@Not2bObvious mfp doesn't make for great reading here either although I've hit my protein everyday & averaging 25g fibre so it's not affected the scales. This morning I saw a flash of 154.6 before it settled on 155.6 so I'll see 154+ next week hopefully if I keep my head.
My sister staying this weekend & she's on the same vibe so it's good. Heading to gym together this morning.

@Not2bObvious you're great to entertain I'd love that too but my friends aren't into it.

Wreck good luck not snacking on the job, if you don't bring anything in are you safe or is there stuff there?
Those tacos look great, like brandy snaps!

I've changed from protein yogurts for 10am snack to either all bran or quinoa corn cakes with ham/turkey

I'm missing my Fitbit
Went to gym thurs while dc were at swimming lessons & have now decided not to go to bootcamp, I'm enjoying gym again.

zebra hope your tummy feels better today

@Life what did you have for Greggs Friday?
I'd takeaway with my sis last night-chicken fillet burger & chips, over cals but delicious

@CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces You've had a lot going on emotionally, hope you're feeling positive coming into the weekend

I could use my phone but I don't take it everywhere with me.

Bold fail sorry guys

Happierwithouthim · 11/05/2019 08:21

Phew not2

WreckTangled · 11/05/2019 08:23

There will be biscuits I'm sure Grin I'm wondering if I should just not worry this weekend. If I stay the same I'll be ok. I'm thinking of buying a bag of popcorn. We haven't got any food in because I was meant to go food shopping today but obviously can't now so need to pop into M&S and not buy their Jaffa cakes

Not2 that's great a negligible amount

Not2bObvious · 11/05/2019 08:28

Oh wow at seeing the 154’s, albeit for a few seconds. I think it’s clear Fitbit or not, you’re putting in the effort. I’m looking forward to tonight, I have family over on a once a week basis but this is my bff and her oh so it’ll be nice to have another couple the same age to chat with on a Saturday night. My circle has shrunk a lot with age/distance/kids. Have fun with your sister, great that you’re both in the healthy frame of mind.
I need to do bed linen changes/hoovering/bathroom cleaning/dusting and dinner for 6 and get in a FBW and 15,000 steps - should be a breeze right?

Ok good news there's no biscuits. I bought a butternut squash salad, bag of popcorn and a carb killa bar Grin

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 11/05/2019 10:03

No loss or gain today

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 10:13

Posted wreck, in rather a large box, soz.

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 10:17

Gregg's Friday is a well done bacon roll, no butter no sauce. 337 cal. And a brew.

Stayed at 126 this morning so I'm motivated to do steps and food today.

Going great you guys x

WreckTangled · 11/05/2019 11:06

Grin I'll try not to be disappointed by the size when I open it!

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 11/05/2019 12:12

Homemade blueberry and oat muffins for breakfast not healthy but masquerading as such. Contemplating a trip to ikea

Not2bObvious · 11/05/2019 12:35

That’s pretty alright cals for Greggs (don’t have them here) and 126? That’s amazing, I thought you were 133’ish - you kept that quiet! Well done you.
Did a jog/brisk walk for 50 minutes and a short FBW (only did 3 reps instead of 4) as very pushed for time. What with that and running around the house I’m on just over 9,600 steps. Pleased with that

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 13:03

I was 133 in Jan/Feb. Then I knuckled down.

Size isn't everything wreck. Grin

Gonna go over cals today. 400 left and the majority want take out for tea. PPP here.

Being teased by raspberry magnums too

zebrarobot · 11/05/2019 16:13

Wow i feel massive compared to some of you now! Oh well, must start somewhere. Im hoping for a loss in the morning, im thinking it will be a small one though as i really seem to very bloated and maybe carrying some extra water with this ibs bout so we shall see. I know apart from our planned cheat night on Monday I have been on it so in theory i should lose.

Dinner tonight is (mild for me) chicken curry with cauli rice and some extra mixed veg. Breakfast was porridge half milk half water with 1 spoonful of peanut butter, raspberries and strawberries. Lunch was half of a pasta n sauce packet, and a ham salad seeded flatbread. Currently having a cuppa and had a snack of a jammie teacake thing (66cals)

Im still sore today but a bit more manageable. Im about to go on a power hour cleaning frenzy cos the house feels like a shit tip since we came back from the caravan

Hope you're all having a lovely day Smile

WreckTangled · 11/05/2019 16:19

Dh is making dinner tonight. He asked me to send him the recipe. I said 🤷🏽‍♀️ I just make it up. Chickpea and spinach curry. Wish me luck Grin worst case I think there's some waffles in the freezer....

Zebra you've lost loads though and you're still going. I think that's the hard part so easy to get bored and not bother anymore.

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 16:22

It's all relative zebra. We all started somewhere bigger than we are now. You can totally do this.

Forgoing the take out as I just don't fancy the toxicity of them anymore. With have a bash at a chicken byriani

Not2bObvious · 11/05/2019 17:39

I think you’re doing fantastic zebra, you’ve turned the tide - so many people just find that impossible, to have constraint & consistency day in day out. And remember where you are now, others dream of being that weight.
Sitting in my garden sipping a tonic, guests due in a bit. House looks as good as it’s going to get! Have my table set all pretty, just such a homemaker at heart (yeah right😂)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 18:06

So after my home made byriani. I've had ice cream and am currently 250 Cal over and on 10k steps.
I'm really wanting the other ice cream. It will mean I will be 400 cal though.

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 18:07

Have a good night not

Not2bObvious · 11/05/2019 18:14

It’s earlier yet life, give it 20 mins and see if you’re still hungry. Bloody raspberry magnum chat again - arggg!! Can’t get them here, bought a box of mini ones on holiday 😋 Thoroughly enjoyed

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 11/05/2019 18:17

Life I think you're already at a great weight and would say if you want extra have it BUT two ice creams?! Grin give it an hour and see if you feel the same...

I'm under cals for now....

Enjoy your evening not!

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 18:29

I ate all the ice cream. It's ok. I'm sanguine about it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/05/2019 19:53

Stepping on the spot to get my 15k

zebrarobot · 11/05/2019 21:03

Thanks everyone for your kind words! This is why i love this thread it really helps keep me going. not you're right... because i dreamed about being this weight "oh if i could just lose 3 stone id be happier" etc .. here i am. 3st 8lbs down and more motivated than ever to keep going.

life hope you enjoyed the ice cream! Dh asked me in aldi earlier if i wanted to get a tub of one of the low cal ones to share and i said no at the time. Regretting it now if im honest. 411 cals left not sure what i'll have

WreckTangled · 11/05/2019 21:06

If I had 400 cals I would eat toast with marmite 🤤 it's my ultimate comfort food I think
