Happier I love how similar our dc are Grin I think they would be great friends

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/09/2019 06:30

That's when I miss having a doggo happier.
Forced myself to the gym and 14k steps. Could not be arsed to go the final 800.
So tired.

At work today so will be on track all day. Can't decide whether to fbw today and tomorrow or just tomorrow.

Scales sts 126.0

Not2bObvious · 12/09/2019 08:42

Down a smidge this morning so standing at a 1lb drop on last Sunday’s weigh in. And we all know how that can turn around!
I was the same yesterday life, I was about 700 short but had nothing in the tank to crank out the last few. Was under cals by around 250 so I’ve now around 500 banked for Friday. Slept fairly well but feeling a bit tired still. Only 2,000 steps done so far, quite a bit to go and weathers not great today. Might be the dreadmill when I get home

life I'm finding it quite an adjustment getting back into having one after about 11 months of a break. I love her to bits and enjoy her but the 'having to walk her', 'having to feed her' etc is like an extra chore sometimes.

I stayed the same at my heavier weight this morning. It is what it is!

13000 steps Smile

Not2bObvious · 12/09/2019 16:28

I’m sure you’re due a whoosh happier - could be one of those whopper ones where you drop 3lb overnight! Ahh good times.
Home now & knackered, company coming for dinner so I’ll need to start cooking shortly - thankfully I had the sense to do my prep yesterday. Not quite 10,000 and v unlikely I’ll get my 15,000 but my 19,000 on Monday will give me a buffer. I get really tired of all the stepping some days, I love when I get it done early but that’s rare.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 12/09/2019 18:35

Enjoy the company, I've had an afternoon of homework & clearing out under the stairs, feels great to have made a start.

One bin bag of rubbish, three bin bags for h & some stuff for dc to sort out & maybe I'll be putting that into a bin bag too.

Figured out that the stair lights were not broken just plugged out

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/09/2019 06:28

Great start happier.
Sts this morning same weight all week.

Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 06:52

Sts here again too

WreckTangled · 13/09/2019 07:06

Up again. Still 3lb up on my lowest. Maybe I'll get a woosh soon 🤔

Not2bObvious · 13/09/2019 07:32

Down a smidge, average now down by 1.1 - if I was only weighing Fridays I’d be only .2 down on last week, that would be hard to swallow. I’m 2lb down from Monday’s weight, 8lb down from the 26th August but that was about the heaviest I’d been in a few years so phew!
Just made my 10,000 yesterday, had nothing left to give and think my elderly company might have found it alarming if I leapt up and starting marching on the spot last night. No vino taken so that’s 3 weeks in a row no alcohol for 5 day. Glad it’s Friday
I predict whooshes all round! Sending whoosh wishes far & wide😉

Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 08:15

Great work on the alcohol free time not it definitely inhibits weight loss I find.

My average is up 0.8lbs on last week SadI'm doing well on everything though so it'll show & my tummy is flat& that makes me Smile

Not2bObvious · 13/09/2019 08:22

Ah well then happier, it’s just a number on the scales, albeit one we all live & die by!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 13/09/2019 08:36

It's definitely working then happier regardless of what the numbers say.

I'm having a scone today. Yum. Carb refeed honest....

Not2bObvious · 13/09/2019 08:40

Slobber....scone....I’d love a coffee slice now you’ve mentioned baked stuff

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 09:07

Maybe it was the scone I had yesterday Hmm

It was only fair, a bit dry really to be fair Hmm

Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 09:57

This is why I've gained

Clearly food bloat happier, I always see a gain when I go close/over 2000 and it’s carb/physical food bloat. Loads of water?

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 13/09/2019 10:21

I pressed post too soon, loads of water to flush you out I meant

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 11:49

Yes I'm doing that, so hopefully it'll help. Stressed too a bit so that might be part of it too

Happierwithouthim · 13/09/2019 12:20

Hoping to head away somewhere sat night so will only have tomorrow's weigh in.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/09/2019 07:21

Sts 126. 5 days now.i got hold of something and weighed again so scales not broken.

Going to do some declutter today and will walk to the post office. Might walk to the further away one

Happierwithouthim · 14/09/2019 09:22

Dropped to 159.6 this morning hasn't affected my average though.

Life sts at your stage is great isn't it?
Similar day planned here, out for a run with dog now, home for brunch/late breakfast going to declutter some part of house not sure where yet. I'm thinking office, it's a teeny room but jam packed & not something anyone can help with so might just get it out of the way.

Went over cals yesterday but didn't have the wine. Going out tonight, torn between drinking & not drinking. Will see later.

Not2bObvious · 14/09/2019 12:20

Up a 1.4 this morning but that’s drinks & restaurant food related. Still at 1lb average off. Jeez a lot of work went into that pound!

Hi all.
Welcome Ginger.

Today has been spent doing all the jobs I didn't get to do during the week, and I'm still not finished!
Hope you all have a great day.

WreckTangled · 14/09/2019 15:17

I'm still up and seem bloated. I look five months pregnant Confused Grin
