Will take me from now til Christmas Day.
I'm posting here for accountability.

No chocolate, cakes, biscuits, sweets, crisps, nuts, desserts, cider Hmm

Focus will be on 2/3 nutritious meals daily and hopefully going cold turkey on all the crap will make it easier to manage.

I'm not capable of having "A little bit" or "just one". So this is the plan. 100 days.

I'll weigh in tomorrow and take my measurements and aim to do this every 10 days.

And we're off! Grin

Maybe you need to drink more water? I know that it helps me, I picture the water flushing my fat away down the toilet when I’m weeing!

I’m doing 16:8 intermittent fasting and eating low carb.

I’m in Australia, so it’s summer here and it’s so much nicer being less heavy. I’ve bought new shorts and a swimsuit.

I walk a lot. I try and get out in the evening to reach 10,000 steps daily. I also go out hiking on the weekends.

I try and drink plenty of water.

I actually weigh 10st 7, I’d like to get closer to 9st 10, so I still want to carry on loosing weight.
