Hi all, thank you for all the lovely comments about dd. She seems to be ok with it all.

Happier, I know all so close in age!

Not, I was worried about that too. My dd2 is tall for her age, but is still really slim and when I was showing her the pads I had here yesterday, there was no way that they would be comfortable for her. Luckily I had some pantyliners that were ok.

So today I brought her some lil-lets teen pads, they are narrower than normal pads, I got them from Boots, have you tried those ones?

Weight up a lb today, not surprising really, after the salt fest yesterday.
Steps 12527.
Food
B- coffee and cereal
L- soup and a wrap for dipping, fruit salad, yogurt and water.
S- coffee and 2 rich tea biscuits!
D- beans on toast, then strawberries.
Lots of water today too.

Gosh. curvy, that's early, glad she's taken it well. Dd was at the GP yesterday to start on the pill as she has really heavy, painful periods, she's 15 though.
Did 2 classes yesterday which was too much for my back in the end, but mostly good. One class today & have eaten pretty well.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/01/2020 06:12

Down today. Steps and food today but no gym class

Wolfcub · 15/01/2020 07:12

Stayed the same.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/01/2020 07:35

Weight back down a lb.

north, that is one of my worries, I had heavy periods and went on the pill at almost 15 for the same reason and I started mine at 13.
Her big sister also had heavy periods, until she had a coil fitted, obviously they are not options for a very long time yet!
I'm hoping that she won't be regular for a while!

Not2bObvious · 15/01/2020 07:55

Here’s hoping she doesn’t inherit those traits curvy, I was the same as you and as mentioned before was diagnosed with mild endo in my 30’s.
Back is at me and weight up/down due to painkillers I reckon. Had to take half a sleeping tab last night & I feel like I’m swimming through glue this morning but had to go to my contractor job. Trying to minimise the up/down as that crippled me, I’d kill for a standing desk

Sts this morning

I couldn't abide those Linda McCartney sausages but I like the plain ones.

My standing desk came from ikea not they're not expensive, put in a request for one if you can, they're adjustable so my colleague uses it sitting down, see the handle?

Won't hit protein today but 28g fibre. Think I'll just get rid of 60 cal bread & stick with irwins it helps me reach those goals

Breakfast - fried egg with 2 bacon medallions in a white pitta
Snack 0% fage with protein granola, strawberries & skin on kiwi
Lunch turkey mince chilli, rice & an orange
Dinner salmon fillet, steam fresh veg and pilau rice
38 cals left

In the interests of science I tried a rich tea biscuit with Sainsbury's Nutella on. Sorry wolf I prefer mine plain.

Only going to be around 10k steps today as no school run and back to back meetings again = no break.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/01/2020 20:53

Hope you are feeling better not.

See I like those Linda McCarthy ones better than the normal ones, had those for dinner tonight.

Steps 11536
B- coffee and breakfast biscuits
L- vegan 'chicken' and stuffing sandwich, salt and vinegar McCoy's and drench juice from the co-op. Another coffee a bit later.
D- sausage casserole and water. Have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and Friday.

Wolfcub · 15/01/2020 21:02

Mainly a healthy day food wise with a slight biscuit incident.

Crumpets and scrambled eggs for breakfast
Posh pot noodle thing and a banana for lunch
Hawaiian pulled chicken sandwiches for tea
Four chocolate biscuits from the Christmas chocolate biscuit selection box Blush

Walked for the best part of an hour tonight and made sure I paced the house on most phone calls today so steps smashed and as a result still 300 cals in the clear according to the Fitbit food thing

Wolfcub · 16/01/2020 06:11

Up 1/2 Angry

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/01/2020 06:14

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/01/2020 10:53
