Made nachos for dinner with minced beef, salsa, mexicana cheese and fresh tomatoes. I swapped out Doritos for home made tortilla chips from a wrap and it came in at under 400 calories 👌🏼 am 150 under for the day. May or may not have a g&t later

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2019 20:06

Fbw done, 11 k steps
Over calories.
Been using the coaching group loads today to try and help stop this binge cycle.

Not2bObvious · 26/05/2019 21:21

Good for you life, you should use it, there’s a wealth of info/support if you can find it (bloody Facebook)
V v tired - not sure where I am with cals, had wine, probably shouldn’t but what the hey

Reading here to get back in the zone for tomorrow morning.
Great to hear of your weight losses

Life I hope coaching group helped, there's great advice there

I ate all the carbs yesterday but didn't go crazy & binge like I would've done in the past. Got loads of compliments about my outfit & figure too Halo

Happierwithouthim · 27/05/2019 06:50

160.7 no way that's going into my Fitbit app Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/05/2019 07:12

126.8 up but had lots of bacon on my chicken yesterday.
Going to go up to 1800 to stop binge. Also need to balance my fat and carbs better.
Better re assess my food.

I asked loads yesterday. They thought similarly to me so that's great.

Pub lunch today. Will make a best choice

WreckTangled · 27/05/2019 07:26

Three days in a row of the same weight. At least it's not going up I suppose but I've been really good! (For me!)

Not2bObvious · 27/05/2019 07:55

Up 1.2 from yesterday - if I stay well behaved today it should drop down in a day or 2. Yeah just blank that number happier, that’s pure post weekend bloat.
Good idea on increasing your cals life, it’s counterproductive to eat too little if it over time triggers binges.
Had wayyy too much alcohol over the weekend and feel like a limp lettuce. Dragging myself up in a minute to get the day started

Up half

WreckTangled · 27/05/2019 09:46

I'm going to eat loads this week. I can tell. Today is off to a bad start already. But it's half term and I know it always goes like this...

Not2bObvious · 27/05/2019 16:12

No doubt you can pull it back once half term is through wreck. No half term here, not that it makes any odds - I’ve been really lucky that my big one has holidays same time as small one so I don’t need to take time off.
The day is going pretty ok so far, a little peckish now so going to have fruit & Greek yog, my new fav snack 😋

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/05/2019 18:54

Today has been shit all around.
I'm going to have to give up squats too add I can feel them upsetting my PF. I'm on the list too see physio again though.

WreckTangled · 27/05/2019 19:10

I work term time not so always have holidays off (do extra work in a shop for extra money though)

I haven't tracked fully today but am probably a bit over. I think I was restrained though. Ish. Just had toast for dinner but there were a few snacks.

Not2bObvious · 27/05/2019 20:02

That’s great wreck, very family friendly.
Sorry it’s been a shit day life, is PF piriformis? Ouch😔

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 27/05/2019 20:05

Yes I'm very lucky there's very few nhs term time contracts around if I want to go up a band I will lose it but it works well for now.

I think PF is pelvic floor.

Not2bObvious · 27/05/2019 20:17

Oops sorry! I was thinking of when I went the physio and they said my piriformis was irritating my sciatic nerve so that’s where my mind went.

WreckTangled · 28/05/2019 07:18

Weight STS (after exercise!). Will be worse tomorrow morning but at least tomorrow I'm working so can eat better.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/05/2019 07:41

PF is indeed pelvic floor.
It's ok.

I'm on a bit of a downer tis all. In giving pump a rest this week. It's shit being a woman.

Today I will attempt to get back on top of food

Not2bObvious · 28/05/2019 08:08

1.6 down this morning - nearly 7,000 steps done already thanks to some walking before work. Crap night sleep so a bit dopey this morning despite the exercise

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 28/05/2019 08:12

I’m not surprised you’re feeling a bit low life, yeah being a woman can utterly suck. Is there anything you could do that would make you feel better? Go for a nice coffee, treat yourself to something little?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/05/2019 08:14

I'm going to do the bits I can do plan wise. Try and focus on that.
I could still go and miss out the squats.

It's a sunny day I might tackle some of the garden. That will help me.

I will have a walk later

WreckTangled · 28/05/2019 10:11

I'm in McDonald's and the manager is interviewing someone two tables down. I can hear everything. He doesn't have a NI number, he's at uni etc etc. Poor guy, so unprofessional!

WreckTangled · 28/05/2019 10:20

Oops put that on the wrong thread. I'm not in McDonald's...honest Grin

Happierwithouthim · 28/05/2019 10:32

wreck GrinGrinGrin

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/05/2019 11:19

Haha busted.
That is very unprofessional though
