I don’t deserve any sympathy Happier it’s entirely self inflicted

I did have a good night Life but I also wish I’d called it quits in line with my original plan because then I would not feel so ropey. It’s far too easy to stay when you are comfy and having a good time

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/03/2019 11:30

Morning all.
Well done on all the losses.
My weight is 79kgs today so I've lost 0.6kg this week, so happy!

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/03/2019 11:53

Ah we've all don't that before wolf. Seems like such a good idea at the time.

WreckTangled · 03/03/2019 12:45

Dinner was butternut squash curry. And for pudding I ate the magnum Grin

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/03/2019 19:09

Evening all
B- coffee and bran flakes.
L- toasted peanut butter and jam sandwich, coffee and salt and vinegar sticks.
D- roast. They had chicken, I had some vegan sausages roasted with onion and garlic, potatoes, mushrooms, corn on the cob and broccoli. Am stuffed now.

Justanothermile · 03/03/2019 19:16

Oh dear wolf. Ha - we've all done it don't worry. Often can set you on the straight and narrow for a bit out of guilt😁

You okay now wreck, pushing hard can make you feel pretty sick and light headed.

Well done on the average losses happier and not. Great incentive to keep at it indeed.

Today was long run day 20 miles at a fast 8.07mm, key run in the bag so happy with that, gym in the afternoon for legs and abdominal work.

Food.
Toast.
Quinoa salad, hummus and crackers, two falafel.
Nut roast, roast spuds, veggies.
Extra snacks - hummus and crackers.
Two gels and a seriously carb fest of a sports drink, only useful if you are training at the high end of exercise in terms of volume of training. Used by the elites etc. It was very effective but saved for races and serious training runs only.

WreckTangled · 03/03/2019 19:26

Yes thanks jam I felt better after a lie down but felt really awful driving home. I suppose I should have pulled over but just wanted to get home ASAP.

zebrarobot · 03/03/2019 19:58

Well done on losses today.

Just im in awe of your running. Im going to start the couch25k i think, not sure how it works. Is it an app does anyone know?

Todays been good so far. Was working from 8.30-5.30 so food was

Shreddies and skimmed milk
Blueberries and grapes

Spicy veg cous cous, baby potatoes and broccoli (all leftovers from yesterday)
Chocolate cereal bar

Dinner will be chicken curry and cauli rice with a few oven chips.

Dessert some breyers ice cream sweet berry choc chip.

Refused someone going round at work twice with a big box of quality street, and also later turned down someone offering a galaxy caramel egg thing, Will be coming in just under my 1670 cals today.
Hoping to lose tomorrow. Have avoided scales since Friday so fingers crossed. No workout today as stuck behind a desk all day, tried to get as many steps as I could but only just about 5000 just now. Will hopefully hit 6000 before bed.

Will weigh in tomorrow first thing

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/03/2019 20:25

Hi zebra, I did the c25k.
It is an app, you run every other day, with the intensity increasing.
I found it easy to follow. There are a number of celebrity coaches to choose from.
Good luck with it!

WreckTangled · 04/03/2019 06:52

Weight down again today. Usually it's at its highest on a Monday so I'm really pleased. Hopefully it'll stay off! 125.2lb.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/03/2019 07:04

Bugger all steps yesterday and dinner took me over. I didn't have to have chocolate fudge cake but I was tired.

Early breakfast this morning so will take some snacks from the buffet for later

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2019 08:17

Wow wreck that's great
Life I finished last piece of our choc fudge cake yesterday

zebrarobot · 04/03/2019 08:33

Well done Wreck

Well after clinging on to an extra lb every day last week until i stopped weighing on Friday, im down 2lbs today from last week. It must have been because of my period, next month i wont bother weighing at all that week.

Down 1st 12.8lbs so fingers crossed will hit 2st next week

WreckTangled · 04/03/2019 12:45

M&S supergreen salad and Mexican chicken for lunch. Yum!

WreckTangled · 04/03/2019 15:58

Just did the yoga with Adrienne core workout. Fancy doing some more but don't have time.

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2019 17:08

Going to get a quick visit to the gym in before dd's enrolment ceremony for brownies
B: Protein Shake of All Bran, banana, avocado and almond milk with protein powder
S: My Q Chocolate Protein Dessert from Aldi
L: NAS Baked Beans, 2 poached eggs on a slim seeded bagel
D: Chicken Curry, Rice, Chips and Naan Bread

Was under pressure this morning so only grabbed quick stuff for food during the day so I've 800 cals to spend on dinner and I'm going to enjoy it Grin

Wolfcub · 04/03/2019 18:06

Breakfast hot cross buns
Lunch ham sandwiches, quavers, yogurt
Dinner chicken salad wraps and probably a muffin

WreckTangled · 04/03/2019 18:24

Sounds delicious happier!

Had to have dinner early as dc have swimming. Had pasta, pesto with veggie sausages, broccoli, tomatoes and cheese.

Am under calories but only if I ignore all the sweets I've eaten when my sugar levels have been low. So annoying. I don't count medicine though Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/03/2019 19:08

More shit steps and over on calories as just guessing at food. Will be back on it Thursday. Although went for a walk round Bristol this morning before work

Justanothermile · 04/03/2019 20:42

I'm never full with a shake happier, I don't know why - it's a Nutribullet so all the good stuff left in. Probably like carbs too much!

Foods
Shake (avo, peanut butter, oat milk, spinach.
Green salad, big pile of fruit (mango, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries)
Hummus and crackers, two, hard boiled eggs.
Creamy mushrooms (soya cream), red onion, roasted red peppers, few oven chips and broccoli.
Small piece of brownie.

Exercise was planned recovery so just dog walking, stretching and foam roller.
