That’s a nice thing to hear wolf, we rarely see the changes in ourselves. Average still up .2

Happy Saturday all. Today’s weigh in gets me back to a sts instead of a slight gain, mind you there’s tomorrow’s weigh in to go so I still might have a gain. I’m a tad delicate this morning after the party, few glasses of wine after the kids had their fun. Great day though & the birthday girl had to be carried to bed, her mother wasn’t quite as bad😂

Forgot to weigh and am now drinking a (low carb) mocha with cream so probably won't bother today Grin I've got left over chicken from last night I'm going to make a soup with

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/09/2019 07:35

Salt weight off.
Going to try not to destroy it all over the weekend.
Pleased the party went well

Not2bObvious · 21/09/2019 07:39

Yeah the weekend can be so hard to stay on track, 2 days with too many hours to food. I’m already thinking about a packet of salt & vinegar crisps. Purely medicinal of course, to rebalance my salt levels....
Homemade chicken soup sounds great wreck

Too many hour to food? Apparently I don’t eat, I food.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/09/2019 07:51

You need a medical bacon roll

Not2bObvious · 21/09/2019 07:59

Oh I’ll be having a medicinal bacon & egg brunch once the kids are despatched to activities😉

Good morning everyone, I woke at 5.50 just before my 6am alarm for work Sad

Weigh in was a success, back to 159.2 & food is like a normal working day today so hopefully I'll see something similar tomo, reducing my overall gain.

Ordered 3 months revive active with the credit on my credit card account instead of the skinny jeans from m&s that I was going to buy as weight loss motivation, I need my health more Grin

That's fabulous about birthday girl being carried to bed, sign of a great party Grin

I thought that was a deliberate mistake Grin

Wolfcub · 21/09/2019 10:06

1lb down. This will be ruined later by takeaway but it’s good while it lasts. Two more pounds and I’m where I was last summer after the miraculously easy marriage-implosion-weight loss-programme Grin

Happierwithouthim · 21/09/2019 10:07

Well done wolf

Not2bObvious · 21/09/2019 11:06

Nice one wolf, enjoy your takeaway, you’ve earned it.
That’s great happier that’s a great start to the weekend(apart from the before 6am wake up!) Haha yeah “I food” sounds about right for me. I’ve just made a beef curry for my dinner, I’ve a hankering for it - and I’m going to have 100gr of frozen chips, it’s Big Momma’s party time now😂

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/09/2019 11:36

I food permanently.

Well done wolf. Enjoy the takeaway, accept it will cause a gain. Job jobbed.

Weekend are about moving for me. I can now do ok with food ^^see above. It's steps I struggle with.

WreckTangled · 21/09/2019 18:08

Had this tonight I was really impressed!

Those are good macros. I look at them in Aldi but have never bothered. I will now.

Dodged the takeaways and made a jar curry. Still going to be over on calories as raspberry magnum is on offer again. And it's just one of those days

WreckTangled · 21/09/2019 18:25

I had the black bean one with carbonara and it was great

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/09/2019 18:27

Mmmm.

I have had 2 magnums

Happierwithouthim · 21/09/2019 20:28

Curry here too, it was so nice I didn't divide it in two as originally planned & now I'm stuffed & having the wine I didn't drink the other night 398 cals over once the munchies don't hit Grin

Steps are atrocious this week 34000 so far

Weight back up go 2lb above lowest. Grrr

Not2bObvious · 22/09/2019 08:50

Bloody scales up 2.4lb. I reckon it was my curry, added some salt & chilli mix to spice it up so the salt level was probably bonkers. Grrr so irritating. I was looking at a gain of .1, now it’s up .4 - I nearly didn’t record it but that’s just denial for very little reason. I’m up under half a pound, big deal.
I’d say don’t sweat it wreck but considering my rant above that’d be a tad hypocritical! At least we know we can turn it around in a few days, ‘‘tis only bloat

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 22/09/2019 11:44

+0.6lbs this week
None of my targets were met this week - steps/water/cals/protein/fibre
I've dinners portioned out for the week & recipes done in mfp so it's going to be a better week.

Pure bloat not2

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/09/2019 12:06

Defo bloat.

Fbw was torture but I did it. Going slowly to hell in a handcart but trying to curb it. My average is exactly the same as last week. 126.11

Not2bObvious · 22/09/2019 13:43

It totally was bloat. I got up, had tea, went shopping, had mini fry when I got home (egg/rasher/toast) another cuppa. 70 mins on treadmill walking/jogging. Shower, re-weigh....down 1.8
So my average is back to within .1 of last week. Pure fluid retention

Happierwithouthim · 22/09/2019 20:07

Grilled chicken & bacon wrap with med fries & Sprite Zero sees me 94cals over & not met any nutritional goals today but had pancake with bacon avocado & golden syrup for breakfast, lasagne & the works for lunch, half a Cadbury's yellow snack bar & McDonald's so I think I did reasonably well & unless I drink 2.5 litres now & am up all night peeing I'm going to see a big bloat on scales tomo ShockGrin

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/09/2019 06:33

Sts today. Will need to input yesterday as didn't but now have tracking guilt. It will be way over though
