Well we went out to a new Turkish place last night and it was really nice. Expensive though. I had:

Glass of Prosecco
Two pieces of flatbread as a treat with their delicious dips and some olives
Halloumi and spicy sausage starter
Minced chicken kebab on salad.

Wolfcub · 22/08/2019 07:24

Sounds lovely Wreck

1/4lb down. This will not last as today will be carby

Pilates later.

WreckTangled · 22/08/2019 07:35

Weight down from yesterday 0.2lb down from Monday. Think I'll delete the weight post sickness and it's not realistic at all Grin making today my lowest.

Happierwithouthim · 22/08/2019 08:54

It was delicious, got sausages made in this county this week and they're fab! Stayed within my cals but didn't hit my macros, and I was really satisfied by that brinner Grin

Scales went down another half this morning, this is all helping me as I have my cousins 30th this weekend and 3 of the 4 that will be there are skinny minnies Wink

north that's good post holiday isn't it?
wreck your meal sounds fab and you didn't over do it either.

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/08/2019 17:41

Half down today but feel really tired. Sacked of the gym and will be lucky if I get 10k steps.
Too much protein, not enough carbs

Happierwithouthim · 22/08/2019 20:32

Neat Up at its best - 8000 of these steps were taken just walking the length of 2/3 cars & back in front of my house Grin

I slipped on scummy stuff in the front yard today so I decided to spread the second half of the Stone I bought last December onto it! Half a tonne shovelled across today

We had takeaway as it's my last early finish day before the dc go back to school.

Well done happier

Least said about yesterday the best. Today will be a carb day. My weekly protein and fibre are fine. Hope it will help the tiredness

WreckTangled · 23/08/2019 07:15

0.6lb down. Really need to try and maintain now.

Hope you feel better life

Wolfcub · 23/08/2019 07:39

Well done Happier

Well done everyone this week some great results. Life hope you feel better soon, have you had your vit d levels checked recently?

Another 1/4 down for me today.

Happierwithouthim · 23/08/2019 08:06

Scales up 0.7lbs as expected post takeaway- my tummy also reacted to it this morning. Another reason to stay away.

Yesterday's steps brought my average up to 9500 for this week Grin

I'm pondering if it's flare ups of chronic fatigue syndrome I get rather than recurring lapses of bad cold/flu

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/08/2019 08:32

Getting extra steps in walking for bacon butties.
I had recent bloods for my throat but got no response

Wolfcub · 23/08/2019 08:38

I’d maybe ask for a vit d, b12 and iron test they may not have checked these when they did your throat. I have never felt so ill or so inexplicably exhausted as the six month’s before I realised my vit d was in my boots.

WreckTangled · 24/08/2019 05:42

Morning! We're off on holiday. When I started on this thread my main aim was to be comfortable on holiday. I started at 9st7 and this morning was 8st2.2 I don't want to lose anymore but am staying on to maintain and keep good sugar levels. Thank you all for your support and tips I couldn't have done it without you Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/08/2019 07:21

Well done wreck, enjoy your holiday.

Will do wolf. I got a bit b complex yesterday an be take d in the autumn anyway.
Had a carbs day yesterday too and feel much better. Calories, steps and fbw. Weekly average still up.
Up 2lb though but that's carb weight

Wolfcub · 24/08/2019 08:23

Down 5/8ths
Well done Wreck

Beer and curry today so tomorrow and Monday the scales will not look pretty

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/08/2019 14:54

Converted my gardening to steps. About 8k. Sweating more than at the gym

Wolfcub · 24/08/2019 15:38

£20 pub, rounds. But I don’t mind cos I’m getting fed

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/08/2019 07:07

Weekly average is 1/2 down.
Fbw today and more garden redesign

northender · 25/08/2019 07:27

Well done wreck, that's a great loss. Have a good holiday.
I've done no exercise & am not eating well, but it was expected, so I'll be back on it soon

Wolfcub · 25/08/2019 10:37

1lb up. Not a surprise

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 25/08/2019 12:49

Hi all, hope you are all ok.
My weigh in this morning was 79.2kg, so I've gained a bit, but I'm not going to complain, I ate some delicious food, spent quality time with family, saw some great comedy and drank alcohol.
The good parts were that from the time we went to devon and then I went to Edinburgh, I did over 10,000 every day and on a couple of those days I did over 20,000.
Dread to think what the scales would have said if I didn't get those steps in!

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/08/2019 20:34

Feeling very bloated today.

ChristmasSeacow · 25/08/2019 23:53

I only weigh weekly but I’ve been sticking to the eating plan. Actually quite looking forward to getting weighed on Tuesday! (For the first time in ages).

Not2bObvious · 26/08/2019 07:22

Hi all, back on it - back from hols a few days so I braved the scales. Around 5.5 on, so in total since the end of June I’ve gained 10lb between 2 holidays. It might still be a little bit of bloat cause I didn’t get back to good behaviour immediately as I have friends & family over for drinks & food Friday and Saturday. But a good 7lb is on my tum/bum
I’m away for a long weekend in just over 6 weeks so the aim will be to drop it or as close as possible.
Hope you’re all enjoying your bank holiday, just a normal Monday here. Going to plan out my food and do a shop after work.

Up again but still bloated. Hot weather doesn't agree with me
