129 this morning. Still feeling grott so no fbw this week. Going back to 1800. Will sort food and steps this week.

My carb loading showed on scales this morning 162.5, haven't changed battery yet either.

Steps good though 18000 sat and 15000 yesterday
Decided I'm going to give alcohol a miss for a while now, it's not doing the scales any favours, ds was wearing yesterday and me being hungover didn't help matters Angry

I didn't pack mine as I know my body just isn't 100%.

I'm managing to avoid painkillers today but I'm awful tired.

happier I think it will do I was a good girl and didn't go. Steps will be got and food is on track with spare calories for a treat. Lots of fluids today too.

Gws life.
Steps today 20620
Food
B- coffee and a cereal bar
L- left over pizza, salad, peach, orange and a chocolate alpro dessert. Coffee
Snacks- 2 plain rice cakes
D- banana and cinnamon toasted sandwich and a small glass of apple juice. I haven't had much of an appetite today really, I think it's because my head has hurt all day but have drank lots of water, will be heading to bed soon and will hopefully feel better in the morning.

A new lowest for me. I haven't exercised in ages I'm struggling to find time but my weight is going down. This obviously won't stop me from exercising again once a can but it is weird. I'm actually only 3lb of my second target and 1lb under my original target.

Also I got my new insulin pump yesterday and I'm really pleased with it so far Grin it has no wires like my old one I feel so free!

Hi everyone!
Steps 13310
Food
B- coffee and cereal
L- co-op veggie pasta, coke and marzipan chocolate, crisps.
Snack- piece of toast and an orange.
D- pancake rolls and chips and peas.

I had a really painful night with my cyst, so took pain killers and went to bed. Was still in pain this morning, so didn't make lunch. Felt a bit sorry for myself, hence the chocolate. Walked around work a bit like a zombie though, because I had to take more meds. Luckily my line manager is great and put me on paper work, actually got quite a bit done.
By the time I got home the meds were wearing off, so took more and just did freezer food. Will have to try better tomorrow.

God knows about my previous typo? Bang on Syria? I think not. Bang on steps maybe
WFH today as DD is sick. Steps will be mediocre, food will be ok, started taking antibiotics so no work out

Another 0.6lb down today. I haven't lost any inches though (waist and hips). Wondering if I can trust my scales!

I have an appointment on the 22nd of August to see a gynecologist so will just have to wait till then.

L- salad with beetroot and walnuts, a piece of bread, a peach and coffee.
Snacks- cherries, crackers with hummus
D- toasted bagels with beans. Then a handful of popcorn. Some vimto and lots of water.

0.4 up today but hopefully it'll be gone tomorrow. I've got a conference today with lunch provided but as it's the nhs I'm sure it won't be anything exciting. Am also out for lunch tomorrow, lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday. Will get lots of steps in though!

wreck loads of eating out, lucky duck Smile

I've been in a bit of a fog since sun morn & no idea why but yesterday at lunchtime I felt it lift. Still haven't replaced batteries in my scales and I don't believe that I'm 161.5lbs like it said this morning, because my clothes are fitting quite well.

I started taking inositol as my sister read articles about it bringing back womens periods/ovulation etc etc, I've since read articles about it helping with anxiety also (I don't suffer so wondering if it had the opposite effect on me Hmm ) going to give it a rest for a while just to see anyhow. Maybe my sister emigrating last week, and my marriage ending last year hit me with a wallop at the weekend, not seeing my bf for a while etc, I don't know, hoping it's just the supplement Grin

My new stand/sit desk has lead to an increase of about 2k steps a day which I'm thrilled with. Haven't looked to see what effect it's had on calorie burn.
