I ended up with a Solero exotic 98cals & he got pick n mix, dd got a two scoop tub filled by our neighbour, about 4 scoops worth, glad it wasn't mine Grin

Steps 12072
B- coffee and cereal
L- sausage casserole, mixed fruit salad, yoghurt, small carton of orange juice.
Drank loads of water today, just been so thristy!
Snack- coffee, plain hula hoops and a graze choc orange oat bite (needed it to get through planning).
D- veggie stir fry.

It was 1.3km up & down the dunes with dog & ds in the wind, not the walk I'd planned but ds still talking about the fun we had Grin

Missed posting yesterday, but 2 good eating days. Power yoga last night. Ended up in a giggling heap on my mat at one point, think I have a way to go!
No exercise today, but booked onto body weight HIIT session in the morning before work

Sts and today will be least damage. Will get off at green park and walk across London and back though for steps. No more gym time got this week.

Down 1lb on yesterday's weight. Assume it was bloat. Still going to do better. Yesterday I did kettlebell and yoga today will just be yoga as I'm a bit achy.

Finished up with 150 cals left last night as fell asleep on couch after watching three Emmerdale!
Up 1.1lbs this morning thanks to steak chips pepper sauce dinner followed by walkers baked didn't affect my average so I'm down 1lb this week Grin out tonight so won't be weighing tomo morning.

Going to walk dog soon for long walk because I didn't go yesterday
Not going to hit my step goal this week, I'm now 26000 short & I won't get that between today & tomorrow, actually do you know scrap that, I'm going to do my best to, will come home early from bf tomo to walk dog & if not step it out in front of tv #imnotaquitter Grin

I was back up yesterday's loss this morning. Wine to blame. I have smashed steps today and been good on eating so far but if you've seen the other thread you will understand why I'm in the wine again

Steps just over 3000, at home today so they are low, but have been sorting lots of things.
Food
B- coffee and cereal
L- toast and a banana
D- vegan pie, chips, roll and salad, dinner was very carby, but yummy!
