Oh no life bugs are the worst. I hope it's short lived

WreckTangled · 05/07/2019 06:56

Weight up. Clearly bloat so I'm not recording it. For lunch today I'm going to apothecary so should be relatively healthy. I think they only have them in the south but if you look them up it's all lively fresh salads which you can choose to add any protein to.

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/07/2019 07:02

There are some advantages of the bug. Lowest ever weight 124.7. won't record it as there are better ways to lose weight.

WreckTangled · 05/07/2019 14:36

Healthier today! I didn't photograph the cake though...

That looks yum. I've eaten mostly toast today. Trying to keep fluids up with squash and sugar tea. And a bag of crisps for salt

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 05/07/2019 21:10

Oh life, hope you are back to 100% soon.

Not a bad couple of days here. Steps for both days just over 10000 (each).
Food has been ok too. Lots of salad and veggies, but a couple of bags of crisps too.

WreckTangled · 06/07/2019 05:46

I've woken up feeling really sick and going to London today is the last thing I want to do Sad

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/07/2019 07:08

124.5 today but that's because I was still poorly. Back to fit today feeling fine. Wreck hope you don't have the bug.

WreckTangled · 06/07/2019 07:38

Bug free since 2013 Grin I think what happened was my sugar level went low in the night then I had a liver dump (glucose) which made them go high and that made me feel ill. I think I'll be ok luckily.

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/07/2019 08:13

That's good then.enjoy London

WreckTangled · 06/07/2019 10:15

Thanks. Almost there now.

1.2lb down on last weeks average. Will be hoping to stay the same by the end of next week after lots of eating this weekend.

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/07/2019 10:36

Steps will not be got today as still in recovery mode. House deep cleaned though and still plowing through washing. Counts as activity imo. Food could go one way or the other as tummy felt a bit sore still after breakfast

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/07/2019 16:15

Not better, still feel a bit woozy so on the sofa watching ewfl

Happierwithouthim · 06/07/2019 20:38

Plenty of time for steps when you're feeling better xx

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/07/2019 10:41

Feeling much better today and not as wobbly/faint.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 07/07/2019 11:14

Glad you are feeling better life.

Weigh in 80.2kgs which means I've gained a bit, but I'm not going to let it get to me. I had a bit of a rubbish week, so will just put a line under it and continue on.
DD2 and I are meeting my friend and her DS (DD2s best friend) and we are going to go for a walk and stop for coffee.

Have a great Sunday all.

moimichme · 07/07/2019 12:08

Hi there, can I join you? I've had far too much nice vegan food including ice cream and junk! on holiday and could do with losing 10 pounds realistically a stone would be better. Starting weight 66 kg so very close to the overweight bmi category just now although it is that totm so it may not be quite so bad. I don't have a scale but my plan is to try and use the machine at Boots once a week. Do you use a particular diet plan or just try and count calories and stay accountable on here? I do walk 2 hours per day, most days (we don't have a car), but don't get much exercise otherwise.

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/07/2019 16:12

Hi Mio. Some do slimming world, some just calorie count, a few of us follow a Facebook coaching group call rhfitness which is basically calorie count with step counting too. I think that's it. Anything goes though just chat and accountability

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 07/07/2019 18:39

Hi all.
Steps today 12194.
Food
B- coffee
L- coffee and a cookie
D- vegan tagine with orza pasta, (have left overs for lunch tomorrow), plain yoghurt with berries and peach.

Welcome moi😊

WreckTangled · 07/07/2019 19:29

Welcome moi!

I'm back. I don't think I did too badly, turns out my pump partly failed yesterday which is why I felt like shit. Hey ho.

Yesterday:

Ham and cheese toastie
Tuscan style soup and small piece of garlic bread

Today:

Ham and cheese croissant
Small mocha
Veggie samosa
Too many M&S Jaffa cakes (they're the best, right?!)
1/4 veg pizza
1/5 garlic pizza bread
Small amount of coleslaw

Obviously had lots of steps for me too. Have also had an upset stomach due to aforementioned pump failure. Humph.

moimichme · 07/07/2019 20:30

Thanks for the kind welcome. I've walked less than usual today, 3.7 km ish, but also did 1.5 hours of gardening earlier (everything helps right?).

Breakfast: cereal with soya milk, tea, coffee
Lunch/snacks: grapes, strawberries, cashews, brown roll with vegan quorn burger and mustard
Dinner: Homemade vegetable curry with veg and tofu, a popadom and basmati rice
(I'm stuffed Blush )

Will do better tomorrow.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/07/2019 06:40

Back up today. Ah well best be back on it

WreckTangled · 08/07/2019 06:47

I'm up 0.8lb. Still feel bloated though so hopefully will come off easily. Also got 9 hours sleep Grin
