I normally finish work at 3pm on Thurs, going to finish at 1pm today, should help.

Ds is going to a friend's house from 1-3 and then on to a Hallowe'en disco in local community centre, dd is craving one to one time so I'll take her for lunch and then on to disco too, she doesn't want to go to disco but will be persuaded by lunch out I'd say Grin

Then hopefully they'll relent on the need to go trick or treating Hmm

Great scales is coming down, are you enjoying your week off wolf

Happierwithouthim · 31/10/2019 11:13

Very active holiday not2 maybe it's muscle repair GrinHmm

I think flying causes fluid retention anyhow.

Not2bObvious · 31/10/2019 11:27

Hahaha muscle repair! Maybe from repeatedly reaching into a bag of crisps and lifting a cocktail/wine glass😉 Sadly flight was last Saturday so I saw that gain & loss and now we’re back to gain. I think the afore mentioned crisps & cocktails & wine might be playing a part.... ahh well, nothing shocking can be done until I get home, the only positive thing I can do is get my hours jog/walk before breakfast & not drink too much which I haven’t since my horrible hangover on Monday. 3 more days here and then back to the grind. I’m delighted I’m missing Halloween at home, my littler one has her costume with her but it’s not a thing like home. I hate the going around but they love it soo much, by next year the littler one will probably be too old and don’t you know I’ll be sad then

I hate t&t I'm doing part of it before Zumba.
Gws happier.
Enjoy the holiday not. Refocus when you are back.

Fbw done and it was bloody hard. Calories are rubbish this week as to many sets about and I have zero will power

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/10/2019 14:48

Sweets not stets

Wolfcub · 01/11/2019 09:48

Sts today still up but at least not climbed higher

Not2bObvious · 01/11/2019 10:07

That’s great wolf, a sts after gains can feel like a lifeline. I’m down a pound today, was relatively restrained with food & alcohol yesterday. Over 8,300 steps so far today, hope to get around 15,000 in total but we’ll see.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/11/2019 17:58

Fbw done but it was hard today. Watch is out of charge but only walked one way so 8-9k steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/11/2019 07:48

Sts which is ok as in not really following it.

WreckTangled · 02/11/2019 08:02

Up 1lb today

Not2bObvious · 02/11/2019 10:51

Up again after some salty food yesterday. No more weigh ins for me until I’m 72 hours back on home soil, let the flight bloat dissipate. Nearly 8,000 this morning from my walk, saw loads out watching the rugby at bars eating fry’s & drinking pints, utterly bonkers imho. I like a drink but I draw the line at 8.30am! Probably about the only bad holiday habit I don’t have. Always amazes me seeing people drinking at breakfast time. Looking forward to going home tomorrow, not leaving the country for 4 months.

Happierwithouthim · 02/11/2019 15:30

Up a lb, I don't even care, it'll go when I'm back to eating normally.

Not I don't get it either, if I was to have lunchtime drinks I'd be sleeping by 8/9
Safe travels

Just had an entire Milano sloppy Giuseppe pizza from Tesco, I didn't even look at cals BlushBlush

WreckTangled · 02/11/2019 16:08

I wouldn't have either happier Grin

Happierwithouthim · 02/11/2019 18:10

They're a small pizza can't be too bad HmmWink

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/11/2019 18:19

It'll be right happier

Not2bObvious · 02/11/2019 20:37

From memory they’re around 650 cals, certainly under 700. That’s decent for a pizza. I had 3 slices of pizza with a caprese salad & considered that a win. Judging by the dripping cheese, I reckon a tad more than 700! Looking forward to hunger at this stage, stuffed to the gills

No weigh in this morning so that leaves me with a 1lb gain for this week.

Hope everyone else sees better results

I made pizookie in microwave last night, total not diet friendly but yum Grin

Wolfcub · 03/11/2019 10:33

Hmm so it seems my overall half term gain is between 3 and 4 lbs which is huge. Hopefully getting back to work will put pay to some of that.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/11/2019 11:50

Hi all, sorry I haven't posted, just been super busy with work, we have parent conferences next week, so have been catching up on all the key children's observations and preparing for that.

Anyway weight today 77.6kgs, so a small loss and its totm, so that seems ok.

My steps for the week, Mon-fri, were 69904. So not to bad.
I should have made better food choices on some of the days, but I mostly took leftovers for lunch.
I'm going to do some batch cooking for the next week, probably a soup and a mild chilli.
I will try to post more.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/11/2019 18:17

Big lunchtime meal turns me into a binge monster. Have brushed my teeth in a bid to stop.
Fbw this morning and will do decent steps as walking to the fire works display in a bit

WreckTangled · 03/11/2019 18:20

I've eaten loads today too. Had cottage pie for dinner but with cauliflower mash 😋

Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2019 18:41

I've not eaten much but huge calorie wise. Bf's mother served up 4 sausages with bread & real butter for breakfast, followed by a yogurt.
Then I'd the smallest of kinder bueno icecreams 132kcal.
Came home & had 3 more sausages with 2 waffles for lunch.

I should've stayed home last night instead of collecting bf from pub at 3am & staying at his, I was feeling a bit better after resting all night at home. I'm wiped again now. Debating whether or not to go to Pilates tomorrow, I'm leaning towards not going right now.

Sorry for misery post Grin

Happierwithouthim · 04/11/2019 06:24

163.1 on scales this morning Shock

Back to basics today
Slept for 2 hours on couch yesterday afternoon after coming home & was in bed at 9.15pm

Will bring clothes for Pilates to work & see how I get on.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/11/2019 06:37

I'm back to basics too today 127.8 up 1 3/4.

Definitely best to see how you go today. I can do either Pilates stuff at lunch or fbw tonight. The class has moved by 15 minutes tonight which is quite inconvenient.

Wolfcub · 04/11/2019 06:43

I need to get back on it and sort myself out today too. Reset time!
