No word from her yet, it'll give me a chance to be decluttering my house and go to gym Smile

I get ya, just i'd find it hard.

Finding it hard myself not to get ahead of myself & work out what 1.5lbs lost every week will mean to me by friends hen party, by Christmas, by my birthday etc Smile

Not2bObvious · 06/09/2019 15:37

Oh could you imagine 1.5lb a week....be just over 1.5 stone a few days before Christmas. If the maths were infallible, it’d be a cut of 750 a day. That’s probably the infamous 1200 & 10,000 steps a day. Yeah I’m out 😂

Hhhmmm so I will watch the not losing video again and then go back for advice as requested. It's a bloody hours long though

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/09/2019 17:07

Oh no poor running buddy. Hope she gets well soon.

Happierwithouthim · 06/09/2019 18:36

I'm on 1600 & not a cal below & don't hit 10000 average most weeks Grin

Made a fakeaway - finally using the frozen veg I promised myself I'd use Grin
518 cals 50g protein just 3g fibre but it's delicious

1.5lbs weekly would bring me within 7lbs of target ShockHalo

Sorry for double post it said it wouldn't post

ChristmasSeacow · 07/09/2019 06:50

Hello! Time-poor so fell off the thread but can’t skeep right now so catching pizza weirdly the DC are usually up by now so a bit annoyed to waste a possible lie-in!

I was 1.5lb down at Tuesday’s weigh in. I didn’t deserve better because although I was pretty good all week I’d eaten at PILs over the weekend and that was BAD. Crisps, dips, nuts, buttery main, pudding... you get the idea. Still, that was 5lb over 2 weeks so I’m doing okay.

I need to lose another 10 lb to get down to what I weighed at the end of April. I’m really annoyed with myself - I did really well with slimming world for 6m to April and have been fannying about since then so give back up a bit. Just wasting time. I am going to really focus between now and Christmas, hoping to lose 2st total from my post-holiday weight.

I bought a 12-week planner from amazon and am filling it in (meal plans, food diary, etc). Hoping to stay focussed. I am getting back to knitting in the evenings because that’s when I would eat chocolate, it helps to keep my hands busy!

You all seem to be doing so well, especially with exercise, and heading in the right direction.

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/09/2019 07:07

It's still a loss sea. That sounds like a very achievable goal.

WreckTangled · 07/09/2019 07:37

I'm up 3lb this morning but I'm not worried. Combination of eating lots yesterday, not drinking enough and being a bit bunged up Blush

I can't lose anymore weight so have been making sure I get lots of fat. Cauliflower cheese with sausages last night made with double cream 😋

ChristmasSeacow · 07/09/2019 08:26

Envy Wreck. Love cauli cheese! It’s defo off my agenda for the time being.

Wolfcub · 07/09/2019 09:02

1lb up, that’ll be the beer.

FakeWay looks lovely Happier

I love cauli cheese too. I make mine with creme fraiche and no flour.

Well done Sea 1.5 is good

ChristmasSeacow · 07/09/2019 09:22

I always think 1lb doesn’t sound much, but then I look at 2 pats of butter and think it’s quite a bit actually! Helps me feel motivated.

Just made blueberry pancakes for the family and resisted for myself. Waiting for Ocado to come so I can have eggs (last ones went in the pancake batter)

Not2bObvious · 07/09/2019 10:07

Survived my sleepover and was pretty decently behaved, have to put it in mfp but scales only showing a slight jump. Overall average down a fair bit, I’m saying nothing til tomorrow’s weigh in. Bit tired but going to have a bit of brekkie & a snooze before I kick off the rest of my day.
That video is great life, I don’t know if I could watch it again either. The only thing I do remember seeing is when you’re low weight, losses can be vv slow, like .25-.5 every week or 2. Could easily be masked by other things and only become obvious after a few weeks. I’ve a while to go before that becomes an issue😂
I’d love a pound a week, that’s what I’m working for after this initial bloat goes.

I will watch it walking to work one day.
I'm at calories but could go over. Not sure yet. Only half done steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/09/2019 07:16

Week average is -0.26
I made some flapp Jack yesterday so was 300 over. Could have been more but I was strong

WreckTangled · 08/09/2019 09:02

I'm still 2.5lb up which is annoying.

Wolfcub · 08/09/2019 10:11

4/8 down from yesterday but still up for the week

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/09/2019 12:09

Hi all, sorry I've been a bit rubbish at posting, just so busy with work and the start of the new school year always exhausts me.
So weigh in today was the same as last week, it's the totm too, so i'll take it!
I have done loads of steps since the first of the month, so pretty pleased with that.
Food hasn't been to good, take out lunch on Tuesday, Fridays dinner was McDonald's and had pizza hut for lunch yesterday, but didn't have dinner because I was so full, I just had a coffee and some fruit in the evening.
Hopefully next week will be better!

2.9 down for the week, chuffed to bits. That’s really spurred me on for the week. Had my splurge day yesterday but I think I’m still on track to average 1750 a day so I’ll stick with that next week. Going out for lunch but easily tracked as fast food chain & back off the gargle until next Friday. Got to get some decent steps in today

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/09/2019 17:09

Well done not!

Not2bObvious · 08/09/2019 17:11

Thanks v much all, needed it badly! It’s like trying to turn a large tug boat getting my weight back on track. Oh my wreck that looks lush! I’d be in trouble with that for sure

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 08/09/2019 17:25

Can't see the pics wreck cos I'm in McDonald's & can't connect to free WiFi

I only had a chicken & bacon burger. Dc having ice cream & milkshakes & they had takeaway last night & I came home & made myself sweet potato fries & 3 chicken dippers in actifry as I'd already had dinner. Both for financial & calorie reasons! Was over by 228 kcals.

Weigh in this morn 159.2 so I'm down exactly 1.5lbs Grin super motivated by this.

Not wow well done
Wreck you were ill last weekend

Curvy your steps are amazing! I've loads done today but fitbit is dead 44000 up to fri night, wouldn't mind I was working sat so could've charged it.
