GWS not and you rest today too

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 08:42

GWS too life, hope you manage to get an appointment. Definitely avoid weights if there’s a risk of drops, you don’t want damage before the event

Not a bad day Life I’m just a bit free with the measures I pour. I’m beginning to think not hangover though, I started with a horrendous headache in Pilates last night and this feels the same, I’m also coughing like mad so think perhaps a reaction to what was burning in the studio
Does 2.5 hours of ironing count as exercise

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 10:49

I have virtigo apparently. No gym for me this weekend

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/05/2019 10:53

Oh no Life when my mum has that she ended up being rushed to hospital as we thought she’d had a stroke. Definitely take it as easy as possible

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 10:55

And yes ironing counts as exercise.

Happierwithouthim · 17/05/2019 10:59

People I know who suffer with vertigo can be awful sick with it life take good care of yourself.

I sts again today and I won't be weighing tomorrow so I'm expecting a sts or +0.2lbs result this week.

I stayed within cals yesterday(bed by 9pm!!) and hit my protein. Fibre is averaging about 19 this week so I'm going to up my game with this next week for a super slim tummy on event day Smile

My curry was lush and ds and I cleaned it, dd only had chips

Sorry to hear of all of us that aren't feeling well

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 12:16

Yikes vertigo is very unpleasant I believe, hope it passes soon life
I’ll give that curry a try soon, pity the scales isn’t behaving but that being said you’re doing great happier. Have you a lovely new outfit for the fhc? My last one was 2 years ago and I got a dress from Hobbs that was meh, I really struggle with day time dressy!

Happierwithouthim · 17/05/2019 12:34

I do indeed I'll put up a pic from my phone soon, although app is playing silly beggars, I tried to post my curry/rice/chips last night and couldn't.

Going to a confirmation today - black & white skirt(11 years old) with fitted black top inside - skirt is petite 14, top is 10, top might possibly be as old!

What's life wearing?

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 12:43

An 11 year old size 14 is probably these days size 8-10! Confirmation on a Friday is lovely, ours are always on Thursdays which doesn’t feel as relaxed. Again my last one was 2 years ago (I had confirmation & communion the same year)

Sounds great happier. I got a dress from Matalan. I had a choice of 2 but the one I really liked I couldn't sit in as it was a bit tight on the butt.
Will see if I can find it

This is the one I liked but would have meant a wardrobe malfunction

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 13:28

This is the one I got. I need to paint my toe nails for my sandles but given leaning forward make me feel sick I might go for white trainers

Lovely dress Life

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 15:16

That’s lovely life, white trainers would work for sure.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 17:05

About 500 over today as nibbling to stop the sick feeling. I can pick it back up when better. Steps is the only thing I will get today.

WreckTangled · 17/05/2019 19:24

Not recorded today. Been with friends all day.

1/4 of an M&S pizza
Small M&S garlic bread (OMG the best)
Salad with pomegranate (no dressing)
Some lentil crisps

Glass of white wine

About to have some toast.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 19:54

I'm going to have toast in a minute

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/05/2019 19:54

I’ve ordered a takeaway, I have no food for one really that I can be arsed to eat and ds had a massive screamy aggro meltdown when he got home, mostly my fault I think. Second takeaway in a week which was bad

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 21:35

Under cals, miles off macros, plenty of steps though - marched on the spot on/off throughout the day. Don’t feel too bad now, with luck it was just a 24 hour thing. Throat a bit sore still but I feel much better. Fingers x’ed.
Enjoy your takeaway *wolf, hope you’re ds is ok and you too, not easy I’m sure

WreckTangled · 18/05/2019 06:40

0.6lb down will aim for a good day today so it continues!

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2019 07:12

STS today 125.8.
Macro friendly elements of the buffet but won't accurately track.
Not sure about steps. Will walk to church and back but that's only about 1 mile each way.
Still feeling a bit wobbly tbh.

Pleased you feel better not

Not2bObvious · 18/05/2019 08:27

Down to 160.4, that was after no accepting my first weigh in & going for a brisk walk for an hour. Definitely better today.
Have a lovely day life, I hope you start feeling better too. Nice drop wreck

Up 0.75 not surprisingly really
