That’s gas! Spiders, diet gods!

I was embarrassed because it didn't trip for him at all!

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/09/2019 19:24

That looks sore happier. If that's all burn and not just the blister I would get it checked. That's a big burn areas.

Eating and eating today. 12k steps.
See spiders don't put me off in afraid.

Happierwithouthim · 28/09/2019 20:59

It doesn't hurt at all but blister burst & is kinda of weeping so I'll assess again in the morning & decide what to do then.

Not out tonight so will have 7 days weigh ins this week

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/09/2019 21:01

Take out here too. Will be up in the morning then will sort myself out again

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/09/2019 06:47

Average up 0.63 this week as anticipated. Back to it from today. No fbw as I need to pick DS up from cub camp

WreckTangled · 29/09/2019 07:29

0.2 off lowest.

That burn looks so sore happier I think they advice moist healing but that's going to be tricky on your hand like that.

Wolfcub · 29/09/2019 09:03

I daren’t weigh this morning too much beer yesterday

Not2bObvious · 29/09/2019 09:31

I have a decent gain today after my meal out but due to decent weigh ins throughout the week my average is 1lb down so very pleased with that. Done an hours walk to get a chunk of steps done, got to bring bigger child shopping soon. That should be conflict & argument free....yeah right!

Sts here thanks to staying on track yesterday & bf being sick so there was no night out Smile
Down 0.8lbs delighted with that.
Literally just woke up now and it's a nice dry day out so going to put out clothes (washes x 2) and put on another wash & take dog for a long walk/run after breakfast or might skip breakfast & eat when I come home.

Where blister was didn't dry out overnight so I'll have to cover it to prevent infection. I'll put an ordinary plaster on it now & go to chemist for advice when it opens later.

Well done not

0.8 up again 🙄

Wolfcub · 30/09/2019 07:13

Up 1lb

Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2019 09:31

Up 1.1lbs but I ate a salty dinner at 10.30pm and didn't get 3litres of water in so I'm not surprised or worried, seems it's the trend with us all this morning!

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2019 13:16

Down a smidge on yesterday but up 1.1 on my average. Yeah I think we may all accept Monday isn’t going to be good news from the scale. I wonder if I treated the weekend the same as the start of the week would it make a difference? Although I don’t think I can do it’s a moot point. It was never the weekdays that did all the damage.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2019 14:32

It didn't make a huge difference to me this weekend not

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2019 16:23

It’s the extra salt on my weekend food that does me in - I’ve pretty much knocked crisps on the head during the week but weekends I indulge a bit. At least it’s not a surprise on a Monday

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2019 16:36

For sure, it's the change in eating times for me also

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2019 19:55

Rubbish day for macros, didn’t eat until 1pm and just running around meant a lack of planning. Around 130 under cals but I think I’ll leave it there for the day, I’ll do better tomorrow. Steps pretty low, but I got my min 10,000.
How’s everyone else doing? It’s just lashing rain here for about 8 hours now

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 30/09/2019 19:59

I'm not doing great I just want to eat eat eat Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/09/2019 20:04

In back on track today.
I was like that last week wreck.
Stabilised at 127.

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2019 20:28

Spoke too soon, ate 120 of 130 remaining cals - ahh well, they’re there for a reason

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2019 06:31

1/4 down. Didn't make steps. About 1k short.
Cal exact. To much protein and fibre though.

WreckTangled · 01/10/2019 07:07

Up again ffs. Ate way too many brownies yesterday. Will have to share them with the dc

Not2bObvious · 01/10/2019 08:44

Down a bit, up .8 on average now. I’m thinking I’ll do some sober October- well up to when I go away for a wedding and the end of the month when I’m away for midterm. Might help drop a pound or 2 if I’m not having wine & crisps on Friday & Saturday?
50 minutes on the treadmill before my shower this morning. On 7500
