Weight down significantly however my battery is also on the Fritz so I shall replace and take it with a pinch of salt. Scales at the go surgery yesterday were evil

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2019 09:21

I hate the gp’s scales - always have to stand on them late in the day & fully clothed. The last time I didn’t even bother registering the weight and they didn’t comment so that suited me fine.
Cup of tea won’t have helped life, I wouldn’t rush back to 1600 just yet, maybe see how the next few weigh in’s go. Any big jumps are usually fluid related - unless you’re feeling it in your clothes? I’m not recording my weight today, munchy Friday makes for sad scales.

I'm sticking with 1800 after asking a coach. I am feeling it in my tum but could be bloat too. Away a lot next week too so will give it 3 weeks

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2019 13:39

That’s good life, I know it’s only 200 cals but it can make all the difference.
Done my 3rd weights session this week, takes me around 40 minutes & I am sweating after it so I hope it’s tough enough, then did an hour on the treadmill to hit my 10,000 minimum. Relaxing now after a shower, out later. Might have a bit of lunch since I don’t want to be stupidly ravenous as dinner isn’t til 8’ish

Doing a local 10k tomo morn regardless Grin

Wreck your menu has inspired me to make risotto tonight haven't had it in ages

Life I must get stuck in & use the coaching group because at the moment I'm not!

Not2 love that phrase no shame in a maintain

Wolf you're going well

I drank each of the three nights I was away, food wasn't recorded but wasn't bad scales is going down every day since I weighed first on wed but I expect it'll still be a gain I'm recording tomo Sad

Hols are over now though & I'm giving alcohol a skip until my cousins birthday on August 24th.

Need to find my Fitbit charger ahead of tomorrow's 10k

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2019 16:53

Nice to hear from you happier, sorry you’re having back issues. The no shame in a maintain I heard on the podcast the secret world of diet clubs - v funny I’d highly recommend although you’re not a fan of the podcasts I think you said? It’s 3 women talking about their SW weigh ins etc. Very funny and I find myself nodding along. Feel better and that’s brill about the scales
Got to go make myself glam, I need more than an hour😂

Happierwithouthim · 03/08/2019 18:43

I need to get myself into them not then I might learn something when out running

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2019 23:36

If you want to learn I’d listen to half size me from a lady called Heather Robertson - she’s incrediy clued in

Happierwithouthim · 04/08/2019 07:45

I used to listen to her years ago actually

WreckTangled · 04/08/2019 08:00

Happier hope your back feels better soon.

Weight has STS as yesterday so that's good. Average for the week is 0.3 down on last weeks which I'm happy with. I'm not going spinning this morning Grin

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 04/08/2019 08:58

Changed the batteries in the scale and up 1lb

Not2bObvious · 04/08/2019 10:06

Me too happier, that’s gas! I downloaded about a years worth of her podcasts and listened to them on my holiday walks.
Well done wreck, that’s brilliant!

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/08/2019 10:58

5lb off. If only all losses were like that. Clearly holiday /carb bloat. Fbw this morning= done

Not2bObvious · 04/08/2019 11:26

5lb?!?! That’s incredible life, I’d need to lose a limb for that.
Out late, paying for it now

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/08/2019 11:35

I think yesterday was a false reading.

Happierwithouthim · 04/08/2019 16:57

Well done happier!

Day one of low carb down. Wonder if I'll be able to stick at it. Today I've had

3 x wafer thin turkey slices and a slice of smoked cheese

Keto bagel with taco mince and cheese on top

Caesar salad (chicken and bacon no croutons).

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 04/08/2019 18:53

Wreck I did low carb for pretty much six months. Great for weight loss but the second I got fed up and ate a potato when the weather got colder I was buggered

WreckTangled · 04/08/2019 18:56

Wolf Grin I'll have to see how I feel once the weather turns. Hopefully my sugar levels being better will be enough of a motivator but we will see...

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/08/2019 20:47

Great time happier, well done. How did the back hold up?

Good luck wreck. Are you cutting fruit or just processed, white carbs?

Shite steps, 8800. Fbw this morning. Food spot on but hungry. Totm as feeling quite vexatious

WreckTangled · 04/08/2019 21:03

My steps are awful today Blush all carbs life including root veg, fruit, things like sausages etc...

Not2bObvious · 04/08/2019 21:42

My steps are dreadful too, going to bed and hoping for a better day tomorrow. Ate everything today as well

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/08/2019 07:15

Wow wreck. Hats off to you.
New day today. Weight down another lb so that's holiday bloat gone just in time to go away again today over night (Chester and the zoo). More hotel living.

WreckTangled · 05/08/2019 10:26

My weight is exactly the same for the third day in a row. Weird. Checked it's not the scales by weighing again after eating and getting dressed and it was different.
