Yep weigh everyday and use the Fitbit app (you don’t have to have a Fitbit) or happy scales. At the end of the week you’ll have an average weight after entering daily weigh ins. Totm does mess with the scales but it’s useful to know how much it messes with it.
I’m up .4 today, carb weight I’m sure as I’ve been a right messer the last few days. Unless I get a big drop I’m looking at a gain this week

I’m wel jel happier, I’m starving! You’ve had enough weigh ins this week to accurately gauge your loss so no need really.
It’s nice & sunny here so I should go for a walk but I feel like lying in bed so I shall for as long as I can.

I’ve hit my 10,000 steps today but I’ve gone a lot over on cals at the end of the day. There may have been Chinese in the equation....I’ll pay for that on the scales tomorrow! Oh yeah and some chocolate, ok a lot of chocolateBlush Tomorrow’s a new week, my dresses for the wedding fit fine, got my new fake tan to do tomorrow evening. I hope I don’t regret it, it’d be a pricey mistake

My steps today are 21437, but only because of going to Brick lane and walking lots.

Hey everyone, forgot to weigh this morning, I'm actually quite scared of seeing the numbers... 😟 I'll do it tomorrow morning!

I've had Greek yogurt (125g) 2tsp agarve And berries for breakfast - which is just over 150 cals, I've made lentil and veg soup ( which is in my food flask - fingers crossed it stays warm at least) I also have a slice of sourdough, 91 cals and a banana 90 cals for lunch.

Roast chicken and vegetables for dinner, was supposed to have this yesterday but everyone was out!

Everyone else seems to be doing well, I'm finding recipe sharing and ideas are really helpful, thanks guys 👍🏻

I know happier, I nearly fell off the scales! Especially after having salty Chinese, only shared a bit but that doesn’t usually matter. Anyway I’ll take it with pleasure. Taco fries/turkey mince thing from Aldi for dinner, yummy

My online banking shows I tapped for 5 rounds of drink on Sat night & I paid cash for some too so I'm lucky that food Sun/Mon was as good as it was! Scales dropped back to 159.6 this morning, delighted to see that. I didn't hit steps/macros yesterday but stayed within cals.

Joined a pilates class for 5 weeks last night, I don't love it.

1/2 bagel thin for breakfast, but logged the whole thing.

Had a chicken salad from Lidl for lunch 99 cals, muesli bar 92 cals and a banana 90 cals. Now I've got belly ache 😖

Think I'll freeze the soup into portions as the microwave situation here is going to last for 4 weeks!

Busy night so I'll just have some leftover chicken for tea, not sure what I'll put with it, maybe couscous and roast vegetables.
