I just had it on it's own mixed with almond milk and topped with a brown sugar sweetener. I reckon Lidl probably have their own version.

My week on week average is -1 3/4 though today is 1/4 up. Hungry today as little protein and fiber yesterday.
Will be going to Whitby today so more carbs in a chip shape. Mushy peas must count to fibre.

Yesterday's food was porridge, bottle of OJ, goats cheese salad with 2 little slices of brown bread & one off a french stick & a small piece of steak with actifry chips. No post alcohol chipper, just toast when we came in & wasn't hungover yesterday either

Hi!
Weight yesterday and today was up by 2lb! So 12s 3lb

Steps today 17218
B- coffee and breakfast biscuits, then a piece of toast later.
L- wraps with salad and hummus, chocolate dessert, apple and an orange, lemon water.
D- kale and quinoa burger, chips and salad, more water and then a coffee with half a bar of vegan chocolate.

Food
B- 1 weetabix (all I have left), coffee
Snack- tiny bit of stir fry at work, for Chinese New Year
L- kale and quinoa burger with salad, yogurt, satsuma, apple and about a pint of water.
Later a couple of breakfast biscuits and a coffee while at staff meeting.
D- veggie rice and bbq pulled jackfruit

Down another pound last week which I was pleased with.
Was gutted on Saturday as I went out on a work night out to a Chinese restaurant. It cost a fortune and the food wasn't amazing but you could just tell it contained 10000 calories! Anyway, I just carried on, went to gym and then for a walk on Sunday. Lovely meal out which was definitely worth the calories.
Have done well with food yesterday and today. Cardio circuit yesterday, Bodyweight HIIT session followed by Kettlercise tonight.

I get a bit confused with all your weight losses, gains and sts' so please don't think I'm ignoring them , just not always sure whether to congratulate or commiserate!

I'm all bloated. I'm going to try and decrease my meat intake. I was almost veggie before I went low carb but have found it too hard since. Need to consider things more carefully. Maybe try tofu.

Sts again today but the scales floundered at a lower weight so I'll hopefully see a drop tomorrow.

I've eaten a small box of Butler Chocolates over last couple of nights, they're gone now, I should have given them away instead of keeping them in the house. Tin of heroes staying firmly sealed shut.
