I think I might need to avoid weighing tomorrow morning, can’t stop eating today and I’m out to a birthday party tonight. Exhausted but got to go, I’m sure I’ll have fun once I get there

Not2 take your lb loss & enjoy your night.

I'd so much yummy food today- met my protein macro, fibre is atrocious & have 247 cals left so how I do depends on whether we stay at our destination tonight or I'm on driving duty! I'm ok with either so will see what he wants to do.

Mini snickers for breakfast
10000 steps with dog & friend & her dog
Omelette with chicken, bacon lardons & high protein cheese for brunch
Decluttering & laundry & descaling washing machine & dishwasher for afternoon
Cajun chicken veg & rice for dinner
Halo top ice cream with another mini snickers on top
Lots of water

Lots of walking today currently on 15300 and had my Garmin of for a while as it ran out of charge. Not hit protein today but week is way up. 55 cal over.
Fbw tomorrow

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/09/2019 19:44

In good with staying like this. The 1-2 lb off do actually make a difference which I'm happy with.
Going to stay like this for a bit then consider reverse. In not going to bulk as I will never lift that much weight

Happierwithouthim · 15/09/2019 00:45

Life I'm delighted for you, well done on getting to this point

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 06:56

Thanks happier. I just need to maintain it now.
You guys will get the as well I know it. It's taken me about 18 months

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 06:56

Sts today average is -1.11

Not2bObvious · 15/09/2019 08:04

Could I ask how much you lost in 18 months life? Just ignore if you don’t want to say. Nice loss this week too.
The rate I’m going it’s going on 18 years! I put everything I can remember eating yesterday/last night into mfp & I’m pretty much a day over in calories. So easily done, well it is for me. At least my few days before that were good. I’m about 20,000 under my weekly average too. Haven’t braved the scale yet, might go for a walk first, try walk off some bloat

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 08:11

My start weight was 146 Christmas 2017.
I'm now 126.
Lost and gained the same few lb along the way.
I don't mind in the slightest btw.

I have loose skin now so I'm never going to get a wash board tum. Thanks baby elephant X2.

I do body pump 3-4 times a week and have to be careful with weights due to my prolapse. Hence I have shape but I'm never going to be toned as some.
That's ok though.

Am I totally happy when I look in the mirror naked - no. But I'm happy enough. Clothed I look awesome Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 08:12

That should be I don't mind you asking btw

burninglikefire · 15/09/2019 08:18

I have been working hard at trying to reduce my weight - and have been quite successful. What I find really hard is the occasional day when my weight has "inexplicably" increased by half a pound. Now, I know in my head that the increase is water retention etc, but I still find it demoralising!!!

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 08:20

Yip burning. It could be one of a number of things or nothing. It is hard to not focus on the daily number
Weekly average is what counts.

Wolfcub · 15/09/2019 08:58

2lb up but yesterday and Friday were very Carby. Life hope ds is ok after his need to be checked out on Friday

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 09:00

He's fine wolf. Leg still a bit sore so no sports until next weekend. He only says it hurts when you ask him though.

Mil in crisis though. So yesterday was rocky. We got there and not to far out of target

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/09/2019 10:12

Weigh in today 78.4kgs, so a 0.3 kg loss over the week.

Life, well done, that is great weight loss and you have managed to keep it off!
You have given me hope! xx

Not2bObvious · 15/09/2019 11:26

Up a bit so my loss is now .7 for the week. You’re giving me hope life, I sometimes worry the longer it takes is there any point, that I’ll never get there.
I’m not at too bad a place, if it takes me another year what of it. Your start weight is around what I’d like to be by the new year. Sorry to hear you mil isn’t great, it must be very tough.
That’s great curvy, you’ve lost about the same as me.
Scale flux is a constant cause of woe here burning, welcome to angst’ville😂

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/09/2019 11:35

Well done not.
I think we need to remember that the weight didn't get there overnight so it will take a while to get rid of it.
Slow and steady will win the race!

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 13:09

Best in mind as well I fell off plan more than I care to admit. Defo slow and steady. We are only human

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/09/2019 18:27

300 overt today as Made pudding with dinner.
Got my weekly steps and did a fbw today

Not2bObvious · 15/09/2019 18:55

Short by about 3,000 steps for my weekly 105,000 but finding it hard to push myself for the last few. I think I might leave it, be kind to myself. Around 100 cals left, but I don’t know if that’ll be enough. Been a long day, miserable weather so home all day apart from my 40 minute stroll this morning. If I thought I’d sleep I’d go to bed!

Happierwithouthim · 15/09/2019 19:55

Late poster but reporting 0.7lbs gain.

I didn't weigh this morning so I just input it as a sts, seeing as I drank last night scales will probably jump up tomorrow too.

I only ate my breakfast & this today so at least there's not going to be carb bloat too.

Well done to everyone on their losses HaloHaloHalo

Just confessed my last few sins to mfp & my average is wayyyy over for the week. Must pull it back in line over the next few days. I’m defo getting a carby scales punishment tomorrow.
Your dinner looks so tasty happier 😋

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/09/2019 06:13

160.9
And another week begins, going to give it my best shot

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/09/2019 06:22

You can do it happier.

Sts today

Not2bObvious · 16/09/2019 06:24

That’s a very respectable Monday morning weigh in happier, I’m not too optimistic here. It’s my younger ones birthday this week, 2 cakes to bake since her birthday is a couple of days before her party. Then the usual buns/rice crispy cakes & junk to prepare. Better invest in chewing gum to stop myself sampling. Awake an hour now despite really needing another couple of hours sleep. Oh well, another week to get it right😉
