Great behaviour for holidays northender, it’s brilliant when you can make good choices but still enjoy it.
Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, still have over 300 cals left, so that’s nice. Fair play for staying away from the alcohol happier for a few weeks - it really helps with the weight loss.

First time driving a bigger car than mine through drive thru so I was concentrating on that & not the menu Grin

That's fantastic going wreck

North* brilliant positive mindset welcome on board 👍

Not2 it definitely impedes my weight loss big time, I'm limiting myself to once a month

Happierwithouthim · 11/08/2019 19:41

Bold fail again BlushBlushBlush

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/08/2019 20:58

Steps not got, everything else there abouts. Back to the work routine tomorrow

WreckTangled · 12/08/2019 06:13

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/08/2019 06:15

Wolfcub · 12/08/2019 07:05

1.5 up. Stupid body!

Happierwithouthim · 12/08/2019 09:12

Sts since Sat so I've recorded that for Sunday too to make last weeks loss 0.4lbs, bit more respectable.

Exercise plan made & I'm planning out meals also
Steps will be got every day this week(10000), I caught up on my sleep a bit last night.

Not2bObvious · 12/08/2019 10:01

I think I’m the same as yesterday, my scales (yes plural) kept bouncing around but there was a commonality around one figure that I’m using. My floor is even, the batteries in one for sure are new, that’s the one that’s the weirdest - but it’s a funny type of travel scales so it’s not the most reliable I’m thinking (it weighed me the lightest, I knew it was lying😂)
Another week to do the best we can, or in my case until Thursday then all my resolve will fly out the window the minute I hit foreign soil. I’m going to try to act differently but I’m not going to beat myself up

Hi all!
life, hope today was better Flowers
Welcome back north
So my last weigh in was friday and I STS. (I usually weigh on Sundays)
We are on holiday in Devon, so I expect to see a rise when we return home, but I may not bother as the day after we get home I will be going to visit my dd1 in Edinburgh.
The good bits though is that on Friday I did over 20,000 steps, Sat 14,765 and yesterday was 10,147. Food has been ok, but I won't promise that I will be an angel! Oh alcohol has been drank too!
Hope you are all ok, will pop on when I can.

Not2bObvious · 12/08/2019 16:29

Have a lovely break curvy, I wouldn’t weigh in until you’ve finished your visit to your daughter and even then I’d give it 48-72 hours. The woman on the half size me podcasts recommends not stepping near a scales after a holiday for 72 hours - I guess to let the worst of the bloat dissipate. I’d need 72 days lol!
Nothing in for dinner, time to potter to the shops I reckon. V short on steps so that’ll help

Two short walks today as I’m dog sitting but far more than I’d normally do on a wfh day as I’m normally glued to my laptop from 7-4

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/08/2019 06:10

Yesterday I did piyo and pump, food and steps got.
Yes feeling better today.
Steps will be tricky today as need to drive into work. I might do a step class though to get erm ...... steps..

Wolfcub · 13/08/2019 06:15

1/4 down

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/08/2019 07:10

1/2 down. It's going the right way wolf

northender · 13/08/2019 08:26

Not my best day yesterday, but not too bad. Did 20 mins lengths in the pool, no alcohol in the afternoon, 3 pieces of pizza last night (would usually have 4) & no snacks with wine at night.
Well done to those who have lost, keep going to those that haven't.

WreckTangled · 13/08/2019 08:41

Weight down from yesterday but still up Angry

Not2bObvious · 13/08/2019 08:48

Weight up on yesterday but my backs acting up & I always have gains when I’m taking anti inflammatory meds. I’m not weighing again until I’m back from my hols a few days. My main concern is not being crippled going away and that means just keeping gently active for the next 2 days. No mental exercise

OP posts:
Wolfcub · 14/08/2019 05:56

Hope your back is a bit better today Not

3/8ths down

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/08/2019 08:48

1/2 up.

Hope things are better today not

WreckTangled · 14/08/2019 08:58

Mines going up and up. I think I need to stop eating so much.

Happierwithouthim · 14/08/2019 09:50

I've finally steadied myself with food. Scales has been the same since Sat which is perfect. I've a bit of a headcold now so I hope that taking paracetamol/ibuprofen doesn't cause a bloat Hmm
19400/70000 steps 2/7 days Smile

wreck do you think you're allowing yourself to eat more because you're no carbing Confused

WreckTangled · 14/08/2019 10:05

Yes definitely! Also I suppose it's a bit change in food I would never eat mayonnaise before Grin I'm going to have a much cleaner day today and see if it makes a difference tomorrow morning. Hoping it's just bloat. Holiday in ten days so don't really want to be putting on before I go!

Not2bObvious · 14/08/2019 10:14

Thanks all, it’s been much worse than this so I’m grateful for small mercies. I’ll just keep with the anti inflammatories & take it handy. Bloody scales though, it’s clearly the bane of all our lives! Despite promising myself I wouldn’t step on it I had to, so down a pound but still up with no real reason except for medication which I know in my logical head makes sense but my weightloss brain is raging!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/08/2019 11:23

I ate pasta for dinner last night and went to bed with a fine bloated belly, was sure that it would show on the scales this morning but my luck was in Grin
It's hard to disassociate your mind isn't it not what I keep saying to myself, my clothes are fitting me as well as they were before summer started so it's ok, it's ok, it's ok - but my weight loss head isn't listening to that Sad

I'm not really a mayo person either wreck just with tuna & sweetcorn for a sandwich or to dip a toasted sandwich into
