Another fraction off here today, v pleased with that. Absolutely yes the weigh in counts wreck, as you know from my previous escapades I often do a run on the weekend before weigh in.
Out tonight and my dinner options are incredibly calorific. I’ll do my best to eat intuitively, keep my cals low through out the day and save some for a small snack before I set out. Just so I’m not ravenous- that would be a disaster

That difference after all these years is nowt wreck.
Don't know how but I've got all me macros today and 4 calories over. Need 800 steps which will be fine as for a 2 m walk to scouts next.

I've just written off the scales for this week.
Lowest weight is still a lb heavier than last weeks average
I've increased my steps though so it might be part of it.

Wreck that's absolutely great for two dc later

Life & not2 ye are doing good too

I'm just under 100 cals over today which, considering I had a Lidl cinnamon bun this morning, isn't bad. Have also had four chocolate caramel digestives Blush

Awake early with a headache from drinks last night. Just finished entering my food/drinks for last night and I went 1,000 overBlush
Nothing I can do now, will have to work hard to keep today on track.

0.2lb down Hmm am really bloated this morning, look four months pregnant.

Am working in the shop today so won't be many steps or any exercise.

Very likely too late but I would have said trek. In my case no matter which I’d gone for, I’d have had the other too!
Nearly 13,000 steps done - feeling ok. Fruit & yogurt soon

Started off on track and then the day went to pot with takeout and cake and ice cream
Will get 10k steps but that's ok as in only 22k off the 105.
Undecided if in going to track food. I probably will.

Morning all. Very happy camper here, average down by 1.3lb from last Sunday. Went around 200 over yesterday but had over 17,000 steps so still had a decent deficit. Very good week for me, no crisps all week, not a lot of junk but didn’t miss it. Busy day ahead, kids comps, company over for dinner, I’m already pretty tired but caffeine will get me through😬

Well done not!

Spinning got rid of the bloat and put me back to the same as yesterday. Average down 0.4lb. But still on my lowest weight.
