0.1lb down on my average 😅 surprising really. Today we're going to the cinema and hopefully out for lunch so won't be great.

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2019 10:04

I’m your reverse twin wreck - .1 up on last weeks average! I can’t complain and I won’t, still 2.4 over 3 weeks. That’s decent considering the amount of slip ups I have.
Just finished a 90 minute round trip around the shops for lunch. Pizza at home instead of pizza out, makes it cheaper money wise and definitely better on calorie budget. Starting the idea of allocating a weeks calories again and trying to stick to it. Famous last words eh?

And 3lb on for me. Beer is bad!

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 09/06/2019 10:07

Happier that looks lovely and well done on the beach run and putting you first
Wreck the protein ball things look good

Happierwithouthim · 09/06/2019 10:55

My indulgences haven't shown on scales yet so I guess that'll be tomorrow.
Sts for me

Consumed 2 Bacardis, 0.75 of bottle of wine which didn't bring me much over cals but then I had pack of walkers baked & snickers from a multipack that did it alright! +483 net average cals 1800 for week SadAngry

I've a pizza base in fridge that needs to be used so that might be lunch

That’s good happier, you mightn’t see an increase at all. Usually see booze on the scales fairly prompt.
I want to get stuff done this week. I’m back in the 150’s the last 2 weeks but at the upper end. I’d love to be closer to the middle near the end of June. Anyway else want to try re-energise and have loose waistbands in July?

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 09/06/2019 13:16

Definitely on board with that not2
Gym planned for mon & fri eve, swimming with dc on thurs, will get up & go for a run on tues morn & thurs morn.

Picked up yellow sticker bargains in centra there so I'm going to have some meal prep done too.

Happierwithouthim · 09/06/2019 13:17

I'm itching to get under 154 - I could do it in June if I focused well

WreckTangled · 09/06/2019 13:24

I've got all my meals planned for the week so I just need to resist the chocolate and biscuits. I haven't bought any so need to stay strong...

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2019 15:31

Nice one happier, yes you aim for under 154, I’ll aim for under 157.
I’d say buy any biscuits or chocolate wreck, but is that realistic or necessary?

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 09/06/2019 15:31

Haha I meant to say do not!! D’oh

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 09/06/2019 15:50

I'm going to try not to buy any. If I do I will definitely eat them. Have also finally bought a kettlebell so hopefully that'll kick start me into exercise again after a week off Blush I've got mango and those energy balls to try and curb any sweet cravings too.

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/06/2019 17:03

I'm back on from tomorrow. Seeing physio in the morning who can hopefully put me back on fitness track. Going to meal plan in a minute did 21k steps today as went for an impromptu 7 mile walk

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2019 20:41

Best of luck at the physio life, that’s some super stepping. In bed now, just over 16,000 steps. Bit over on cals, will balance the books tomorrow

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2019 06:28

Well I've undone all my previous good work. Back on it from today

Happierwithouthim · 10/06/2019 07:10

Wine found its way to the scales 158.9 up from 156.1 yesterday Confused
Yesterday could be to blame too over by a few hundred cals too Blush

WreckTangled · 10/06/2019 07:13

Right I'm feeling positive. We can do this. It's my birthday on Saturday so I'm going to have a really good week until then Grin I'm exactly 1lb above my lowest (but only have that once anyway).

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2019 07:44

Yeah wreck. Whoop whoop I'm with you. Let's smash it

Happierwithouthim · 10/06/2019 10:10

I'm definitely on board too

Any plans for birthday wreck?

WreckTangled · 10/06/2019 10:22

Our local gin distillery do wood fired pizzas and cocktails at the weekend so we're going to go there for lunch with some friends and the kids 🙄

Happierwithouthim · 10/06/2019 12:11

Ooh nice sounds lovely wreck

Not2bObvious · 10/06/2019 13:28

Up as well as expected. Your birthday plans sound lush wreck, that’s your end of week prize to work towards eh? Mine is a meal out on Sunday for Fathers Day - I want to relax & enjoy with no guilt. That’ll mean decent behaviour Friday & Saturday. So far so good today, an hours walk before work and keeping busy has me nearly at 10,000. Got to keep my beak out of the food for the afternoon!

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 10/06/2019 16:07

Kettlebell done. Just did a 25 minute beginner one. One move I found really hard but enjoyed the rest so that's good.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2019 17:03

Excellent physio session. Lots to work on, lots to aim for and lots of good advice. Piyo at lunch, steps in, food planned

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2019 17:05

That sounds lush and I bet those pizzas are not too bad calories wise either. Not like a take out
