You sound great life, very worthwhile session with the physio by the sound of it.
Off to the cinema tonight, have a small treat with me, the intention is to stop eating after that which should (fingers crossed) be entirely doable as I’ll head straight to bed when I get home. 14,000 steps exactly and I should add another few hundred going out. It has been a good day😬

That sounds positive life

Is stir fry the the quickest, healthiest meal ever? Now I just need to get through swimming lessons... although I do have 450 calories left still.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2019 17:48

I am buzzing tbh. Advice has changed so much regarding prolapse and sport since I last saw someone. I might get back to running faints

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 10/06/2019 19:47

Great news Life. Well done everyone on keeping on going

WreckTangled · 10/06/2019 21:11

I nearly caved. I nearly ate a twix (dh's lunch ones) and then I nearly had crisps. Also considered a hot chocolate. I resisted though and am ending the day 200 under (although I had to guess my energy ball and might have eaten more humous than I meant to Grin). Today:

Trek bar
Beetroot falafel salad
Mango and blueberries

Energy ball

Stir fry veg (no noodles) with veggie Greek kebab 'meat' (plant based protein was pretty tasty)
Humous and crudités

Oh and a few pieces of salted popcorn.

Phew. Day one done.

Not2bObvious · 10/06/2019 21:29

A surprisingly low day here as I only ate half my bar at the cinema. Just over 17,000 steps. Day one done.

Winning - 8km run done before the rain, enjoyed my meals & stayed within my cals & hit my protein & fibre macros Grin

Life that's fantastic news
Not what are you going to see?
Excellent day wreck Halo

Not2bObvious · 10/06/2019 21:54

Aladdin - was great!

-1 today. Going for day 2.
Well done on the nearly wreck and not turning them into a binge.
You are all awesome

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/06/2019 06:53

Just checked mfp and I logged something I didn't eat so actually 200odd calories under and 11g under protein. There will be cake today though as it's a Celebration at work

WreckTangled · 11/06/2019 07:00

The pictures aren't loading for me either.

0.2 down today. Pretty pathetic but I know it's not instant and it's in the right direction at least!

Not2bObvious · 11/06/2019 08:04

Down .4 today - I reckon it should be more but my body is, ahem, holding onto stuffBlush
Tired today, this is going to be a bit of a struggle but won’t dwell on it.
I love when that happens life, it’s usually the other way for me and I remember something I didn’t track!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 11/06/2019 08:33

Ah sugar - it was a pic of my bath with my sausage sandwich beside it - loughnanes skinny sausages in a slimster and a pic of my mfp hitting my macros and my fitbit screen with all greens Grin

Scales down 1.5lbs on yesterday, some of the initial wine bloat gone.

157.4 today

Have good food planned out for today too, exercise will be a bit less though as I've work until 5.45 then home and make dinner and then a meeting later on, will step in front of the tv I think when I get home.

Tesco shop deferred until tomo eve. This is also frugal as dc are with their dad this weekend so hoping the shopping will last until following Fri when we go to my parents for the weekend.

Not2bObvious · 11/06/2019 08:59

I’m kind of glad I didn’t see the pics, might have sent me in search of food! Well done on this mornings weigh in

How’s everyone’s day going? Home a while & lying down as my backs very twinge’ey. V short of steps which is annoying but I’m listening to my body, just need 2,400 to hit my minimum 10,000 - I’m sure I can get them done a couple of hundred at a time. No dinner decided on and not a lot of cals left. Might be doing some robbing from tomorrow to get through today. Finding 1650 a little low, especially as I’m employing a weekly budget of cals. Need to drink more water, mightn’t be that hungryHmm

WreckTangled · 11/06/2019 16:43

FBW done. Am doing ok today, did have two rich teas but that was prior to working out to stop my sugar level going low. Looking forward to dinner now

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/06/2019 19:01

I'm over on cals but that is yesterday's deficiency. Steps will be done. Missed fbw as going to give it a rest this week still even though in cleared
Not test up as it will be worst of you don't heal

Not2bObvious · 11/06/2019 19:38

Thanks life, just a bit of walking is the extent of my exercise and it helps. But yep rest will be taken

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 11/06/2019 19:41

Sorry not I missed your post. Hope your back feels better. I'm just trying to fight that evening craving for something chocolaty.

Not2bObvious · 11/06/2019 21:21

Cheers wreck, ahh just a niggle (I hope!) I had a light hot chocolate & the remains of my bar from last night. So I have 1 Cal left😬
Watching health programs (happier, ever watch Doctor in the House?) Love stuff like that

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 12/06/2019 06:49

I resisted! 0.6lb down today as a reward for my effort. I must get some light hot chocolate actually will add some to the food shopping. Only 0.2 from my lowest so hopefully get that tomorrow.

Birthday plans have been thwarted as friends can't come. Maybe I'll have a healthy weekend too nah

Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 06:58

Well done wreck, pity about the plans - could you not still go with your family? If you don’t go out, make sure you get something delicious and no weigh in til Tuesday😉
Down .8 this morning, 1.6lb lighter than last Wednesday so back on track (about the same as the Wednesday 2 weeks ago - darn BH)

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 12/06/2019 07:00

I lie! I’m actually .4 lighter than Wednesday 2 weeks ago. Sorry for the pedantry post 😂
