I'm only on 700 steps so far! I've hurt my shoulder from yesterday. It's not awful but it hurts to life my arm

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/05/2019 08:28

Clearly seething with annoyance burns calories wolf. Bloody trains.
No judgement here wreck. Just look after yourself. Hope the shoulder gets better

Not2bObvious · 22/05/2019 16:02

Flip - impromptu night out Friday, going to be hard to avoid a spike

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 22/05/2019 18:07

50 cals under. It's still early but hopefully I'll be ok.

Falafel and couscous salad

Four rocky road bites at team meeting

Halloumi and veg skewers with flat breads and tzadziki for dinner. Yum.

Not2bObvious · 22/05/2019 19:39

79 cals under - I don’t think there’s anything small enough that I want to eat so I’ll bank it. 135 cals to go towards Friday, there’s a glass of wine😉

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/05/2019 19:57

34 over but missed today's fibre by 3g. 16 over on protein though.
I messed up by not eating my fibre bar and having pasta for tea.
Meh will sort it tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 22/05/2019 21:11

That’s the beauty of it life, you can pull it back to hit the macros over then week. I am feeling a bit better hitting the protein consistently- I am a bit hungry but less than when I was eating more junk. I’m kinda keeping to 10-15% junk rather than 20%. No crisps since last Friday, that’s really good for me. Kind of my trigger food

Happierwithouthim · 22/05/2019 23:54

Small pulled pork pitta to hit my protein macro, not doing great at the fibre one at the moment.

8 weeks to my hols - just me & dc going away together but I'm determined to hit my steps & reach my water every day of those 8 weeks. Off to a good start 37k so far this week.

1.5lb off. Apparently eating shite is the way to go Hmm. Out for dinner tonight so I suspect that’s all going back on!

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/05/2019 06:34

Down again here too. Back to lowest ever.
Day planned in, steps will be smashed. No fbw today I don't think. I might squeeze one in if the family are being amenable

WreckTangled · 23/05/2019 06:59

Well done everyone! 0.2 up here but I'm hopeful it'll be off tomorrow and I'll hit my lowest ever.

Happierwithouthim · 23/05/2019 08:12

Well done life and wreck almost there too to lowest weight.

I went for a run yesterday evening didn't enjoy it but I stayed within my cals.

Have my food planned out vaguely today so should be ok too.

I'm tired and my calves hurt which is unusual for me as it was only about 4.5k I did yesterday

Not2bObvious · 23/05/2019 08:52

Down again this morning but going out for lunch and then dinner/drinks tomorrow night, company over Saturday & Sunday.
Are you better life? Just realised you must be with talk if weights. I haven’t done any in a week, my back is a bit funny so I’m scared to risk it. Only 5 weeks to my holiday, I thought it was 6!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 23/05/2019 10:31

2 skin on kiwis 130g but a whopping 12g fibre for 87cals - more than twice the fibre of a fibre 1 bar and more eating in it too

Not2bObvious · 23/05/2019 12:54

I don’t know how you eat the skins happier, saying that I’ve never actually tried, and I am supposed to be trying new things (Paul McKenna thing)
Just over 12,200 steps, nearly time for lunch

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 23/05/2019 13:10

If you cut it into slices you hardly notice after first couple of times.

WreckTangled · 23/05/2019 16:39

Tabata with weights done.

Not2bObvious · 23/05/2019 16:58

So well behaved at lunch, although I did have some wine - but no starter/dessert. Over 15,000 steps, exhausted!

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 23/05/2019 20:14

100 cals under today. Over 8000 steps which is a lot for me as usually on a working day it's 5-6000.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/05/2019 20:24

I'm not 100% but it's mostly working that makes it worse. Office based on a computer.
Can't face kiwi skin either. Maybe I will try it.
Fbw and steps done. DC ate my planned dinner as revenge for me going to the gym. 100 cal over

Not2bObvious · 23/05/2019 21:11

56 cals to add to the bank, a bit under protein & fibre but over on both the last 3 days so no issue. Not sure if I might see a gain tomorrow, totm and v bloated & thirsty. Could get a bit of fluid retention

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 23/05/2019 22:07

Scrap them banked cals, just remembered I had tasters in the supermarket earlier. I remembered at the time to check the pack so I could record it later. V glad it came to me, I’ve realised I have a slightly sneaky picking habit that might be using up an extra 50-100 cals the odd day. Easily done!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/05/2019 06:33

Yes definitely. I do that when baking and cooking. I nibble. Hidden calories.

Down again today lowest ever. Possibly won't get to the gym as visits at work but can go Sunday am instead.
Steps will be smashed
Food will take more work as it's Gregg's Friday.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 24/05/2019 07:00

6/8ths on after my dinner out last night don’t think that’s too bad. Pilates today also working part of my day off/first day of my holiday which is annoying

WreckTangled · 24/05/2019 07:10

Back to lowest today. Although that was after 30 minutes standing HIIT and abs. Still counts though right? Also saw on my fb memories that 11 years ago I was 9lb lower than I am now (yes I put that on fb but I was young!) which, considering I've since had two dc and stopped the weekend antics I don't think is too bad?

Not it's so easy to add extra calories without realising!
