Finished today on 1220 cals. I'm happy with that!

I think i will have porridge for breakfast tomorrow, cottage cheese & chives for lunch with some crisp bread 160 cals, banana 90 cals and yogurt 101 cals. Mushroom omelette for dinner. With baked beans 399 cals total.

Must remember to weigh in tomorrow morning!

Not2bObvious · 09/10/2019 05:56

About 500 over as another birthday in mine, thought it might be worse and I was 300 under on Monday so it’s not too bad. Haven’t weighed yet but I’m sure they’ll be a spike, lots of salt. I think the cooler weather is bringing a bit of hunger with it happier & life, but then again maybe it’s just we’re eating at a deficit & keeping busy. Should be expected I expect

Sts this morning

I haven't even got 10k steps in total this week not Blush

I've not had any egg breakfasts & wonder is it that I'm not starting the day satisfied?

Cake lasted a long time life

Wolfcub · 09/10/2019 07:09

Weekend weight gain has gone

Happierwithouthim · 09/10/2019 07:51

Good wolf

CamdenTownie · 09/10/2019 08:44

Weighed myself this morning - not as bad as I'd feared, just made it into the 11's eek 😬 really should be in the 9's.

Happierwithouthim · 09/10/2019 08:59

camden it's a start and we've all got to start somewhere.

For my bmi to be just under 25 I need to be 9st 7lbs - I started this journey in 13's and am now 11st 5 ish

Not2bObvious · 09/10/2019 09:16

That’s great news camden, always a pleasure to get a better number on the scales than expected. Are you planning on weekly/daily or a couple of times a week weighing? Don’t get disheartened by changes though, says she who nearly bounced the scale off the wall this morning after a 1.6lb flux! I’m saying f**k the flux, I’m not recording that

We are not really big cake eaters here. Chocolate buns tonight though.

Baby steps Camden

CamdenTownie · 09/10/2019 14:34

Thanks guys!

I can get a bit obsessive if I'm honest! So will probs try and restrict myself to a few times
A week. I've really got to stick to this now, without giving up And making excuses, easier said than done!

How's everyone doing today? What's on the menu for dinner tonight?

Happierwithouthim · 09/10/2019 14:37

Not a big cake eater myself but if it was there I'd struggle!

Not2bObvious · 09/10/2019 14:42

I only had a sliver of cake last night, was glad as it wasn’t great. I didn’t have time to bake so I had to get M&S, which is usually nice but not this time. So at least I’m not kicking myself about that.
Homemade chicken curry for dinner, looking forward to it. No more weighing in for me til next Wednesday, away til Sunday & not going near a scales until flight bloat is gone, giving 3 days at least!

DD wants pizza hut. I'm not a fan so will have burger or something.
Then more cake.
Rubbish steps as wfh

Lovely cupcakes life

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/10/2019 21:32

They tasted nice too.
Not tracked today. Not walked far at all.
Meh.

Happierwithouthim · 10/10/2019 06:16

Steps are very poor this week
Scales dropped to 158.5 this morning
Was under calories yesterday by about 100 but didn't meet any macros

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/10/2019 06:29

Up today unsurprisingly.
In the office so will walk there and do fbw at lunch

Wolfcub · 10/10/2019 07:04

3/8ths off. This is despite pizza and cheesecake so I expect tomorrow will see a rise. So close to that half stone mark now

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/10/2019 17:41

I've just had the biggest slice of chocolate cake with malteaser and choc fingers on. About 600 calories for charity.

Fbw and steps smashed today though

CamdenTownie · 10/10/2019 18:46

1394 cals today Shock had a cupcake at work( someone's birthday- couldn't refuse) and pasta for dinner which is never a good move. Still under 1500 cals but not a great combo/day. I was doing so well until about 4pm.

Will start again tomorrow! Hope everyone else is doing well!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 10/10/2019 19:08

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/10/2019 06:20

Up again to 128. This is starting to get our of control now. And is just sheer greed.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 11/10/2019 07:31
