I did enjoy the ice cream, guilt free. I've made myself get 15k steps. 3 fbw this week and nailed every day this week.
The same will occur next week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 21:31

Apparently the Aldi diet ice cream is the dogs.
Marmite. Bleh

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 06:44

I loooove marmite.

STS today. How is that fair? I was really good yesterday too. And today my aunt is taking us to the harvester for breakfast I've worked out just the cooked part is over 700 calories and that's having vegan sausages, no bacon or eggs 🤮 annoying.

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 07:04

Actually it's not as bad as that. Looks like MyFitnessPal was over estimating rather a lot. Have been on the harvester website, not that they have much on there.... and found what I can. They don't have any of the continental on there but I will only have fruit.

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2019 07:14

Gonna say wreck that sounds high for a cooked breakfast. Maybe with fried bread it might be that.

STS today too. Only need 9500 steps to my weekly target. Can't fit pump in today but will go tomorrow instead.

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 07:43

I'm really bloated today. Maybe my fake period is coming? It's been a few months...

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 12/05/2019 08:08

1lb on this morning. That’ll be the wine.

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2019 09:14

No weigh in today, suffering a little after my late night but had great fun so it was worth it. I’ll deal with weight tomorrow

Drat lost a massive post

No time atm to repost Sad

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 16:34

I would be within cals today but I've got a packet of chocolate raisins I'm planning on eating. Will share with dh but that's still over 400 calories ShockGrin

So for breakfast I had:
2 veggies sausage
2 hash browns
Spinach
Small amount of beans
English muffin with butter
Two coffees

Lunch was a small m&m cookies...

Dinner is veggie sausages (overload!) with a waffle and salad.

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2019 18:22

I was doing really well until I was bought an ice cream and am being cooked Apple crumble and custard for pudding. Can't refuse it would be rude.
Good job it's a whole of life plan.
Bye bye lowest weight.

Over my steps target for this week though.

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2019 18:50

I fell foul of the ice cream too. Might just scrape in around cals and just over 11,000 steps. That’s decent considering my delicate state.
New week tomorrow all - anyone up for trying to stick to their calories for a few days😂 I’m a disaster!

Hmm so muffins for breakfast, hotdog for lunch (choice was hotdog or burger) some Haribo Blush, campfire stew and sweet potato wedges and a muffin for tea

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 19:06

I'm in Not2 BlushGrin although my meal plan for this week isn't looking too healthy...

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2019 19:17

I will Monday to Friday defo, and do my steps and 3x body pump classes.
It's DS communion and scout camp next weekend so more calories challenge.

WreckTangled · 12/05/2019 20:31

Have planned lunches for the week though. Will be having falafel salad with beetroot tzadziki. Yum. And am going to work out at least three times. Also have managed my 2l of water today and yesterday, bearing in mind I usually don't drink any (apart from coffee) this is pretty good going for me. Can't stop weeing.

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2019 21:15

We should all defo make an effort to drink more water, better hydration really helps with false hunger. If you do 5 days the way you’re saying life, I think you’ll be in good stead to enjoy the weekend events with no cares! Ahh FHC, that’s a lovely occasion. It’s 2 years since my youngests day out & it was brilliant - remembering the lovely day🤗

Still at same weight today.

I drink water all afternoon at work. Last brew at lunch then water until home.

All planned out today. Food, steps, fbw . Going to brazen it out and go to work in my gym kit so no excuse.

WreckTangled · 13/05/2019 06:50

Ok despite a bad day yesterday (after the chocolate raisins my sugar level went really low and I went a bit crazy with food!) I'm still another lb down so will start recording again. 121lb start weight. It's going to be a lovely week so should make it a bit easier....

Not2bObvious · 13/05/2019 07:17

Up 2lb on Fridays weight, I think for accountability although it kills me, I’ll put it in Fitbit app. Looks like a lovely day, that makes life a lot more bearable

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 13/05/2019 07:25

Stayed the same as yesterday

WreckTangled · 13/05/2019 16:32

Life I received the bars. Thanks so much!

Work our done. Someone just came round unannounced to read my electric metre. I said ‘no it’s not really convenient I’m in the middle of working out’ and sent him on his way!

Busy evening so oven food for dinner. Have input it all including skyr for later and am well within cals.

Today:

Falafel salad with beetroot tzadziki (FYI this is really garlicky and not appropriate for work)
Trek bar

Chicken dippers waffle and spaghetti hoops Blush
Skyr and raspberries.

Not2bObvious · 13/05/2019 17:03

Your dinner sounds yummy wreck, and well done on the workout. Funny enough the man was round to read my meter but it was in my office so no workouts at that time. I’ve done my FBW in the garden and got over 16,000 steps in over the course of the day.
Seafood pasta for dinner yummy 😋

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/05/2019 17:35

Welcome wreck
Walking home from pump. Gonna be over on calories as poor planning round work outs

Not2bObvious · 13/05/2019 17:44

I went a bit yummy crazy, sorry.
What’s your plan now life, do you want to lose more or are you at your goal?
My goal these days would be to lose just 1lb a week - that’s it, if I did that for the next 6 weeks I’d be delighted for my holidays. I’ve lost 1.2 over the last couple of weeks so clearly need to try harder
