Woohoo saw lowest weight on the scales this morning, weighed four times to check it was correct 155.4 Grin - I was 158.9 on Mon morn post Sat night drinking. I'm really keeping to meeting my protein/fibre macros and drinking my water and I know this works for me - why do I slip back though Hmm

wreck pity friends can't go but unless ye've rescheduled to celebrate another time could you & dh still go?

not great to get back on an even keel again
No I haven't watched that not is it rte?

WreckTangled · 12/06/2019 07:45

No there's no point because the dc will be bored. We are busy every weekend now until September so can't reschedule.

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 08:12

I think it’s TV3, or whatever it’s called now. Dr Niall Moyne (so?) is in it, off Operation Transformation? If you have on demand you might be able to get back episodes.
Oooohhh 155.4!!! That’s utterly brilliant, so close to 10’something.
I’m wfh too life, probably going to have rubbish steps too as I’m not even doing the school run. I’ll have to do my best, have to get my 10,000 minimum

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 08:17

Just checked happier, they’re on 3Player, that’s me watching an episode in bed before I start work😂

Oh cool because updated rte app doesn't work on my box but Virgin Media does so I'll check it out. No subscription tv and no tv aerial in my house. We just never put up aerial because we had sky and then never bothered afterwards. In my next house I'll get saorview Connect or one of those netgem.tv boxes I've seen advertised.

Yes I'm mega excited about the weight, I've a wedding and another night out in June but I'm going to make the best effort I can with every day to get into those 10s!

I'm getting my nails done when I'm child free this evening so possibility of hitting 10000 is very dodgy. Will aim for 5k minimum & make up some extra tomorrow by going for a morning run.

Happierwithouthim · 12/06/2019 08:41

Perfect thanks not2 I'll check it out.

I watch very little tv. Emmerdale. One series on Netflix. Instagram. Mumsnet & Reading. That's my screentime really

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/06/2019 10:41

Fab-u-lous weight there. Well done

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 12:26

Just over 8,500 steps (blessed be the dreadmill & the walkie talkies) in between work tasks. Just waiting for LMcC sausages to cook & I’ll feed my face. Hungry now 😋

Have had a bit of chocolate today but will be within cals. Have had two mini Swiss rolls and a salted caramel popcorn bite. Weather is awful!

Happierwithouthim · 12/06/2019 18:02

Oh my word Fulfil choc peanut butter bar absolutely fabulous, price not so much €2,90 but it'll stop me picking until I get dinner later on.

WreckTangled · 12/06/2019 18:10

I just caved and had a twix. Still 126 cals under for the day but quite high in fat and sugar.

Trek bar
Beetroot falafel salad
Satsuma
Two mini choc rolls
Salted Carmel popcorn bite

Chickpea and spinach curry with a flatbread
Twix.

I'm not going to eat again today.

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 19:09

Closing my own kitchen (I hope!) with around 130 left, black tea will be my friend. Nearly 13,500 steps and might leave it there. Pretty tired so hoping I get a good sleep tonight. Early start tomorrow, hoping to get a quick treadmill session before my shower in the morning but might be a bit ambitious

Macros smashed 1kcal over & includes a halo top ice cream Grin

Not2 I often symbolically close kitchen door too Grin

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 21:13

Them’s some nice macros happier, bravo 👏 My macros are rubbish 😂
I’ve had a light hot choc so I’ve 94 left. That’s pretty good considering what I’ve eaten for 1564, even squeezed in a rocky road cake after lunch - it was only half the size of those you’d get in costa/Starbucks but it was enough, well worth 210 cals😬

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/06/2019 21:24

Fulfil are my favourite ones. Too addictive and not frugal. Bugger all steps today but food fine.
Cracking going happier

WreckTangled · 13/06/2019 06:48

STS this morning which I'm disappointed with. Hopefully be down tomorrow.

Not2bObvious · 13/06/2019 07:14

Up .4 this morning - within .1 of Sunday’s average weight with 3 to go. Frustrated as I know it’s because I’m a bit bloated but clearly I’m in this for the long haul & what I’m seeing on the scales isn’t representative of my efforts. Just clear proof that the scales weighs everything. In work 15 minutes already, even managed a 20 minute fast walk/jog on the treadmill so I have over 3,500 steps so far. Glad I got a bit done as it’s miserable here, don’t know if I’ll get a walk in at lunchtime. Company over for dinner, I’d like to think I don’t drink wine but it’s impossible so I’ll not make a liar of myself

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 13/06/2019 08:27

Maybe it's a thurs thing - I saw gain of 0.9lbs this morning but because we go by average it doesn't bother me and I know that the bloat I felt after the weekend is gone and my tummy will be flat for wedding on Sat!

Left my phone charger at work so couldn't enter my food into mfp this morning, good choices made so will see how macros are for dinner once I've put the other food in.

I wasted my evening without dc yesterday on mumsnet/kindle rather than exercising. Was meant to be getting nails done and when that got cancelled I just couldn't be bothered Blush I was tired and just wanted to be cosy & lazy.

Halotop icecreams on a stick are amazing Grin

WreckTangled · 13/06/2019 12:37

I bought some LMC meatballs to try. 10g protein/4 balls.

Not2bObvious · 13/06/2019 13:25

I’d be interested to hear what you think of them wreck, the sausages are well worth the cals. Having a crummy crappy day, just eaten an extra 400+ cals that weren’t in the plan. I hate this job

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 13/06/2019 13:35

I'm going to have them tomorrow so will definitely let you know!

WreckTangled · 13/06/2019 16:34

Kettlebell tabata done

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/06/2019 17:24

Well today has been a right off. To much food, not enough steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/06/2019 17:48

Gosh I'm so tired today. No lunch break and cake at work again have not been a good mix. Will begin again tomorrow rather than Monday
