Well I’m all about the savings😉 Hope you’re ok after your walk, a gentle walk an help. Just over 1500 cals and kitchen is closed, feel ok. Haven’t been hitting 15,000 but then again haven’t been eating as much so I’m hopeful it’ll balance out.

Got a lift both ways so only 10k steps again. Did Pilates class. I do have the app and wouldn't currently recommended it. Needs the full work finishing on it imo

That’s great wreck, so whatever happened yesterday can be forgotten😉
I’m back down to the same weight as last Thursday which is perfect, my average is up a bit cause of my weekend of wildness but still 3 days to go before calling it.

life a friend of mine has put up pics of the cuban beef stew and it looks fabulous.

136 cals under yesterday but over 94 previous day
over protein by 11g and had 27g fibre yesterday

Ds and I are going to climb a mountain today while dd is at her school tour, we're not actually we're going for a walk in hilly woods but he's happy that he'll be climbing a mountain Grin

My back has improved, will hold off on gym until next week though just to be on the safe side.

not how is there only 3 days left in this week already Grin

I got groupon for Dropchef last week for €14 so my dinners for next couple of days have macros worked out already Grin

Have booked a cheeky night away for Fri night, it's a surprise for bf so hopefully he'll go Smile

Having a stupidly hungry day, I haven’t gone mad (yet!) but I’m awake since before 5am and I think that’s the problem. I might just have my dinner v soon, holding on another 1.5 hours might drive me bonkers!

You’re not wrong happier, I’ve already had a little bit of chocolate & 2 crackers with a scrap of butter - kinda what I’d have in the evening as a little snack. I feel a little better now, might hold out a bit - it’s a double edge, if I eat too early I could end up having more. Hehe I’m a confused mess! Going to have a cuppa and a browse on my phone

Happy birthday life!! You absolutely do have to have cake on your birthday, hope you’ve had a super day.
I don’t know wreck - something in the air? I just hit the feck it button and ate rings around myself. A very long boring frustrating day, I did a run this morning very early and I don’t know whether I set myself up trouble with too much on too little. I cut back the amount I normally have on long boring days so maybe I was just too hard on myself. Anywhoooo it’s done, we can do better the rest of the week (say we can 😩)

Thanks all. Up today but that's because I've been off plan most of the week. It won't get better until Monday as WFH today and away with the girls Saturday night.

I think you need to have actually lost a decent amount of weight to need a carb refeed life but I appreciate you thinking I might have been hungry for a real reason rather than lack of willpower/greed😂 My downfall was being in crappy humour & teaching for the white wine with my dinner. White wine is my gateway drug! I fancied some crisps but since there weren’t any I made my way through whatever else I could find. I’ll know better next time....maybe😉
