I think that’s fairly negligible wolf, mustn’t have been too salty - my last takeaway earned me a whopping 4lb the next day and it took 4 days to get back to pre takeaway weight.
Just over 8,500 steps, going to have a big breakfast in 10 mins, bacon/egg/sausage/toast. Should keep me going until lunch, that’s going to be a diner style meal but I’ll be careful. Bread & dips with a vino tonight I reckon

Got a lift to church as running late. Walked back so only on 5k steps. Meh. Some macro friendly food (hot beef rolls, strawberry) some not (salt and vinegar swirls and chocolate ice cream)
Not gonna track.
Looked fab in my dress of I do say so myself so inspired to crack on tomorrow.

Shoulder hurting though and still a bit dizziness so no gym until Monday.

No food (bar the little pasty taster which probably had a million calories as it was Italian).

Pilates exercises focussing on stomach whilst watching James Martin add cheese to things

Gardening also somewhat exercise-ish

Back from children’s comp thing - had my dinner lunch/dinner and I’ve around 500 cals left. Not an awful lot to get me through til bed but might let myself go over a smidge. Really fancy a glass of wine with nice crisps

I've having a glass of wine tonight too. Have enough cals for one plus some dark chocolate or two glasses of wine. Am spinning tomorrow though so might go with the former...

Veggie sausages and roasted veg for dinner.

Lunch was a falafel salad.

Mmm I love Chinese. I like crispy chilli beef and chicken chow mien. Dh doesn't like Chinese so I never get it.

Up half on weekly average, if I'd recorded some of the earlier days of the week it would've been a lot worse, tracking slack, exercise limited, hoping next week will be an improvement Smile

Yes but I just can't see anything getting any smaller plus my stomach is always so bloated and flabby and my hips so fat. It just doesn't seem to be coming off!

Went to a local village fete and resisted the waffle on a stick and noodles 🤤

Oh no I look fine in clothes, and when intense my stomach muscles I think I look great, but when I relax it (makes!) it's just a bulge HmmGrin

Maybe it’s time to look at it really carefully & objectively wreck, is what you want to change achievable through diet and exercise. If yes, then you probably need to be much stricter ALL the time - can you do that? And once you get there, how do you stay there? If you’ve ever listened to James Smith, he talks a bit about having to suffer a lot for that low end body fat goal and how miserable it is.
And there’s always the possibility it’s outside of what’s possible. I’ve had 2 big babies, I won’t be shot of my overhang without surgery (or that’s what I reckon, I’ve still nearly 40lb on you) I think you’re v hard on yourself

So today after my internal tantrum on the 2lb gain - I decided to just eat, record it after. So now I’ve atound 240 left until tomorrow but I am full at the moment. Just over 10,000 steps. Down .4 this week with 5 weigh ins. Better than last weeks .2 at least. So 1.6 in 3 weekday, stellar effort haha

Yes maybe I just need to accept that I'll never have a washboard stomach Grin unless I want to devote all of my time to it, which I don't and isn't practical.
