Weigh in today 80.1 kg, so I have maintained, but I'm not very happy with that as I have moved so much more this week and my food has been good.
Will just have to make this week count.

I've a headcold so I'm in a bind between not wanting to get more sick but not wanting to go totally off the rails either.

I normally exercise on Monday evening but I'm heading away tomorrow after work so going to use the time to clean the house and pack so will aim for 10k steps and leave it at that.

Today I left the house with a sachet of porridge, two eggs, slice granary bread & 2 kiwis. So that'll see me up to lunch time and I'll have to buy lunch then. There's no almond milk left at work or at home so I need to sort that too

Omg, I’m so tired, trying to squeeze out my 10,000 steps - only 1000 to go. Not a lot of sleep and I’m starving the whole day. I’ve around 200 cals left after I eat dinner, I think that’s not doable. Might just switch to maintenance cals now a few days early, better to maintain than gain. No weigh in done today either, don’t reckon it’d be pretty!

I asked the coaches as I'm trying to stop binging. I need more carbs as I'm having to much protein and running out of energy mid week/towards the end of the week. This, I think, is ending in binge weekends

In bed now, 81 over in the end so I’m delighted with that. I really went my ends last week, even though the scales over the weekend didn’t shoot up. I’m not entering a weight until I’m under last weeks average- how mature😂

Hi all.
Steps today 13267.
Food
B- cereal bars, coffee
Snack- 1 slice wholemeal toast
L- left over veggie stir fry, pear, 2 satsumas, a plum and yoghurt. Coffee
D- 2 sausages, mash, corn on the cob, mushrooms and gravy.
Lots of water today, too.
Now in bed, so tired!

Think I'm coming down with DD cold. Urgh. Travel to the big smoke today. I will take breakfast on the train but will buy the rest.
Will miss the gym and probably won't get steps.

Delighted for you life that you're moving up the calorie clubs while getting yourself sorted.
I'm hoping my scales needs new batteries as it said 162.5 this morning and I definitely haven't eaten enough to warrant a 7lbs gain in a short period of time. I think new batteries, plenty of fluids to flush out this cold and lots of fibre and protein.

Last night I only hit 5000 steps as there was an awards night for dd's brownie group & received a text that parents could attend. H never showed up and she was really disappointed so I was glad that I went. And he had dropped her off to it promising to attend so it was a double blow to her.

Have fun wolf. London is shit for steps. I need to find a walk to the tube a bit further away. Also shit for food. Was going really well then the m&s mini bits came out. 80-90 Cal each. I had 6 oink oink

Just under 12,000 steps - slow couple of days stepwise for me but hoping to make it up later in the week. Around 75-100 cals over, not bad considering I have company over. Need to go to bed soon, tired and cranky.

Evening all.
Very busy at work with transition visits, getting data in and report writing.

Steps today 13053.
Food
B- bran flakes, coffee
L- sausage and pickle sandwich, fruit salad, yoghurt and a raspberry coconut bar.
4 glasses of water at work too.
It was someone's birthday, so there was lots of food! But managed to do quite well, I had 2 handfuls of sweet and salty popcorn, 1 lotus biscuit and 3 corn cakes and a coffee, which was eaten at the staff meeting.
D- burger, chips and salad
Snacks at home, frys peppermint cream and a bag of crisps. Drank more water, about 2 pints. Very thirsty today!

I've been awful! But strangely today I'm at my lowest ever (0.2lb below my previous lowest) so that should give me the motivation I need. I still haven't had time to exercise with work and after school clubs getting the dc to bed etc I just can't fit it in.

Shame I don’t have a fit bit because I reckon I would have wracked up a hell of a lot of steps in the past 24 hours. I doubt it completely offset the drinking though
