Ok I know this is totally cheating but I’ve deleted Monday & Tuesdays weigh in’s - both were bloated weights and a decent average can be calculated on 4-5 days. Now I can open my Fitbit app with flinching

Random snackciddents everywhere today😂 I had a ice pop, only 67 cals. My own nutrients look ok but a bit still to be done. Just over 13,600 steps but no weights as my back is twingey. Yeah life ignoring the 2 bad weigh ins is essential right now cause my will isn’t strong.

I did 15 min abs. Today's food is all quite high in fat unfortunately.

Lunch:
Falafel and humous salad
Strawberries

Snaccident:
Small mint aero McFlurry

Dinner will be:
Fish cakes
Mash
Veg

That'll be it. Just about to finish my second bottle of water too.

Snackaccidents happening here too, keep finding bits of Easter egg to finish off Blush protein hit, fibre not & won't be, steps will be got now out with my friend walking. In theory I've 102 cals left but that's not recording the chocolate 🍫 Blush

Few laps of the playing fields whilst ds was at training. Bacon sandwich for tea. Don’t ask about the rest of the day there were no breaks to make anything so what was eaten had to be made and eaten with one hand

Ds goes to bed at 6:30 and reads until 7. Dd goes up at 8 and is often awake for an hour or more sneakily reading.

Sts here too, but that’s no bad thing for me. I’ll try a straight line rather than a rising one! Bad nights sleep and up since before 6 so I could get a 30 mins brisk walk in before work. Just over 4,500 so that’s something. Time for porridge & coffee

Finally a recordable weight this morning +0.2lbs on last week's average!

My ds fell out of the bed twice last night, found him sound asleep on his books on the floor the first time, he never woke! I took off the bed rail over a month ago Blush

Sometimes when they're gone to bed all you want to do is sleep wreck

I fell asleep in front of tv last night, then made a phone call and only got 5 continuous hours sleep after that - idiot!

Straight line definitely an improvement on rising one.
I'm going to go to gym while ds has his swimming lesson today, and then will join him in the pool afterwards while dd has her lesson.

Bacon medallions in a pitta with lighter than light mayo for breakfast
Frozen berries/kvarg yogurt/golden crunch for snack
Pilau rice with mixed veg and skinny chicken sausages for lunch
Dinner will probably be chicken curry and rice

1 lb up today. Yesterday became a right off as I was on a proper binge. Standing in the garage shoveling sweets into my mouth type binge.
Sigh.

Ikwym about the will bring weak not.

You are all being awesome, I'm not.
WFH today so will have fewer steps. Zumba tonight will make a dent though.

I’d say that comment halted you in your tracks happier - I sometimes wonder what my kids would say if they saw how much treaty junk I eat at times. The big one would likely call me a hippocrite and the small would call me a greedy gutsBlush
There’s usually a reason other than just picky’ness, too aggressive deficit caused by under eating/over training/tiredness. Worth thinking about cause kicking yourself can lead to more self sabotage.
I’ve eaten more than I should have so far. This place is killing me, if it were possible to die of boredom, dig me a grave
