That looks amazing happier, just had my dinner and I’d still hockey that into me😬
Over 16,500 steps, have a couple of hundred cals left. Weighed in this morning and back to normal weight

Hi all.

Yes Happier, slept a bit better last night. That loaded sandwich looks great!

Steps today 21146, but this is only because we did 2 transition visits to the children's new school for Sept.
Food today
B- 2 weetabix, coffee and an apple
L- small salad with some hummus and a bagel thin. Alpro yoghurt, a peach, sweet n salty popcorn (half a small bag) and a raspberry coconut bar.
I had a few snacks at work, it was full on today and I just needed more fuel to get through, so I tried hard to make good choices. I had an orange, a few bread sticks and some grapes. But someone brought some doughnuts in, so I had one of those too!
D- 2 Linda McCartney sausages, mash, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and gravy.
Then a plum and a few berries.
Tired again so will try to get to bed early again

Up 0.2lb today which is fine. I need to work out today as haven't for like a week Shock will stick to cals too and drink more water.

22k steps. 136 Cal over as needed carbs. Had toast after Zumba as my protein was too high and carbs too low. Was Running out of energy.

My rings keep falling off. Have so far flown across the office at work and into the trolley in Aldi numerous times. Just lost them in the wash basket. Can't afford to get them resized 🙄

Wreck you can get little plastic things for making rings smaller until you can afford to resize. i'd similar to this but you can get coil like plastic things even cheaperr*

I've got a scratchy throat & heavy head thanks ds Hmm just ahead of weekend at my parents 2.5 hours drive away Sad
So my boozy night with my sister might be a couple of hot ones & home early Sad

I just can't stop eating this evening probably over by about 500 cals

Not2 they're the bbq chicken burgers from Sv or centra they're yum

Today's lunch & yesterdays dinner both yummy
Dinner today a small 99 Blush

Up .2 as well but down .6 overall on last Sunday’s average. Very bunged up with totm, affects me that way. Got up early and did just over 8,600 - makes the other 6,400 reasonable to acheive over the course of the day.

🤣 I had salad for lunch and chickpea and lentil curry for dinner. It's what I ate in between that's not so good...

Trying to meal plan for next week and finding it so hard! Everyone else wants either unhealthy stuff or meat. I wish everyone liked the same food I do.

Down today but went 590 over yesterday and only got 12k steps.
I'm ok that I'm starting in the same range. Back to physio on Monday

Down .2, average looking like .7 down this week as long as I don’t cock it up today!
Nearly 8,500 steps through early morning walk - makes a big difference to get a chunk done before the day starts. And considering I’ve been eating wayyyy over, it’s helping to keep things from creeping. Hopefully I can be a bit more restrained now totm has landed, it’s usually the before I get the cravings. I don’t think it’s cravings this month just greed😂

Hi all.
Have just been so tired over the last couple of days. My dd2 was up at 3:30 am on Thursday, so just about made it through the day.
Still managed to eat quite well and fell into bed around 9pm and thankfully dd slept all night through, which was good as we (work) had a school trip to the beach.
My steps yesterday were 17897.
Food wise was ok until dinner, which I decided would be take out, was just too tired to cook. Oops.
Today's food
B- toast and coffee
L- made soup with all the veg that needed using up ( from last week's shopping) and also had it for dinner.

Wreck, I feel ya! My kids won't touch soup, don't really like stirfry because of all the veg, even if I do put some meat in, they just pick at it, don't want to try new recipes!
It's a losing battle.

Not totm here too, maybe that's why I really wanted proper chips yesterday 😉

.6 down this week, happy with that considering how much I’ve been eating. Out visiting my bff later so there will be food & drink but it’s weigh in day and in the spirit of all dieters calories don’t count today😬
Well done life, that’s as good as a pound in my book.
