lifelongfrugaleer · 24/09/2019 17:11

You aren't a moany biatch not. I carry fat on my tum. Size I am and all I see is tum flab
Well done on the nsv happier.

Not2bObvious · 24/09/2019 19:52

Within 1gr of my protein target!!! First time I’ve tried in weeks, over 16,000 steps too. Only 10 cals left so I guess the kitchen is firmly closed. But yay a good day done

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/09/2019 20:08

Yeah, great day

Not2bObvious · 25/09/2019 07:02

Down a bit, average now down by .3 - really would love to get 1lb off this week, might be doable. I’m only .2 over my lowest post holiday weight so with luck it’s turning😬

WreckTangled · 25/09/2019 07:26

Up again. Not surprising.

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/09/2019 08:10

Sts on increased weight. No suprise as steps under and calories over

Happierwithouthim · 25/09/2019 08:56

not2 did you feel more full after getting the protein so high?

I changed around my food a little yesterday because I forgot I had a meeting so 43cals over and 3g short on protein & 23g fibre. 3.2litres of water.

Weighed this morning at 159.6, I recorded that for yesterday as well as I felt I was down on Monday's weight then so that makes my average -0.5lbs for this week so far.

Should hit my cals/water/protein/fibre today... need more sleep going to start taking magnesium again before bed as I'm sleeping very restlessly.

Steps are so low 10k in total so far this week, going to gym & walking dog this evening, that'll sort it Grin

Not2bObvious · 25/09/2019 14:57

Not really happier, but today after having toast/Pb/jam for breakfast I knew I’d be starving so I had Greek yog 130gr with raspberries 40gr and about 10gr of mixed nuts. Full all morning! Good job on getting the average down.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 25/09/2019 16:21

I'd got sick of having the 0% greek yogurt but I'm back at it again because it's low cal snack, with strawberries and some golden crunch cereal (neither of which are low cost but we can't have everythingGrin)

Bacon medallions helping me hit my protein & get breakfast eaten in the car too, will try have something else tomo because they get paired with bread/bagel Hmm

at 1.30 I thought I wouldn't make it through the afternoon with tiredness but I'm doing ok now again.

Not2bObvious · 25/09/2019 18:05

Yeah it’s a challenge to get protein with incurring costs either in money or cals! I’m with 2gr if protein goal - and over 230 cals left, there’s protein in chocolate right😬
Close to 14,000 steps, wrecked. I’m a bit scared of taking magnesium, a friend of a friend reckoned they cause kidney stones, might be total rubbish but I can’t get beyond that.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 25/09/2019 18:06

Actually nearly 290 cals left...slobber

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 26/09/2019 06:25

I have half a tub of the aldi Yog as part of my breakfast.
Food on track ish yesterday as my tracking had been pants.
Fbw planned today and tomorrow.
I keep getting s lift home as it's pouring rain so miss my steps

WreckTangled · 26/09/2019 06:58

My dad gets kidney stones and has never been told it's anything about magnesium. He's had constant operations etc.

Weight back down to what it was the other day 🤷🏽‍♀️

Happierwithouthim · 26/09/2019 08:11

I didn't bother with the magnesium last night decided to use pillow spray instead & woke up rested, whether this is because of spray/exercise/mindset I'll never know Smile

Finished the day with 8cals left but over on protein/carbs/fat so there's something inaccurate in mfp for sure.

10263 steps & a short session in the gym, basically starting from scratch with weights again, must check out the classes, commitment needed.

I've 51g protein to find today in 587 cals so that's very unlikely to happen, finished work early so dog walk & some adventures with dc will be had.

It's great that you can get your steps as part of your normal routine life makes it more sustainable, mine have to be got by making time for them.

I'm liking the team rh zip tops, not the price though.

Happierwithouthim · 26/09/2019 08:11

sts weigh in

Not2bObvious · 26/09/2019 09:58

I think the correlation might have been to do with certain magnesium supplements having a lot of calcium wreck, it was just one of those throw away comments my friend made when she saw my tub of H&B magnesium- her friend who is a doctor used to take them & developed KS so was very down on them. I’m too scared to take them now! Though tbh, my sleep issues are so deep rooted, I think they would have only worked for a short time. Your poor Dad, I believe they’re awful though, hence my fear.
Down a bit today and now at .7 of a loss but I’m not getting cocky, I’ve got this far in the week and ended up with a gain. Takeaway tea promised to my girls so that’s a danger area

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 26/09/2019 12:36

I thought the same about the zip tops. Will need to save my pennies.

Not2bObvious · 26/09/2019 13:06

Saw it, looks nice, didn’t see price and I’m not paying them to be a walking advert haha

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 26/09/2019 13:57

I have to give them credit where credit is due, I learned a lot from them and it is the only plan that curbed me binge eating & I didn't gain last christmas because of team rh - mfp - fitbit compilation!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/09/2019 17:21

£35 not.
I'm totally supportive. Also totally tight and fine tend to wear hoodies as I'm too earn

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/09/2019 17:58

Warm not earn

Not2bObvious · 26/09/2019 19:19

So change of menu but it worked in my favour. Kids had mcd’s but I don’t like their food so I had something home made. Nice & cheap😬
24gr of protein left to find though...going to be a challenge

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 26/09/2019 20:24

I'm really really hungry this week. On track ish calories wise but could still eat my left arm.
Fbw and steps got today too

Wolfcub · 26/09/2019 20:29

Nsv today lovely male colleague (happily married it wasn’t a come on) said I’d obviously lost weight
