Don't worry life I've eaten two bourbons, two chocolate covered ginger biscuits, a mini chocolate roll and a twix today 😭

40 cals over for today. Kitchen is closed!

Not2bObvious · 13/06/2019 19:20

Here’s your sister life, total balls I’ve made of today. Let’s do better tomorrow

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/06/2019 20:06

I forced myself off the sofa and went to Zumba. On 11.5k steps now and stopped the binge cycle.

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/06/2019 20:45

Defo going to try for tomorrow. Meeting a friend for coffee and there might be cake. Will build it in tonight

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/06/2019 06:12

I seem to be maintaining at the 128 mark. Which is ok for now until I get back on track health wise.

Not2bObvious · 14/06/2019 06:40

That’s a nice place to maintain from life, you’re doing great. Not sure what’s facing me after my rubbish day yesterday. Pretty much ate an extra days food, couldn’t find the off switch.

WreckTangled · 14/06/2019 06:47

I've STS for the third day in a row Angry despite being 635 cals under for the collective past four days. Humph. Let's hope it comes off tomorrow morning.

Happierwithouthim · 14/06/2019 08:28

Hi all over on cals yesterday with a difficult evening as a parent Sad

I was hangry Grin

Not2bObvious · 14/06/2019 08:53

Sorry to hear you were challenged - the little darlings do have knowledge of every button to push. I’m so cross with myself, I ate over 3,000 calories yesterday. And I could have eaten more. Not eating until around 12 this morning as I’m in work til then and can keep myself busy. Family over today which means food & drink but nothing extraordinary. Started the week feeling so positive, ending it feeling pissed off

Happierwithouthim · 14/06/2019 10:05

People came up to me in the supermarket asking if I was ok, people passing by said to him why are you shouting at your mummy like that. I was cool & calm, told him we don't shout at each other, and we don't shout or hit to get our own way.

He wanted to go to the toilet but decided he couldn't go to a public toilet because it wasn't private (never been an issue before)

It's not his fault he learned this behaviour from his father, I just need to teach him it's not how we do things in our little family.

Not2bObvious · 14/06/2019 10:17

That’s hard happier, I had to carry my younger one out of a supermarket after a meltdown about those mini trolleys. All I was getting was judgey stares, I completely ignored her, paid the bill and then hoisted her over my shoulder and strode out! You dealt with it brilliantly - hats off

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/06/2019 10:26

For a child that weighs over 3st I carry him a lot more than I should because he'll dig down into the ground and not move when things aren't going his way!

This kind of behaviour was a lot more frequent before the separation so I've plenty of practice Grin

Judgey stares from those with perfect children #f*ckrightoff

WreckTangled · 14/06/2019 12:30

Happier I think you dealt with it perfectly. On another note my ds is too scared to use a public loo in case anyone hears him he also has issues at school and it's getting worse as he's getting older. Dd is still being pretty horrible too, she wrote 'die' on one of the days on the calendar on the wall and wrote over a photo of ds 'I am grumpy'. I really don't know what to do about her and am already dreading the teenage years if she's like this at 8. She also stole money that was left on the side Sad

Today isn't going well with brownies and crisps. Meh.

WreckTangled · 14/06/2019 14:08

Oh a period to explain the bloat. Great. If I'd known it was just that I wouldn't have stuffed my face today feeling sorry for myself about not losing anything BlushGrin

Not2bObvious · 14/06/2019 14:21

Oh girls are hard creatures wreck, as the saying goes girls wreck your head, boys wreck your home. Mine is showing signs of puberty & the moods are swinging wildly. At least I know what’s going on having an older one. Might be the early signs showing.
There’s a way of getting the weights done happier, lugging mad kids about😂

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/06/2019 14:41

Or messing up your back on the flip side!

wreck that's terrible behaviour by your dd, is there anything going on at school or with her friends. Your poor ds, I hope it doesn't become a thing with ds, we actually met his preschool teacher while it was going on and she said to him isn't that toilet better than wetting your pants?

WreckTangled · 14/06/2019 15:35

Nothing at school but she does have some anxiety and also has been developing since just turned 8. Have school nurse involvement and they're going to do some work with her (luckily I work with them so am able to get help easily!).

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/06/2019 16:23

Gosh happier you dealt with that perfectly. Those who judge can fuck off.
Draw a line not. That was yesterday, this is today.
Bastard totm. That's tough wreck.
Doing ok today. Steps will be got as just shy of 10k now and still have beavers tonight. Had cake and a bacon tool but think I can come in on calories, not that any of its tracked yet

WreckTangled · 15/06/2019 06:37

Back to lowest ever. Average down 0.4. It'll be up tomorrow as having Chinese tonight so probably shouldn't weigh again until Tuesday?

Happierwithouthim · 15/06/2019 07:35

Won't be at home in the morning so reporting a 0.9lbs loss, delighted 😁 and thanks to my fibre intake my belly is flat for today's outfit too Grin

Happy birthday wreck! Have a brilliant day and absolutely put the b*stard scales away til Tuesday. Chinese is the devil for bloat and you’ll need 2-3 to get it out of your system.
Brilliant loss happier! You’ll be floating for the day you skinny minnie😉
I had a great day yesterday, but I did drink too much. Family over and just good laugh/food/chat. I’m a tad delicate, but I was pretty good with the food but the wine flowed too easy. I have time to recover before heading to a birthday party tonight.

Happy birthday wreck. Have a good day happier, fantastic results.
Pleased you had a good time not.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 15/06/2019 08:39

Happy birthday Wreck Cake

WreckTangled · 15/06/2019 11:12

I tried on a non stretchy denim jumpsuit in an 8! It fitted but showed off my cake baby too much so would have gone for the 10 if it hadn't been £50 Sad I got a dress instead though which I love.

Happierwithouthim · 15/06/2019 11:28

Happiest of birthdays wreck enjoy your day SmileCake

Got a two mile run in this morning early. There's a local run on now & it's pouring down on them Sad
