashed avocado on rye bread
D: rice and tuna salad

Ihatesundays · 18/12/2019 22:11

Tried on my target trousers. Got them on, bit snug, would like them to be baggy!

Egghead68 · 18/12/2019 23:27

B & S: 2 Ferrero Rocher, sugar free mints
L: half a butternut squash tart; 1/5 piece cheesecake
D: 2 glasses wine; 1 bowl butternut squash soup with 3 croutons with cheese on; 4/5 bowl spinach & ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce; 1/3 chocolate brownie with cream. I think around 2100 calories for the day. Could have been worse.

DownUdderer · 19/12/2019 00:04

I’ve had two pieces of white bread cheese on toast for breakfast! I just thought fuck it! I haven’t lost anything for ages and I’m fed up! It’s not really been ages, I’m exaggerating.

Egghead68 · 19/12/2019 06:05

One helping of cheese on toast won’t do any harm. Hope you enjoyed it! I love cheese on toast for breakfast.

66.6kg
Plan
B - nothing
L - tofu stew 460
S - chocolates 150
D - cashew curry 440
Spinning

No more heavy meals planned until Christmas, thank goodness.

Egghead68 · 19/12/2019 06:13

Ooh now 66.4kg so at least I haven’t gained anything this week (amazingly, with all the Christmas meals).

Hope everyone has a good day.

7Worfs · 19/12/2019 09:30

Another small whoosh overnight.
I’m getting my stitches removed this afternoon, so can eat proper dinner finally.

Egghead68 · 19/12/2019 10:52

Hooray! Hope you can have something nice to celebrate.

3rdNamechange · 19/12/2019 12:44

Yay I've done it 8.5 lbs since November 29th.
WW Green plan.

7Worfs · 19/12/2019 13:42

Thanks, eggy! Got the slow cooker out, worst case scenario DH will chew my dinner for me. Xmas Grin

cricketmum84 · 19/12/2019 14:54

Sorry for late post guys, got a poorly littlest today so trying to keep up with work in between washing out sick bowl and changing bedding!

Haven't had chance to eat yet except for a handful of Doritos. Making a mushroom omelette tonight. Not weighing until Saturday although expecting a slight gain. Feeling like saying sod it until after Christmas but I will just see that as an excuse to go all out.

I'm also constantly starving! I even woke up hungry in the early hours of this morning!

B: poached egg, spinach, toast
L: mini Christmas dinner at school
D: chicken curry(small portion later as still quite full)

cricketmum84 · 19/12/2019 18:48

Ooh 2 people have commented on my weight loss today! My nail lady and the Avon lady :) both said how much I had lost again and how amazing I looked.

Feeling a little smug now :)
