I went to gym sat with my sis, hiked that afternoon, ran 7k mon eve and walked 7k yesterday eve but I think the big thing is I'm not sleeping enough.

It did stop me, but she offered me some of hers instead. His actually wasn't even that nice.

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 12:23

That’s the worst thing, when you go over and it wasn’t even nice! Yeah the tiredness is a killer. I had a bad night, I’ve decided I’m taking it easy at lunch. Going to a park near here & just going to sit listening to my audiobook. I have company tonight...hurrah😩

Family?

I finish earlier today - taking dc to swimming lessons, will do 30 mins in gym while ds has his lesson and then I'll go into pool with him and dd will join us after her lesson. Everyone will be showered and conditioning treatments put on mine and dd's hair, home to slow cooker chicken curry and pjs will be on early tonight.

I'm attending a confirmation tomorrow so going to pack up my few bits for that tonight and make lunches and then off to bed early.

I don't do audiobooks, and it's an option on my borrowbox app, think I'll download something. Lunchbreak is 30 mins here so no time to do much.

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 12:45

Yep - every week.
It’s BorrowBox I’m using. Audible is v pricey and I ran out of books I wanted to use my £7.99 a month on, although I was on £3.99 a month for a bit (threatening to leave works wonders)
I’ve only 30 mins too, 10 mins to get to park & back, 20 mins to sit down and rest. It’ll do

If you wouldn’t mind happier, could you share the SC curry recipe? I only do about 3 things in mine, could do with using it on days like this.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/05/2019 13:50

not2 generally it's chicken/onions/peppers/pataks paste and some light coconut milk or the SV mild curry jar and cook on high for about 4 hours. sometimes I use mcdonnells curry powder and light coconut milk

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 13:58

I was going to try something like that the other day - thought it might be a disaster! I’m out for 8+ hours though, I’d have to pop it on a timer switch. It’d be soup in that time

Who bought biscuits I like and then stuffed them in my mouth.? Now over on calories

Walked to the shop for milk. Will get steps if nowt else.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/05/2019 14:21

SC chicken sound nice. I'm going to try that

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 14:26

I have 200 cals left after dinner, I feel like I’ll need more. I wish I could ring in sick to going home, I don’t want to look after anyone. My throat feels like it’s closing over and I’m getting one of those headaches you get when you’ve tonsillitis or I do at least.
Oh life, I’d love a nice biscuit! Why are they so high in cals, even a basic custard cream is around 70!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/05/2019 15:55

Today's updated recipe 350g raw chicken, half can light coconut milk, dollop of Pataks madras curry paste, dollop of Dunnes Stores korma sauce
Put rest of can of milk in tub in freezer for another day

On high for probably 3/3.5 hours

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 17:10

Ahh crap, got home and munched my way through a shed load of junk, really feel like I’m coming down with something. No chance of coming down with anything that ruins appetite eh?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/05/2019 17:54

I think I need a dv bug if I'm honest. By doing some jiggling and not actually eating properly I've hit macros but am 162 over

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 17:59

162 is nothing life
Yeah I could do with the D, not the V though😬
I think I’m skipping dinner, feel like poo

I think you need to get better not and be kind to yourself. Make the best choices you feel like but health first.

WreckTangled · 16/05/2019 18:19

Oh dear. Sorry everyone is having a rubbish day. I feel bad because I lied on the sofa instead of exercising. Am within cals today but not in a healthy way.

Falafel and humous salad
Grapes

Trek bar

Pasty and waffle with veg and gravy Blush
2 rich teas.

Happierwithouthim · 16/05/2019 18:35

No exercise today ds wouldn't do his swimming lesson so we both got punished I couldn't gym it & I wouldn't let him into water for fun when he didn't do lesson so I didn't get to swim either.

I've got my determined head back on I'm at 5k steps so I'm going to get 10k & will hit my macros too.

Not rest up & look after yourself

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 16/05/2019 18:43

Pilates this evening. Food not brilliant but not horrific

Not2bObvious · 16/05/2019 19:06

Thanks all, just drinking black tea as it’s the only thing that makes me feel better. Really hoping it’s one of those fleeting things, you know where you’re convinced you’re coming down with a dose and then in the morning you’re fine! I’ll be in bed before 9

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 16/05/2019 21:31

I’m having a bloody large negroni, I doubt it’s diet friendly

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 06:21

Weight back down, got 16k steps in the end. Came in 350 cal over. Wonder if I'm in the wrong club.
Running about today for communion prep but still planned fbw at lunch. Though feel a bit off balance today.

WreckTangled · 17/05/2019 06:51

Really depressing weight loss this week. 0.1lb off my average. Although I didn't record at all last week because it was up so much so I suppose I should take it as a win.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 17/05/2019 07:17

Stayed the same. Somewhat hungover

Wreck you’ve been doing brilliantly don’t lose heart

Not2bObvious · 17/05/2019 07:40

Morning - still feeling unwell so not sure how today will go. Going to be some dragging myself around regardless- can’t ring in sick to being a parent!
No dinner last night saw a drop of .6 on the scales. My average is down .3 with 2 weigh ins to go.
The fact you lost 7lb over the last couple of months and you were low weight bracket anyway life would suggest your cals might be quite low for your effort. And especially if you’re feeling ravenous a fair bit? I would be very careful what I did today not to jeopardise what you need to do for the fhc. Take it easy and eat a bit more today if you’re feeling off balance.
Never had a negroni, are they nice wolf? Just post alcohol bloat, just ignore.
That sucks wreck - onward & downward with luck over the next few days. It’s very disheartening I know but no choice but to keep going in order to hit goals.
My dh will bring child to school - oh tg!!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 17/05/2019 07:44

I think it's more than no food dizziness. Going to ring doctors in a bit. May not get fbw as don't want to drop weights.

Wreck you are acing it and at your weight losses will be slow. Don't give up.

More than one beer then wolf. Was the day that bad my lovely. X bacon roll will sort you out.
