Weighing after exercise worked. 0.4lb down on yesterday. Has actually been a really good week, will probably plateau next week.

Today is the village fete and there'll be pimms. And bbq. And cake.

Not that's an insane amount of steps!

Sunday weigh in done. My average is down 1.1, and comparing last Sunday to today, 1.2 down. I’m really pleased with that - I hope I won’t regret saying it but I feel like I’ve found a nice rhythm that isn’t too punitive and I can follow consistently.
Going out for dinner later, the restaurant has nutritional info so I’be chosen something good. Keep it light today and then maybe bring the kids out for pizza tomorrow

My weight is up this morning but it's pizza and pimms bloat. Will see what it is after spinning but if it's not down I'm totally discounting it. Means my average is down 0.6lb which I'm really pleased with.

Nice overall losses wolf and wreck, small flux’s are to be expected with weekend food. I, for once, was lighter this morning than Friday - only because I fell asleep before 9pm! I’d done over 14,000 steps so I guess I was worn out.
What’s the plan for this week life? You sticking to maintenance cals or aiming for weight loss. Enjoy the chips, nothing like nice proper chips. I’m starving, wish himself would wake up and get the breakfast on (weekend breakfast his domain)

Love proper chips I had some thurs eve - bank holiday weekend treat with dc as i knew I'd be away for the rest of it

You away for the weekend happier? Have fun! Just back from a walk to the shops with my kids, nearly 9,000 steps done. I just want to hit 10,000 today, that’ll do me fine. Saving myself for my dinner so just on tea and squash for the next 3-4 hours

I was away yesterday & last night just home now. Climbed a small mountain in the morning, then did escape rooms & went out for the night. Many many steps were done ✅

Trek bar

Linda McCartney sausage sandwich
Two rich teas
Bowl of raspberries, mango and pineapple
Packet of skips

2 rich teas Blush
Quorn peppered steak with stir fried tender stem broccoli, peppers and spinach in soy sauce and chilli/ginger/garlic.

I'm going to track properly on 1800 to crack the binge. I can go to 2000 is needed but that feels too much right now.
Last week I was like a kid in a sweet shop with too many calories so blew it.
Going for steps and a new Pilates based cost this week until I see physio on Monday.

It should be life. I want to eat ALL the chocolate and biscuits right now. Luckily we don't have any otherwise I totally would. I've had a massive drink of water and still have a really bad craving.

Up of course after enjoying my anniversary a little too much, thumping head too. I suppose I should put it into mfp but then the guilt kicks in. I proper gorged myself. Out for pizza today as we promised the kids. It’ll serve as lunch & dinner so I’m not concerned. Only up 1lb from Friday/Saturday so that’s good, last Monday I was up 2lb.
