I’m never full, maybe I should try the hypno gastric band again! Still have the app 🤔

1/4lb up

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/05/2019 06:09

1.5 down this morning. Fbw at lunch and steps and food.

I've set myself a mini goal of sticking to plan for 2 weeks solid. Can't remember the last time I did that.
Except I was 200 Cal over yesterday.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 21/05/2019 06:41

Wow well done Life

WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 06:50

That's amazing life!

0.4lb down here which is surprising.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/05/2019 08:11

Salt weight. Nods sagely.

Not2bObvious · 21/05/2019 08:46

Down 1.2 this morning. Delighted with that, well done wreck & life. It’s early in the week wolf, you’ll get shot of that.
I’m with you on the sticking to plan for the next 2 weeks, I’ve just over 6 weeks to my holidays and I really need to knuckle down. I’m managing to get a wee bit better every week.

I told dh I'd bring him a McDonald's for lunch as I'm working near one this morning and he's working near my office. It's going to take all of my willpower to not get myself anything! I have a lovely salad made for lunch 😭Grin

Not2bObvious · 21/05/2019 10:36

You like to test yourself wreck😂
There’s 2 x boxes of chocs in the canteen here, I’m avoiding looking at them

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 10:52

To be fair I went out last night and will have McDonald's in half term so shouldn't be greedy. Plus I get mega wife points Grin

Not2bObvious · 21/05/2019 11:14

I could take or leave McDonald’s- so I’d be safe, it’s all the other food in the world I can’t be trusted around. Lunch out on Thursday, so I’ll have to save myself for that.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 21/05/2019 13:15

Even hungry I don't eat in McDonald's so I could do that too but I don't test myself too often. I brought my scone today to have while everyone else indulged I'm choc biscuits.
Made a pitta with ham & reduced fat cheddar for lunch and am currently out walking during lunch break.
Today's a planned food day.

Steps will be hit

Fresh burst of motivation guys?

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/05/2019 13:34

You can all have any fast food. Envy not envy.

Fbw done.

I'm trying a different way of thinking about this. Take the big and chunk it down to make it achievable

Not2bObvious · 21/05/2019 16:30

Yes definitely feeling motivated happier, I like what you’re saying life about breaking it into chunks. In my case I’m visualising numerous pounds of butter that I’ll get shot of 1 lump/chunk at a time. Such a pity you can’t pick where it goes from! Would love to lose my gut, feeling very rotund and short. The short I can’t fix of course.
Food prepped for work tomorrow, just over 14,000 steps done. I’d like to get some more done, I’ll see how it goes.

Fruit tea cake for breakfast. Sandwich and hula hoops on train home.

I did have sugar in a coffee earlier too. Not something I normally do but the milk was forgotten in the order and it’s easier to drink quickly with sugar when black

WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 16:56

I only drink black coffee with no sugar. I used to have it with milk and sweetness but I can't imagine that now.

I did 35 mins arms and shoulders then 20 mins abs. Not many active minutes on my Fitbit but still a decent session.

Lunch was falafel salad and a trek bar

Dinner is sweet potato burger with couscous and salad. Yum.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/05/2019 17:44

13 calories over as squeezed in some chocolate.

Everything else smashed

WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 18:30

248 cals under. Had some dark chocolate too. Have had loads of water today too.

WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 18:48

(Have also had to have some jelly babies due to low sugar levels so if I were to count them I wouldn't be under so much)

Not2bObvious · 21/05/2019 20:58

27 cals under - just shy of 15,000 but I’ll get the last 200 in before I turn out the lights.
Medicinal jelly babies are calorie free, I distinctly remember this was established at least 1 thread ago😉

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 21/05/2019 21:20

This is true but I didn't want to be frowned upon for being so many cals under Grin

WreckTangled · 22/05/2019 06:53

0.6lb down this morning only 0.2 off my lowest.

Lunch and sinner planned but we also have a team meeting. There will hopefully be strawberries as well as biscuits.

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/05/2019 06:59

Need to plan dinner but other than that ready to smash today.
Weekend bloat gone. Down again

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 22/05/2019 07:12

3/4lb off this morning. Apparently sitting on a train for hours and eating chocolate and crisps for tea is good for you Hmm

Not2bObvious · 22/05/2019 07:51

Down again this morning, saying no more, waiting to see if it continues. Just over 5,000 steps so not a bad start to the day.
No frowns here wreck, you go with whatever plan works for you.
