@Egghead68 that is one teeny tiny waist! Hoping I get to look like that one day!

Final week of November so big push for me to get some more pounds off! Still bloody 19 exactly and I refuse to end the month on a 2lb loss! I'm definitely eating more on ww purple but I feel like I'm eating more mindfully and eating much more nutrient dense food rather than constant salad.

Plan for today is:
AM - green tea with lemon. At least a litre of water.
1pm - veggie chilli and brown rice (I batch cooked this yesterday and split into 5 portions. It's got onion, carrot, celery, peppers, mushrooms, kidney beans, butter beans and tomatoes!)
8pm (late dinner as I'm working late) mushroom and leek pasta made with oatly creme fraiche and wholewheat pasta.

Happy Monday everyone!

Morning!
No exercise this morning, but managed to prolong fast to 17 hours.

Looking great, eggy!

Tryingtwo · 25/11/2019 13:29

Hello all.
Wow Egghead68 your waist is tiny and you look amazing! Forget the last few days and power on 'til the end of the month Smile
I'm down 1.8lbs since Wednesday and an even 9lbs for the month which is much better than I hoped. Another 2lbs and I will have lost 2 stones so I'm motivated at the moment.
I skipped breakfast as I planned a roast chicken sandwich for lunch. It wasn't as nice as I hoped because I had it completely plain and didn't even add salt.

B: none
L: chicken sandwich, baked crisps & an apple (480)
D: chicken and mushroom pasta & mixed veg (455)
S: to be decided (415 max)

Egghead68 · 25/11/2019 16:22

Thanks all! My stomach swelled up after my 1000 calorie breakfast though!

Hope everyone is having good days. Not much longer now!!

Ihatesundays · 25/11/2019 17:45

No change. Also I didn’t end up eating until midday which is too long for me on 16:8 (I need a snack at 11 at the very latest) - been left with a sore head all day.

Baguetteaboutit · 25/11/2019 18:49

Did a hiit today, the same one I did just over a month ago that had me whining for the next two days, making an audible groans up and down the stairs and failing to lift my arms and ... I'm absolutely fine, a bit achey but no drama and I have discovered I can do proper push-ups now, not many mind 😁
but overall it feels like progress!

Breakfast was porridge, banana, flaxseeds and berries. I wasn't hungry at lunch so I flagged it, that feels like a mistake now as I'm still waiting for DH to come home to have dinner, but that's mushroom fajitas if I don't die of hunger first.

Baguetteaboutit · 25/11/2019 18:51

Nice waist line egghead!

Egghead68 · 26/11/2019 06:58

Thanks Baguette. Good progress on your HIIT and push-ups!

68.6kg again today.
Plan: 1400 calories of anything but possibly:
B: Fruit & half a sandwich 390
L: teriyaki tofu 460
S: sugar free sweets 220
D: Ratatouille & roasted root veg 350
Circuits class

Good luck for day 26 everyone.

cricketmum84 · 26/11/2019 07:06

Well the scales haven't moved for yet another day. But I did swap my point free lunch yesterday for 11 points of vegan 6 inch subway sandwich. Oops. I did have a lot of salad on it though and then had the lunchtime portion of veggie chilli for dinner instead. I also avoided the hazelnut heart cookies that DH and DD cracked open during I'm a celeb 😂

Plan for today is:

Am - water and green tea with lemon
L - veggie chilli and brown rice (0 points)
D - 2 cauldron sausage and roasted veg with honey and mustard (5 points)

Heavier today. Hate it when my weight does this, always needs to go up before it goes down.
It’s not encouraging. I went on the exercise bike last night. Normally just a walk on Tuesdays but weather looks awful!

Baguetteaboutit · 26/11/2019 08:23

Yeah the frustration with seeing the scales go up, even though I know it's probably something water related, was why I gave up weighing daily and switch to weekly. It's less satisfying weighing weekly though, swings and roundabouts.

Onesmallstep67 · 26/11/2019 10:00

Morning everyone, well done to those seeing losses and to the rest of us hanging on in there, KOKO.
I've managed to drop under 16st again a couple of times again, including today. If I can get under 100kg and stay there before the end of the year I will be pleased ( and amazed !) On the plus side I am now easily fitting into a size 20, whereas I was 24/26 this time last year. I am turfing out bags and bags of clothes and for the first time in forever I am able to shop in a wider range of stores and rejecting some things for being too big or baggy.
@Egghead68 you look fantastic, tiny waist ! Have a great day

Tryingtwo · 26/11/2019 11:18

I don't know what is going on, today I am 4lbs down from yesterday! I weighed before showering and was 3.2lbs down in my pyjamas (several times on the scales) then after my shower I was consistantly 4lbs down (I must have weighed myself 10 times) and I was even the same weight on the old manual scales. I've nevet had a loss like this in one day so I'll wait to see what tomorrow brings. I expect this to be a blip.

WoollyFoolly · 26/11/2019 18:28

I'm in hiding. 😆
I've given myself this week off to enjoy birthday meals and drinks and I'll get back on it in December (for the first few weeks at least).

7Worfs · 26/11/2019 18:34

Done HIIT this morning, had a bit of a weird dinner, hoovering up leftovers in the fridge - a piece of roast chicken, smoked mackerel and a big pear.
Had a great phone interview at noon, got another at 8pm (hiring manager is US-based).

Ihatesundays · 26/11/2019 21:49

Ravenous tonight - how am I going to last until 11am tomorrow!

DownUdderer · 27/11/2019 02:12

Good luck with the job interview. Lovely photo! Such a slim waist!

I’ve had French toast and a few mouthfuls of ice cream for breakfast (from a cafe) I’m having a sensible lunch. I think we’re off to the beach this afternoon, after school.

cricketmum84 · 27/11/2019 07:22

@DownUdderer I'm so jealous of your beach trips! We've woken to rain, heavy fog and cold again and live 80 miles from the sea 😭

Still 19 today. My resolve is definitely weakening. I keep on keeping on but am just seeing no results at all!!

Plan for today is:
AM - banana and Nescafé gingerbread latte
L - some sort of skinny veg soup, will see what's available at Morrison's!
D - chicken fajitas for the family, I'll be having veggie chilli on romaine lettuce instead of the wraps, a dollop of oatly creme fraiche and a small portion of dairy free cheese.

Oh well. Keep on keeping on!

Startoftheyear2019 · 27/11/2019 07:48

Hang in there @cricketmum84. Can you up your exercise to see if that helps? I'm plateauing as well just hoping persistence will pay off.

Egghead68 · 27/11/2019 07:58

That really is the plateau from hell @cricketmum84 - surely it must shift soon.

I’d settle for a plateau today as I’m UP 0.4kg to 69.0kg. Grr... I’ve been really strict the last 2 days too.

Plan:
1400 cals of pasta salad, yoghurt, roasted veg and ratatouille (all need eating up).

Good luck today everyone.

Onesmallstep67 · 27/11/2019 09:42

@cricketmum84, you really do deserve a drop very soon. I am mystified as to how you aren't losing when you are clearly trying really hard. I know it's difficult but try to focus on what an amazing loss you have already achieved this year, as we all saw from your lovely photos. You really should be super proud of what you have done so far and there is absolutely no reason why you won't continue to do so well when you have come through this plateau

I am thankfully beginning to drop a little and I have everything crossed that 16 st is now a memory that will not be revisited. 15 st 12lb this morning. Another 2-3 lbs to shift and I will be under 100kg.

have a good one !

Baguetteaboutit · 27/11/2019 10:34

I feel like I need a stronger game plan for December that doesn't involve just hoping I don't regain everything I've lost since June.

The worst thing is when DH 6ft3, all muscle and an active job with a tdee that would make me weep tear of pure unadulterated joy is tucking in to dessert and I get the fomo and feel I should match him bite for bite Grin

I'm thinking of downloading a weight loss meditation. Do you think that would be of any use or am I dreaming?

Tryingtwo · 27/11/2019 12:16

Yesterday was a blip but the gain today wasn't too bad. I am now 14st 9.4lbs which is 4.4lbs down this week. No cheats at all this week and my calories have been between 1300 and 1480 every day and I have been trying to stick to 16:8 since Sunday. I have now lost 2 stones since 18th Sept and finally I can see and feel a slight difference.

Egghead68 · 27/11/2019 12:46

Great weight loss @tryingtwo.

I guess a weight loss meditation might be worth trying if it is cheap or free (in my case I suspect it is the sort of thing that would make me want to rebel against it and eat more though!)

7Worfs · 27/11/2019 14:45

cricket Could you tweak something for a few days to give your body a bit of a jolt?

No HIIT today but walked an hour and a half with the pram.
