Isn't it something bonkers like only 1% of the population can have a 6 pack stomach.

I'm not going to have a washboard stomach as I've got lose skin.

Get the measurements and photos taken wreck.

I've gone crazy again today. Gonna read a binge thread see if I can do this shit.

WreckTangled · 19/05/2019 19:16

My legs are actual agony after spinning this morning I'm in so much pain!

100 cals under today but not that healthy:

Two jus' roll cinnamon rolls
Three falafels

Chickpea, spinach and paneer curry (massive portion!)
25g 85% dark chocolate

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 19/05/2019 19:38

Some Pilates exercises this morning. Diet mainly bread based all day. Dreadful

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2019 19:57

Slightly dodgy tum here, not sure what’s causing it - I’m not sure whether to just bank my remaining cals or have some crackers....and cheese. I am hungry (for a change Hmm)
Over 15,000 steps, macros aren’t even close but I’m going to cut myself some slack. My mind is melted trying to hit so many things, and with potential totm madness on the way, I don’t want to go full on lose the plot.

Today I've eaten off plan not tracked & not healthy, water is good though Wink

Tomorrow's a new day & I'm going to start it with a short run

Happierwithouthim · 19/05/2019 21:47

If we can just get to healthy & slim figures that we're happy with that's all that matters. I'm happy with how I look at the moment but this is only a stepping stone to goal Grin

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2019 22:04

Good for you happier, you should like the way you look and that’s really nice & encouraging to hear.
My goal this week, or maybe I should say by the end of the month is to be 159’ish. If my dodgy tum keeps up you never know😉

Happierwithouthim · 19/05/2019 22:46

I felt ill yesterday too not think it was a 99 I had, didn't feel great all evening after it

Happierwithouthim · 19/05/2019 22:47

Really hope you get into 150 club soon

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2019 06:30

Scales up again. Starting again today.

WreckTangled · 20/05/2019 06:51

Not hope you feel better soon!

Scales up for me but that's always the case after spinning. Up to date measurements show no change. BUT I'm so much fitter and healthier than I was and, actually, when I started I was a good 10lb more than I am now.

Out for dinner tonight though. Going to Wahacas (not sure it's all over the country?) I can't wait! I will have a corona and churros Grin

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 20/05/2019 07:10

3/8ths on

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2019 07:11

And that's the key wreck. Feeling fitter and healthier is good.
I have 2 weeks with nothing other than normal life. Gonna smash this next 2 weeks.
Feeling better now but just realised I've left the anti sickness at home and I'm on the way to work

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 20/05/2019 07:25

Good point Life, whilst I have done nothing but gain lately Pilates has improved my shape so I look more shapely at this weight whilst gaining than I did at this weight whilst losing

Not2bObvious · 20/05/2019 08:26

The dodgy tummy has settled down, phew! I’m a little sketchy about 99’s, I think there’s a recipe for bugs in them machines, saying that I have had my fair share over the years and never was sick. 162 this morning, that was after an hours brisk walk (this always means an extra wee and a bit of sweat, sorry glow😬) So that’s .4 down on yesterday, .8 up on Friday. Still firmly rooted in the 160’s - need to be on the ball this week. Might drop to 1750, managed an average of 1830 last week so should do doable with a small bit of effort.
Breakfast, egg & toast then banana & toast. 300 cals, decent protein, bit of fibre. That will hold me til lunch, nothing planned yet, and then curry & poppadoms for dinner while the rest have chips & something.

Lunchtime checkin - wholemeal sandwich with chicken/ham/light cheese & tomato. Just over 14,000 steps and I’ve the school collection to so I’m set for 15,000+
How’s everyone else doing? Saw a good meme this morning saying it’s Monday not doomsday, gave me a smile

WreckTangled · 20/05/2019 14:49

I've had a trek bar and that's it. I'm saving myself for tonight.

Happierwithouthim · 20/05/2019 15:08

Wreck you're unbelievable I don't know how you survive on such little food.
Not2 well done on day so far

I got out for 2k run early this morning before driving for 1.5 hours, breakfast was a protein shake but I didn't enjoy so ate all my snacks instead. Lunch was Singapore noodles with chicken & prawns & I've partaken in the biscuits Sad

Not2bObvious · 20/05/2019 15:21

Post school snack of pear/grapes and 0% gage. Hit protein & fibre and just under 400 cals left, still have dinner to eat. If I ate a trek bar, I’d be done for wreck, anything vaguely nice sends me on the prowl!
Good job on the run happier, I know what you mean about the protein shakes, never have one that I actually enjoy. If I have one, I chug it down to get it done. Bought Aldi’s protein ice cream yesterday, not bad at all. Ate about a third of a tub for just over 100 cals and nearly 7 gram protein, decent enough. Thinking of going the cinema tonight, I could have a kids popcorn!

WreckTangled · 20/05/2019 15:39

I'm addicted to trek bars. The cocoa ones. I just had a falafel too.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2019 16:22

On track food wise, up to 11.5k steps so will be a bit of on the spot.

I think that's the thing wreck, which is where the scales don't tell the whole truth.

WreckTangled · 20/05/2019 16:26

Also another thing I was thinking of. I want the dc to grow up seeing exercise as something normal. They also see me eating loads of salad and veg and enjoying cake etc too. I try really hard to be a good role model when it comes to lifestyle so hopefully they'll grow up with good knowledge of health and nutrition whilst being healthy themselves.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2019 17:32

You are aware of it wreck. Your are a good role model.
Mine see my tracking and ask why. I tell then it's part of my being healthy to keep fit for them.

Had a very cathartic post on the rh binge thread. Some lightbulb moment going on here

Not2bObvious · 20/05/2019 22:20

Just back from cinema, just under cals and nearly 23,000 steps done, that’s a good start to the week. So my first day at 1750 was pretty decent, v full day in the end. Long days work tomorrow - food prepped, now to stick to it!
I really want my kids not to have my weight issue, so far so good. I’d hate them to have my hang ups, trying v hard not to pass them on.

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 20/05/2019 22:23

I'm so full. My stomach hurts. Shouldn't have had the churros Grin
