Right, I’ve changed to maintenance calories for the next 2 weeks, truth be told I’ve been eating barely less than maintenance the last 3 weeks, but at least I’ve lost my previous holiday weight. If I ever lose some weight I have maintenance sussed. Mfp set me at 2190 since I said I was active, and I will be...between cocktails 🍸
Wow on the lowest weight wreck, you’re clearly burning more than you’re eating exercise or not.
Hope the cold passes soon life, how you finding the 2000 cals?

Hi all, late sign in again, I dozed off earlier on the sofa, but wanted to log in before I hit the hay.
Steps 12002
Food
B-weetabix, coffee
L- burger, salad, mixed berries with grapes, plain yoghurt and crisps.
D- beans on toast, and a bit later, a peach and an orange.
Not, I haven't had a peppermint cream for ages, I just don't see them very often any more, so couldn't resist really!

I don't know not I haven't managed to stick to it yet. Going to slip away, get better, give my head a shake and refocus from July (next week) then do 3 weeks focused to the school holidays.

Good luck life, maybe it’s time for a diet break - you have lost a lot & you’ve mentioned various troubles, way better to step back and take the focus off it if it’s not good for you right now.
I have a pain in my face with the scales wreck so I know how what you mean about feeling like you need to do better. I’m down .4, I’m up .2, up .2 again, maintain, gain....arggggg! I’m going to have to put it aside personally, I didn’t manage what I’d hoped for before the holidays but I lost my last holiday weight and that means my clothes are comfy. I’m bringing my scales with me, mad maybe but I’m so conditioned to weight every day I’d only be searching for chemists with scales every 3 days. I’ll be getting up each morning and doing an hour long walk, then home to weigh. I can keep track of the flux at least.

Hi all I'm checking in from my mini break at my parents. Scales are just crazy at the moment saw 162.5 this morning from 155.7 about two weeks ago.
Today's my first day not taking cold & flu meds so hopefully it'll settle down.
Fitbit is gone dead too Grin

Yesterday my weight was up a bit but today it's back down to that lowest ever. 119lb on the dot.

Food shopping today I think I'm going to try and buy some healthy snacks or maybe some really dark chocolate as I just keep eating biscuits in the evening

Yesterday I got back to mfp +100cals (glass of fizzy orange) and I weighed in this morning at 160.7, will weigh again tomo but that's a 3lb gain rather than 5lbs so I'll take it I guess.

Wreck pity about working but great to have the extra income too.

Afternoon all.
We went out this morning to the park, it was lovely. It is better for me to get out before the sun gets too hot.

Yesterday's steps 13008
Food yesterday
B- cereal bar and coffee
L- falafel with rice and red pepper hummus, salad, a few olives, strawberries and some popcorn.
It was our well being afternoon at work so we took extra food to share.
I did yoga and had a massage, I've never had a massage before, it was grand!
D- penne pasta with sundried tomatoes.
Snacks- crisps and a few dark chocolate rice cakes. Lots of water.

Hi Happier, yes the kids have got better with the separation. Ex is being good about everything. He knows that dd2 needs consistency, she just needs to know when he will be here and then she is able to cope. So he texts and asks me first if he can come round on certain days, I confirm and then he tells dd. It seems to be working well, so far.
DS2 has found that his relationship with his dad is improving, so that has to be good.

Happier, hope you had a nice time with your parents. I also hope that your ex is being good with re to your DCs. How are they doing?

That's great that he's putting your dd first & consulting you first. Hopefully things will continue to be amicable.
My dc are also better since separation. Up to last mon night he was doing well with dc then he just didn't bother to go to an awards night for dd, it was even his evening for having them & dd said to me I guess daddy let you down a lot while ye were together I don't blame you for not being with him anymore Sad

Wreck if you saw me out doing it you mightn't be so impressed I just plodded along because of heat. I now have strap marks after two months of being naked in sunshower Grin
Hopefully you're nearly finished work & they've got fans & water for you

Have eaten and drunk this week. No scales today. Will pick back up tomorrow as feeling better.

Hi all.
Weigh in this morning was 79.6kgs, so a bit of a loss, life thanks for telling me to hold my nerve!
Steps yesterday 6023
Food
B- cornflakes and coffee
L- seeded bagel thin with vegan garlic and herb cheese and cherry tomatoes, peach and some cherries.
D- hummus, breadsticks and salad. It was just too hot to cook. The kids had cheese on toast and salad (they don't like hummus). Then a fruit salad, was very refreshing!
Today
Steps 6678
Food
B- 2 weetabix and coffee
L- greggs vegan sausage roll
D- pizza, just too got again!

We have been out and I was exhausted so pizza it was, I have left overs to take to work tomorrow along with some salad.
