Jam I don't be really full either but the all bran definitely helps. It was that or no breakfast so it did the job.

Curry was chicken & prawn yummy & a few portions for freezer.

Of course I was flying yesterday & I did have 4 days of restaurant food/drink so it’s not that surprising. All the same I’m not recording it, I’ll start recording my weight from tomorrow no matter what it is. Super tired this morning with a sore throat, only working until lunchtime thankfully.

1lb sounds reasonable considering those factors wreck. If I’m honest I think the 158.6 I saw on Sunday morning might have been the scales recording it slightly off because it was a big drop. So if I look at last Friday/Saturday I was 160.8 and today I’m 162.8, I can’t complain. I ate maintenance cals for the 4 days. I know I didn’t gain 2lb truly. Be grand by tomorrow...although it’s Pancake Tuesday- there’s a potential carb bloat if there was ever one!

Beans on toast for breakfast
Quark yogurt with strawberries and grapes for snack
Chicken & prawn curry with bulgar wheat/quinoa/rice mix and some green beans
Dinner - Savoury pancakes followed by sweet pancakes Grin

160.9 yesterday 160 today so average is going back to last weeks quicker than expected Smile

That bloody fake period bloat used to wreck my head wreck

I have a bit under 300 left too, very busy day. You defo make your calories go far wreck - are you still hungry?
I cooked 20 pancakes to serve 4, each around 6 inches in diameter, just under 300 a portion including the oil I had to add to the pan. Then of course the toppings. Very tasty but not exactly filling.

Not hungry at the moment. I get hungry about an hour before lunch and dinner but that's it. Really don't fancy the pancakes now.

161 this morning, that’s 1lb over last Thursdays weight. Not bad for 4 days bad behaviour. Did a 35 jog on the treadmill before leaving for work, that & some running around puts me just over 8,000 steps. Happy with that at this early hour. Cajun chicken & baked potato on my menu tonight. In the zone😉

Change of plan as mince is frozen. Quiche for dinner with crushed potatoes (bacon and onion too) and salad. Have made a couscous salad for lunch and have an apple too.

Morning all.
I've not been posting much as I have a sore throat and feel a bit run down and was just trying to sleep it off. Then early this morning, well let's just say I have a stomach bug, so no work for me for a couple of days.
Even though I don't feel like eating, I still want to shift the cold so will try and make some Jack Monroes feisty soup later.

I’m adding french fancies to my list of wants, right beside raspberry magnums! When I used to give up chocolate & crisps for lent, french fancies and non chocolate ice cream or fudge were my treats. Ate too much of them of course, there’s me thinking I’d lose weight - I was lucky if I broke even.
Very long busy day, lying down relaxing. Cals all gone so kitchen is closed. Fab frugal dinner of yellow sticker M&S balanced meal. Haven’t quite hit macros but good enough that I feel satisfied, just about hit steps. Another early one tomorrow but I won’t get up to run

I've not tracked food as too hard in the work canteen and hotel but I've tried to make the best choices.
Steps are shite. Meh.

Will nail food Tomorrow and buy march's gym pass too

Got back on the scales today after hotel living and it was not too bad. WFH today so good will be ok but not steps.

Hotel living will melt off after a day or two of normal living life, habits are much better these days I find.
I’m 159.6 this morning, .4 lighter than I was last Thursday. So technically I lost .4 even after my break away. From an average POV I’m 160.3, last Sunday I was 160.1 so I’ve 3 weigh’ins to get below this. Got up and jogged for 40 this morning so just over 7,500 done. 50% of my steps done by 7.30am. Happy😬

I'm still not down to my Monday morning weight but only 0.4lb off and my average is 0.6lb lower than last week so I'm happy with that. Forgot to get the mince out of the freezer again! Will still use it just hope it's defrosted by dinner.

There's some Leibniz at work so will probably have some of those Grin
