Not, hope you are feeling better. And thank you for the advice re weighing, it makes sense too!
Happier, well done!
Wreck, I'm sure it will all even out soon.
Still doing good with the walking and have been getting at least 10,000 steps a day.
Yesterday we went to Teighmouth and I had the most amazing sandwich! It was a FLT, falafel, lettuce and tomato, with homemade vegan mayo, fresh side salad with blueberries and homemade vegan coleslaw, definitely the best thing I've eaten in Devon.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/08/2019 21:09

Steps are woeful today as was at work late, missed the gym and DH picked me up so I didn't wash home. 8k
Food good though

WreckTangled · 14/08/2019 21:12

My steps are awful! But in my defence my Fitbit was charging for half the day WinkGrin ate better today. Two meals no snacking.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/08/2019 06:08

Up again this morning

Wolfcub · 15/08/2019 07:02

Just over 1lb down so now back to where o was on Saturday or Sunday last week.

Happierwithouthim · 15/08/2019 08:22

Sounds lovely curvy

Saw 2lbs increase on scales today so possibly pasta (tues) and wrap pizza(wed) catching up on me. Average still down 0.2lbs

Had bigger things to bother me this morn such as shining mirrors & glass ahead of second viewing of house Grin Fitbit needed charging so don't know if it recorded that activity or not Hmm

Meet my new steps buddy Grin

Life 8k is not woeful, are you enjoying your child free time?

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/08/2019 08:43

Yes. Lots of time at work though to catch up. And extra fitness time.
Binge watching santa clarista diet in Netflix too.
Devo hormones whatever is going on I think

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/08/2019 19:20

Over calories with food that wasn't worth it. Currently on 12k steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/08/2019 06:07

Steps got yesterday. 3/4 down this morning.
Fbw today too

WreckTangled · 16/08/2019 06:56

I'm only 0.4 up on my lowest so not bad. Just going to keep plodding Smile

Wolfcub · 16/08/2019 08:18

Up this morning. I’m not recording it. Pilates shortly and full of cold again so it’ll be kill or cure

northender · 16/08/2019 08:24

Curvy holidays are hard & Devon & Cornwall particularly I think, with pasties & cream teas! That sandwich sounded like a good option though.
Happier the dog looks lovely.
I've got a Fitbit but haven't used it for a while as I can't wear it at work so find it a bit of a pain. May give it another try though.
Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, struggled at times with wifi, but back in uk now. So, managed holiday well I think, made some good choices & didn't worry about other stuff. Managed a good amount of exercise, although almost 24 hours on the ferry wasn't great.
Weighed just now at pil's . I think their scales are pretty accurate & I am around the same as I was when I last weighed about 5 weeks ago which I'm pleased with. From now on I'll weigh every Thursday or Friday morning at work. I'm 3kg from my first small target.

WreckTangled · 16/08/2019 09:18

I've gone down two ring sizes. Cheaper to do than I thought so have left them at the jewellers to be done. Thought this counted as a NSV Grin

Happierwithouthim · 16/08/2019 10:23

Fantastic wreck it certainly does
north that's great going with hols and all the stress you've been under with ds.

I did school uniform shopping yesterday, left house @ 6.55am, left work at 3pm and arrived home at 10pm. Food was eaten out and it wasn't macro friendly - breaded chicken burger and chips at a takeaway, enjoyed and still smothered with cold so I needed the comfort. Scales kept up the 2lbs gain from previous day, so my average is now +0.1 alright for being ill.

Steps yesterday 10846 36000/70000 4days so averaging 9k rather than 10k Smile

wolf we can be smothered together. I've no dc tonight or until 6pm tomo and I'm going to do very little except look after myself. Will fix hinge on gate for dogs yard, clean the said yard & collect car seat cover and seat belt clip for ddog and that's all tomo Grin

Santa Clarista Diet life good?

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/08/2019 11:29

Yes it is happier. Worth a watch. How did the viewing go?

Happierwithouthim · 16/08/2019 14:27

I didn't hear anything at all life so who knows Hmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/08/2019 16:37

Rubbish

WreckTangled · 16/08/2019 19:18

Low carb mug cake Grin

Frugaleers talk food/fitness & weight loss 2019 - July onwards
Wolfcub · 16/08/2019 19:37

Looks good Wreck

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/08/2019 21:35

Looking good wreck. I've never tried a mug cake.
Just had a vegan coconut and lime cake or yum and then a vegan carrot cake. Also yum but the lime one was my fav. In going to get the recipe

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/08/2019 07:13

Up 1.5 today

WreckTangled · 17/08/2019 07:20

1lb down new lowest. I'm sure it won't last plus we go on holiday in a week.

Life those cakes sound delicious! I'm missing cinnamon rolls, have found some recipes but buying the ingredients isn't cheap

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/08/2019 07:39

That's the thing. Baking is cheap if you have the stuff in. Buying lots of ingredients at once is not cheap.

Wolfcub · 17/08/2019 07:47

Up lots. Pizza beer and ice cream to blame

northender · 17/08/2019 08:38

With dh's family yesterday so pub lunch & then pasties for the journey home! Healthy choices not really an option. Home now so need to meal plan & then go food shopping.
