I'm giving it my best shot with you happier as I'm 5lb up on my lowest BlushSad

Happierwithouthim · 16/09/2019 07:11

I'm about that too wreck basically I took the summer off & now I've to counteract that.
Was late getting up this morning so deli lunch was tempting but I had a good shop done so only needed to throw bits into bag. We've good cooking facilities here so that makes life easy

Wolfcub · 16/09/2019 07:22

Woo. Yesterday’s bloat gone so I officially lost 1lb last week which is great. Another three and I’ll be back to what I weighed last summer. I’ll never hope to get to the weight some of you started at though, let alone what you’ve achieved over the past year

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/09/2019 07:45

Some great losses going on. And some reinvigorated motivation.

Who knows wolf where you will get to. Your journey is not over yet. And you have had a lot to contend with the last year or so.

Not2bObvious · 16/09/2019 08:28

Down .6 on yesterday, average up by 1lb but not a bad start to a Monday considering the good weekend I had. Nice one wolf, just keep going, isn’t there a meme saying something about I’d like to see where I get to if I don’t stop this time - it’s within your grasp, one pound at a time (disclaimers- not saying you stopped or didn’t try!)

wolf nothing is impossible - even the word itself says 'I'm possible'
Just keep chipping away, you've had a tough time

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 16/09/2019 12:06

I like that happier!
Wolf, when I first started in May 2018 I was 86.5kg, which is 13 stone 6 and I think we are similar weights, iirc?
You have achieved so much already, just keep on, keeping on x

Wolfcub · 16/09/2019 18:05

Curvy I wish I was 13,6. I haven’t been that weight since I got married!
And I haven’t been Life’s starting weight since I was in my early 20s

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 16/09/2019 18:49

Wolf when I first started I didn't think I would have got this far. I am the most surprised that I've managed to stick to something, and that my weight is going down, still.
We've got you xx

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/09/2019 22:15

Don't be hard on yourself wolf. That was only me starting weight on this bit. I've been heavier than that before.

1 lb down at a time.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/09/2019 06:26

-1/2 today

Not2bObvious · 17/09/2019 07:19

Down a bit, average now at .4 up - up early for a treadmill walk before work.

Still 5lb up. But my sugar levels have been in range 100% for 48 hours so I don't care Grin

Wolfcub · 17/09/2019 07:40

1lb up today. On a train, feel like death on a stick. Urgh!

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/09/2019 07:41

Well done wreck.
That's dedication not. You smash those steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/09/2019 08:22

Oh no wolf. Gws. I'm off to the big smoke tomorrow. Hate travel

Happierwithouthim · 17/09/2019 08:55

Up 0.2lbs, maybe I should give the serrano a miss Grin I don't remember the aldi one being quite as salty as the dunnes one is Hmm
I've also ahem slowed down since I starting taking wellwoman multivitamin containing iron, so that won't be helping the scales either.

Was doing fine for cals last night yesterday when I decided to have one of those 21.5g snickers bars sending me over by 144 Angry I did enjoy it though, but that enjoyment is so shortlived

Not2bObvious · 17/09/2019 19:32

I think my early morning steps might have badly effected my appetite - hungry & tired all day. No cals left & could eat more, tummy is rumbling. I’ll try fight it, get an early night.

I made Parmesan crusted chicken for dinner and it was delicious! Even the dc liked it

Happierwithouthim · 17/09/2019 20:38

I think it's a hungry day not

Happierwithouthim · 17/09/2019 20:39

All my cals are gone & I haven't even had dinner Sad
I'm still going to eat something

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/09/2019 20:48

You still have to eat happier.
Devo a hungry day today.
How are your fluid levels not?

Not2bObvious · 17/09/2019 21:04

Fluid levels are good, but good call life - just over tired & now over calorie budget, darnit! Felt ridiculously drained today, thoughts of what needed to be done between today & Friday...Arg!!
I hope you manage to not overeat as much as me happier, on the plus side I was under by 350 yesterday, that’ll go towards the splurge.

Today will be least damage as traveling with work. Have my breakfast with me

WreckTangled · 18/09/2019 07:18

0.4lb down today or maybe 0.6 it's been almost an hour and I've forgotten Grin
