I’ve gone to bed with 300 cals left and only short 8gr of protein. The reason? My sitting room was invaded by a huge spider & it ran under the couch & I'm terrified. So there you go, now I know all I need to stop eating is a spider in the way of the food.
That’s very nice thing to hear wolf, men generally notice feck all so there’s real proof you’ve dropped weight visibly

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 27/09/2019 07:25

Scales down another smidge, at a 1lb drop on average with 2 weighs to go until official average day. I’m out for dinner tomorrow night so the scales could be nasty come Sunday morning but you gotta live.
Sorry to hear you’re v hungry life, what cals you on now? Maybe you need more fuel? First morning this week I haven’t done the treadmill, bloody spider! Any excuse, anyway the horrible b*stard has hidden himself, if he’d like to come out just about chocolate o’clock tonight, I might be happy/terrified to see him. Horrible sleep, knackered

WreckTangled · 27/09/2019 07:48

Down another 0.2... every little helps Grin

Not2bObvious · 27/09/2019 08:05

Absolutely wreck, well done! You must be close to your lowest are you?
I’m the lowest I’ve been since June, ok it’s only been 1 weigh in under my new bracket but I’m feeling encouraged by it. Going to put something nice on today😬

Happierwithouthim · 27/09/2019 08:27

Fantastic not & wreck

We've got gigantic spiders always in DD's room but last couple of days they seem to have moved to au pairs room, sign of a dry house they say. I'm not afraid of them but dd screams every time she seems them

Life try upping your cals just for 2/3 days to get you over this hungry phase

160.5 on scales this morning average still at 160 so that's ok

Walked dog this morning

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/09/2019 08:34

Up this morning but had salted food yesterday.
1800 still.
Was meant to be breakfast club this morning. Trying to decide between fruit scone or bacon roll

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/09/2019 08:35

Great losses there
That's fab wolf that people are noticing

WreckTangled · 27/09/2019 10:32

1.8lb away from lowest. I'm not worried as long as it doesn't go up!

Happierwithouthim · 27/09/2019 11:34

wolf that's brilliant that people are noticing, he can still admire you whilst being happily married Wink

life what did you go for?

I overate actifry chips last night, they were just tasty & I was hungry. I'd had a big snack before going to town with dc of a waffle and two fish fingers so this was possibly what threw me over my cals more. I didn't eat crap though so it's ok.

Not2bObvious · 27/09/2019 12:57

Just had a really nice ready meal with 33gr of protein and only 300 cals. Taco fries thing from Aldi, turkey mince with sweet potato fries. Really tasty, well worth €3.49.
Food is well on track today but steps are rubbish, under 4,000 so far. I’d be happy to get another 6,000 but not a lot of energy after bad sleep. I’ll grind them out one way or another

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/09/2019 17:23

I went for the scone as it was raining and I didn't need to leave the building for it.
Steps and fbw done today. Lots of carbs too.

Happierwithouthim · 27/09/2019 20:19

You put this idea in my head not

Pulled pork fries Grin Must check out that Aldi ready meal sounds good

I now have 50 cals left & need 6g protein in it but it's movie night with dc so that's not likely to happen.

Damn that looks lush happier, my meal was in the chilled cabinet in aldi with the wraps & sushi etc.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 27/09/2019 22:13

In case you’re trying to find it, hence the explanation

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 27/09/2019 22:41

My pulled pork was in Dunnes its not with the meat but in a chilled cabinet on bottom shelf with bbq pork ribs & I'm not sure what else is in the aisle.

I've scalded my right hand badly - ds dropped two matches into a nightlight in a glass holder & it's like all the wax caught fire & when I went to blow it out the wax splashed on back of my hand. I've got burn gel but even though it happened an hour ago it's still hurting I'm unsure whether there's still a thin layer of wax on my skin or if it's the burns, really tender, plus it's the hand I use for dog lead so I'm not sure how that's going to work out tomorrow.
Poor ds then dropped a Galway Crystal night light holder into fireplace where it quickly shattered with the heat & he was so scared by it he cried or else he was scared for my reaction to being scalded.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/09/2019 07:02

Ouch happier. Hope it's feeling better this morning.

Up today but had carbs day. Pouring down here so steps will be in doubt.

Not2bObvious · 28/09/2019 08:39

That sounds so incredibly sore happier, you poor thing. How’s it feeling today? Very scary few minutes between flames, getting burned and glass shattering - I’d have been a wobbly mess! I got an awful scald with a cup of black coffee in a coffee shop (for context, you know how how they are) and I was in bits. Had to work on something for another 3 hours that mean using the same hand, I was in agony. Whimpering away to myself like a baby.
Scales up .2 but no matter, overall average down 1.2, child taxi services soon, then some shopping, then home to watch a walkie/talkie on the treadmill before shower & brunch. Early bird meal out tonight so the brunch plus maybe a bit of Greek yog will keep me going

WreckTangled · 28/09/2019 09:30

Oh no happier hope it's feeling better? Burns are so painful.

Down again but was sick last night so not surprising BlushGrin apparently now I'm low carb I can't tolerate any alcohol (wasn't drunk) so that's me not drinking again

Wolfcub · 28/09/2019 09:50

Ouch Happier I hope it’s feeling better today. Any sizeable burn on your palm should be looked at really

Happierwithouthim · 28/09/2019 13:06

Scales down 1.3 overall average down 0.6lbs had 50 cal left by end of yesterday & really enjoyed my food too.

I'll attach a pic of my hand, the blisters are getting bigger

I've got a super diet tip for ye! Somethings tripping my electrics so I can't open fridge or freezer so can't eat much Grin

I've achieved 4 exercise days this week too so I'm ok with that. Thought I'd get to gym today but must wait for electrician instead & had to cancel beautician too

Happierwithouthim · 28/09/2019 13:07

Those protein cheese things from Lidl are delicious, nice change from 0% fat Greek yogurt

That’s very sore looking happier, might be an idea to pop to the chemist to see what they think? So giant spiders for me, tripped electrics for you!

OP posts:
Wolfcub · 28/09/2019 13:39

Happier that looks sore. I highly recommend the burn plasters that are a bit like compeed blister plasters although I’d really Keep an eye on that bliso

Happierwithouthim · 28/09/2019 14:27

Not electrician came & discovered that it was probably cobwebs in fuse box that caused it so giant spiders seem to be the answer Grin

Might pop to chemist to see what they recommend for blister alright
