Weight up Angry didn't even eat much yesterday but got my period this morning so hey ho

Happierwithouthim · 23/09/2019 06:55

I fell into the petrol station snack situation last night as dd was hungry after leaving McDonald's she only had sandwich at lunch compared to myself & ds's meals

Reese's mix & salted caramel m&ms Sadeven felt guilty eating them so didn't enjoy Angry with myself

+1.1lbs on scales so average up 0.5
Going to do my utmost to meet water cals steps & hopefully protein today just grabbed from fridge going out the door so will see

Happierwithouthim · 23/09/2019 06:57

Kept wrappers to scan this morning
Scales gave a couple of different readings so will change batteries

Happierwithouthim · 23/09/2019 06:57

This is week without pill so hopefully will see a drop

Happierwithouthim · 23/09/2019 07:27

Over by 545 kcals Angry

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/09/2019 08:25

Line under it happier. Even worse if you didn't enjoy them.
By some miracle I seem to have come in just about on track yesterday. Didn't enjoy the mars ice cream thought.

Back on track today

Not2bObvious · 23/09/2019 09:34

Put it behind you happier, new week new start. I had to rush out this morning so didn’t get to weigh, back before lunchtime so I might chance it then. I averaged 1860 cals a day last week, meant to be 1750, it was better than the previous week of 2040 so progress is being made. Only 1 night with wine last week (had a couple of sips Thursday but threw it out)

100% behind me - 423 cals left today to hit 23g protein 20g fibre have meat part of dinner input but not sides so I think I'll do ok on protein, probably not fibre.

I'm still awful tired

Happierwithouthim · 23/09/2019 10:45

Love mars icecreams life but don't like mars bars Hmm

Not2bObvious · 23/09/2019 14:14

Same weight as yesterday (albeit after an hour on the treadmill) so my average is up by .3 - I can live with that. Very geared up for a good week, I need to get more protein in as well. Fibre does flip all for me but I guess I should make more of an effort as more fibre will mean better quality carbs I guess. Just over 11,000 steps, 4,000 to go & it’s lashing down here so it’s going to be indoor activity

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/09/2019 18:13

I could not be arsed to go to the gym or walk home. Ssooo tired today. Possibly will make 10k steps. Over on cals too as team bought breakfast

Not2bObvious · 23/09/2019 18:31

If you can get 10,000 that’ll be good life, but listen to your body, it’s telling you to take it easy. I find evenings really tough, trying to stick to a controlled amount of junk. I moved what was left over from the party on Friday to my shed, I still even have stuff left from the end of August when I had a gang over! Out of sight is key.
Still need just over 2,000 steps. Ugg

Aargh can't weigh this morning scales is in the same room my mother is sleeping in, also didn't get out for my long walk with dog because she was visiting Sad
I stayed within cals though Grin

Happierwithouthim · 24/09/2019 05:47

Wholeheartedly agree if you're exhausted pushing yourself to achieve steps or gym can be counterproductive

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/09/2019 06:23

Up today. Made 10k steps

WreckTangled · 24/09/2019 06:48

Weight back down again. Not down to lowest but what it was two days ago Grin I made low carb marzipan last night covered in chocolate!

Wolfcub · 24/09/2019 07:07

Up grrr

Not2bObvious · 24/09/2019 07:46

Was a smidge down - then a smidge up on second go. Sod that taking the first weight. Within .1 of Sunday’s average - jeez it’s slow to shift going by averages, from highest to now since my hols it’s about 7lb but by averages it’s 3.5lb from the Sunday after to last Sunday in 3 weeks. I suppose it’s textbook just over a pound a week but it’s sooo hardddddd😫
Moan over, plod on soldiers

My belt is going in an extra notch compared to yesterday so I'm going to take tomorrow's weigh in as today's weight too because I predict it'll be down a bit.

Day planned out 253 kcals left 8g fibre to hit, back to 0% Greek yogurt it just helps hit protein when I have it for snack

Was it good wreck?

Yes by averages it's slow so week on week that's what I go by but if someone asks me about my total weight loss so far I go from highest to lowest Grin

Not2bObvious · 24/09/2019 08:44

Nice nsv happier - nothing like a tangible result

WreckTangled · 24/09/2019 08:46

Really good happier!

Happierwithouthim · 24/09/2019 09:08

I'm nearly always content when I don't have a bloated tummy, if I can look down and see a flat belly that's not uncomfortable I'm generally pleased with that

Not2bObvious · 24/09/2019 10:43

I have a dreadful spare tire that wasn’t as inflated before the summer. I’m feeling so gutty these days, no surprise really as I’m about 10 pound over my lowest, and even at that I was maybe 20 pound off ideal weight for my height. My imagination doesn’t stretch that far though

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 24/09/2019 11:02

My motivation is looking back on the fact that I've achieved this level of weight loss twice before, and will do it again.

Saw photos recently of when we were building our house 12 years ago and I'd a big belly on me then and that was prior to pregnancies so I'm better than I was then GrinHmm

You can do it too not

Not2bObvious · 24/09/2019 11:15

Thanks happier, it would be nice to get there but for now I have to remember here is ok too. I know I’m at a point that I’d have killed for when I was 15 stone, need a slight adjustment in attitude today, feeling like a right moany biatch!
