Hi all... OK the sun is shining but the summer wardrobe just doesn't fit. I know that this is a temporary blip in the weather and it will rain next week but I would love to be a stone lighter by the time summer starts for real. I feel miserable - anyone want to join me. Starting tomorrow.

Went out , loads off wine , cheese on toast and a huge pack off Lays ( the fact that they were Lays made me think of holidays!)
Oh well .. I deserve the stress buster ,it’s of areas in my life quite stressful and I will get back on it in the morning .

Also went out and had prosecco and lots of carby things and all the bad stuff but I was with a group of friends and it was hard to stay on the straight and narrow. I'm supposed to be doing an exercise class this morning but feel too rubbish so I will give myself a day off as I'm going out with my husband for dinner tonight. I will be back on it 100% on Monday.

It seems everyone was out but me. In going out tonight. Dinner and drinks. I can't wait. On the plus I was good for the last two days and am now down to 10st 4. 4lbs to go to healthy bmi.

Huh. Had an unofficial weigh in yesterday and had gone up instead of down Sad I thought I'd been really good!

I've taken the day off today in protest, which won't help either. Feeling fed up.

I'll be back on it tomorrow, I certai ly feel better when I eat healthily. I don't know if I'll ever break the 60kg mark though.

Well the wheels have come off completely this weekend and I've eaten everything I shouldn't have - it's been fantastic! But I am right back on it in the morning as I'm determined to draw a line under it and keep fighting the good fat fight. I probably won't weigh again until Friday now as once those numbers have gone down I can't bear to see them go back up. I will also try and get some exercise in. How's everyone else done this weekend? Any saints out there or fellow sinners?

I'm a sinner. I just can't do it at weekends. However I've much more restrained than I usually am over weekends.

Yesterday wasn't too bad although I did have a G&T and some Haagan Daas in the evening.
I gave blood today so had a penguin and some shortbread whilst there & then ended up with a petrol station lunch (tree down blocking the road led to big traffic problems) of a sausage roll & a bag of frazzles. Then a friend had made a chocolate fudge cake... Given all of that, I decided not to stint on the roasties this evening. Back on it tomorrow!

I have eaten a lot of chocolate this weekend! But then looked at the calendar and realised AF is on the way. That may also explain my weight gain last week. I hope so, anyway.

Still feeling determined though, after yesterday's wobble. I have booked onto a new hiit class tomorrow, and made a healthy meal plan for the week. I might hold off my normal Tuesday weigh in until the end of the week, for fear of a 'fuck it' response to seeing numbers I don't like on the scales.

Hello ladies, can I join in too? I’m currently at 10st 5-ish, hoping to get down to 9st ish by June when I get married! I lost about a stone before xmas, managed to keep it off quite well but I’ve put a couple of pounds on recently as I just can’t motivate myself to eat healthier or exercise 🙈 hoping this will help me make a few better choices and give me a kick up the bum! Emma xx

Another sign up! I was looking down at myself on the sofa just now and thought my jumper was really bunched up around my middle but noooo it was all flesh. I need to shift somewhere between a half and whole stone to be back to normal!

I did the fast 800 last summer, so I’m going to try that again.

Hello. I’d like to try and loose a stone to be healthier and fitter. As we are trying for baby 2.
Starting tomorrow with eating healthy. 🙂
I will weight myself (scared) tomorrow to see what I’m dealing with.

Me me !(jumps up waving) I need to join.
10st10 this morning 5.2 night so the top heathy weight for me is 9st10 but I'd like to be 9st7.
Nothing fits except leggings and I'm going ways at Easter.

Had success with SW before but I've had 2 years of emotional hell and just haven't looked after myself at all.

I've made overnight oats for the next three days. For me if I start the day right I can stay on track easier.

Feeling demotivated today as the scale actually went up after 2days of being on plan again so doubling my efforts.
Write everything down.

Welcome all the new posters. I’m not that hopeful for tomorrow’s weigh in, apart from Friday night I have not been that bad food wise but working both days so I always eat more than I would if off . I have though been indulging a bit wine wise . I’m hoping I’ll be 8:10 or 8:11 but I doubt it ... so easy to put on and so hard to come bloody off.

Good luck for a brand new week everyone! I am going to try to drink more water and focus on getting through today without lapsing. If I can do that I should have a good week because for me Monday sets the tone for the whole week so if I mess up today I will lose motivation. However if I'm good today I will be full of determination for the rest of the week. I'm going in.......
